..and did you measure the power-consumption on each GPU at such clock?
Nope. But I don't stake on those 7970: they are really hot for some reason comparing to any other my cards (7950, 390, 390X). Thermal interfaces were replaced, nothing helped. I bought them used and plan to sell as soon as I replace them by 390X (on order). Previous owner used them for hard gaming with SLI/CrossFire @1220 with original BIOS (they are BE, Boost Edition, and allow such OC). I just run them @ factory boost clock: https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/R7970-Lightning-BE.html#hero-specificationBoost / Base Core Clock 1070MHz Core (Boost Clock: 1150MHz) Undervolt by 100mV and enjoy -10 temps

Just read carefully. 2 Sapphire Nanos - means 24 MH/s per card)
ok got it. you should be able to get them to about 26-27MHs with slight undervolting and overclocking; more MHs with the Nano ROM mod. 5 x Nano = up to 128Mhs, and slightly under 1000watts total; even more watts savings with the Nano ROM mod. I guess for multi GPU farms, the savings from electricity alone will be worth the $499 per GPU. I have 2x380 4GB - went for 4GB to make sure I dont get hit by performance loss from growing DAG. Both cards are capable of 20Mhash@130W. 7 of those would do 140Mhash@1010W. I know it would require two rigs instead of one (for nanos), but they are so much cheeper than nanos.

Paper launch is NOT "available" - though NVidia paper-launching the GTX 1080 less than a month before actual availability (presuming they meed the announced May 27 "available for sale" date) was semi-impressive.
I agree, I only wanted to point out that we will know by 1st of June for sure I have a feeling that top Polaris will still outperform 390x. Hoping for a nice 480x.

|
From what I've seen reported, Polaris will start out in the low-to-mid range (more or less replacing the current R7s and perhaps the bottom end R9) and won't move up-range for a bit.
I've not seen ANY report of it showing up next month or even July - might get an "official announcement" in June, but actual "release for sale" date last I've seen was still estimated for mid-to-late 3Q 2016 at the earliest - with the TSMC damage from the big earthquake adding months to a LOT of estimates.
Polaris for sure will be shown at Computex 1st of June. Rumour has it even sooner at 26th of May at some conference for journalists. Should get more info then.

Genoil is it really only 24Mhash for 1080? Cant be

Anything being to done to fight the difficulty retarget problems? Chain is constantly stuck with high diff.

Any insight on why I am not able to connect to Supranova? Here are the command lines that I have tried. I am connecting fine to dcr. At the end, I want to dual mine with maximum dcr hash as possible. EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool http://eth-us.suprnova.cc:3000/suprnova.5/50 -ewal TheKing.Miner2 -epsw 1234 -allpools 1 -dpool stratum+tcp://yiimp.ccminer.org:4252 -dwal Dsp5aV3vePqVtw5oLDEXQqmgnKBLwjdSCKZ -dpsw miner2 and EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool http://eth.suprnova.cc:4000 -ewal TheKing.Miner2 -epsw 1234 -allpools 1 -dpool stratum+tcp://yiimp.ccminer.org:4252 -dwal Dsp5aV3vePqVtw5oLDEXQqmgnKBLwjdSCKZ -dpsw miner2 Thanks Try the second line, but `ewal` should be `eworker`.

Indeed this is a nice surprise. Response from AMD (Vega) prolly in 2017. Nvidia may be best for mining for the rest of this year. Expensive though. Cant wait to see what Genoil will get out of this chip

Guess services would have changed it sooner if you contacted them as well I guess some of them are just busier than others, and some need a nudge every once in a while. I meant that noone contacted me. Do you even know you are listed? Not sure who requested the initial enlist.

Is there any way to mine dual mode: 1. without Eth profit loss 2. without gpu temp increasing ? Last time when I try to mine dual mode my cards overheated, luckilly protection worked.. but I don't want to risk this issue again. Regards! 1. dcri "45" for 280x and "30" for 380 2. temp has to rise, as you use more power to mine both ether and decred

Anyone has any ideas why 380x is not even a single Mhash faster than 380?
I know that 280x has been degrading for some time now, while 380 is stable at 20Mhash. Cant figure out why 380x is not at least slightly better.
Does this make 380 the best bang for buck card for Ethereum? Personally I am thinking about buying a bunch of 380 and sell them once PoW ends. Would keep though, if any open source kernel improvements for Tongas start to appear.
Or are they? In the past I have seen reviews of 380x doing the same 20Mhash.

Claymore would it be possible to add worker and hashrate sending with http and eth-proxy? ( http://127.0.0.1:8080/f1) I think it has been requested past few days, but I am not sure I have seen a definitive yes/no answer This is just for convenience when viewing the stats at dwarfpool. Without the worker name, the proxy replaces it with some random numbers. What I cannot understand is why do you want to use miner with proxy if it can work with pools directly? It will reduce effective hashrate by 1% at least. Proxy failover was going to be my answer, but I have just found the options for it in your readme. Will use it directly as you suggest then, thanks.

anyone having issues with dwarfpool? suddenly all my miners stopped showing rates. I'm having 0 hash for eth and dcr but my miners are still accepting work and running. Anything wrong here?
All good on my side

I have added support for multiple datasets. A feature that will come handy for people with multiple rigs, or rigs with different card types.
To use it simply type a name of the new dataset and click "Add" - this will load defaults into new set. After that you can customize this set and save all the params with "Calculate".
To browse between sets just click on the tab with name at the top. Sets can also be removed by clicking on "X".

Added Darknet to the gpu section. (Quark) Replaced Keccak with Blake (14r) - You can now compare Decred on the gpu section.

I will add a expstats.json for you later with avg networkhash, difficulty, avg block time, current block if thats all you need? Wont be for a couple of hours i have a couple of things to do.
Thank you, most appreciated. Actually I only need "blockcount" and "difficulty". "Total coins" would also be useful, but I can get that from coinmarketcap if problematic. Ok done has current block and difficulty http://www.gitbox.link/expstats.jsonTotal coins you can get from http://www.expanse.tech/explorer/api/totalsupplyThanks Wasnt aware that this calc is yours. I have seen the json exposed there, but didnt want to steal data from another calc lol All good take what you need, just dont hammer the server please. If you have any questions please join slack there is always someone on there to help Sure thing, just one call every 3 minutes. Actually I am in there since yesterday, but didnt manage to catch anyone online
