61  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin at 25000 possible? on: June 21, 2019, 10:04:14 PM
when we look at the last year,, you will have a lot of optimism on bitcoin price
so, its very possible for bitcoin to reach 25000$ in this year my friend

I agree too, 25000 per bitcoin is possible but it will not happen this year, Maybe few years to come it will, but now we are still in breaking 10000 usd, but i hope that it will happen soonest as we know we are experiencing losses since last year. I guess 2021 is possible to achieve it, i know and it will.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is popular, what do you think? Will you participate? on: June 21, 2019, 09:56:14 PM
Just before decisions take do your best research. Still in this cryptocurrency has high risk to funt gone Before invest check all even initial exchange offer.

I agree, investing in an IEO or even ico needs further study and investigation to such projects.because this involves money, a hard earned money. Many projects are not worth to invest, and i think the exchange reputation is also important in choosing the right decision if you wanted to buy an IEO projects, for me binance ieo is.better than the others.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: would you invest in IEO instead of ICO projects? on: June 21, 2019, 09:45:28 PM
Yeah, but I only invest IEO on big exchanger only.
example, binance, kucoin, and huobi.

I agree too, big exchanger has also a good reputation compared.to the some exchangers out there, binance is a good.example of it. I have not participated yet in any IEO but the example of harmony IEO in binance is really impressing for me, until now they are still trending in terms of cmc gains, which is really good news for some traders and investors.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some IEOs could also turn out to be scam on: June 21, 2019, 09:38:06 PM
Compared to ico, IEO is better and is likely small percentage to be a scam, why? because the project owner would think that the exchange partner would also.be damage their reputation as Well, but there could still be possibility that it will happen, but if its happen we shall.be prepared for it, i.never heard an IEO scam lately, but o hope it wont happen as it will contribute fear to some investors.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do your research before investing in ICOs on: June 20, 2019, 04:44:33 PM
ICOs, or Initial Coin Offerings, have become a popular way for cryptocurrencies to raise funds from the public. However, they have also become an easy way to prey on the vulnerable, and the financial regulator recently warned customers about what it calls “these very high risk, speculative investments”. It warns that there’s little consumer protection and high potential for fraud, as well as high volatility. Some ICOs are regulated by the FCA, but this is on a case-by-case basis, depending on how they are structured.

As the FCA says, you should fully research any ICO before handing over your money. “You should only invest in an ICO project if you are an experienced investor, confident in the quality of the ICO project itself,” a spokesman says. Alternatively, consider investing or trading with a regulated provider.

I agree, with the proliferation of ico and Online frauds and the rampants of scam.accusations and happenings, it is.important for self.awareness of what we are investing into, it is.important to be aware so.that ico frauds must be stop.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Libra the Ethereum + Ripple + EOS + TRON + .... killer? on: June 20, 2019, 04:41:45 PM
Is Libra the Ethereum + Ripple + EOS + TRON + ....   killer?

https://developers.libra.org/docs/assets/papers/the-libra-blockchain.pdf

From paper we see what they try to do and is a combination of coins I mentioned. Can they survive in a war against Facebook?

My answer is NO, why because libra based in the reports is another type of.stablecoin.which means no price movements unlike the coins you stated which are based on.the.community demands and supply, and that price may vary from.it. From what i have understood, libra is.another type of payment solution based in blockchain technology without no borders,, that means its open for everybody.use, the only difference From the others is that it is backed with dollars i think.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why does coins change price constantly? on: June 16, 2019, 11:34:30 PM
crypto is volatile.and.prices may change drastically in just few seconds, this is because it is affected by demand and supply of every exchange markets. The higher the volumes of.demand.of traders, the better.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto news sites do you read ? on: June 16, 2019, 11:31:40 PM
I use Google Newsstand for my general news as well as for Crypto news.
Yes you can use Bitcointalk because everything ends up here anyway but
it doesnt provide alerts.

I would suggest to check and verify all news articles before acting on them,
because we have seen this year already many false reports.

For me the most realiable is cointelegraph, this is only my opinion because i am their avid.follower an i read every details of their report, second is this forum, all information of crypto can be found here and.members can have exchange of ideas which is a good thing for a forum.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will Boom ! on: June 16, 2019, 11:28:35 PM
Yes i think etherum will be boom again, this coin very popular after bitcoin. Before this happen i will buy some etherum at this price and i keep at my wallet.

i agree too and i hope that it will boom again ito an unexpected price, since 2018 it was down and.maybe ita time for us to.celebrate again as the market is starting to green.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's hard to get profit in crypto trading. on: June 15, 2019, 11:27:24 PM
This week it seems difficult to benefit from trading ETH and LTC, even I only get no more than $ 40 this week. Let's discuss and share a reasonable strategy. Or a suggestion to buy your preferred altcoin. Thank you all.

i agree, its.becoming hard lately but one thing i must suggest is think before you click,.this is also applicable in trading, coins lately are becoming more aggressive but xbase has a.lots of good.news i think its better to trade this coins, straight days this week this coin are always in.green.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware, so many scam coins are around on: June 15, 2019, 11:23:11 PM
its a sad thing that people so much love for people leads them to scam the people by means of crypto projects, but we people should be smart enough to analyze every situation, scam projects and a scammers are a shame to crypto industry and community.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge rewards, less value or Less reward, big value on: June 15, 2019, 11:17:10 PM
There have been a lot of posts questioning the rewards of campaigns in recent time, complaints about dev and team giving fewer rewards for campaigns. Many have eyes but cannot see, what is the use of huge rewards with no value in the future why you can be giving fewer rewards that will grow into something big if you can hodl, I will rather participate in a campaign with less reward and huge prospect than wasting my time overloading my portfolio with useless coins that will take me nowhere. If you really want to benefit from crypto, think less of what any new project can bring you new, think more of what you stand to gain in the future, be part of a good project. Don't be deceived by the promise of huge rewards that will deprive you of the future benefits which quality project can give to you. If you invest your time in good project today, even if the rewards look small, if you can hodl then future is certain. Be ready to sacrifice your today for your tomorrow.

The rewards are based in the number of tokens of a project, if its a low.number of tokens to be circulated then i would assume that there is a low supply, then the rewards are still low, i would rather prefer small rewards because i would expect a higher value in it when its listed on the exchange.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum 2k in 2 months? on: June 14, 2019, 10:02:46 PM
Do you think eth can reach 2k usd in 2 months time?

Sorry to say but i think its a no for me given that the market condition is not yet favorable for us, it would be impossible to reach that.value in just two months.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties is not a reliable source of income on: June 14, 2019, 09:58:55 PM
Back in 2017 I never knew there is anything called bounties or bitcointalk forum until 2018 when I came across a PDF that says it all about how to earn coins promoting projects so since then I decide to give a try ,since 2018 now I've been promoting some projects and I've gotten paid via the project tokens but in reality I haven't been able to earn a dime ,they keep postponing when they will get listed on exchanges ,the PDF never talked about how long this always takes ,just imagine if bounty is all I got I would have starved a lot ,bounties long things and it can easily make one give up promoting them ,its always one delay after the other

Being in.bounty promotion does.not.mean it will.guarantee the income we wanted to have, its just an additional source of.income to those who are doing in it in.their spare time, choosing a.project is an.important thing in this area, payments delays is normal eversince an their is no guarantees that project worth after the campaign, and then the best.thing to do is the projects to promote is better.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Online Dating Going Into Blockchain on: June 14, 2019, 09:53:18 PM
This niche has always been popular that is was about time some projects were cooking behind the scenes. As we all know many projects don't have a purpose, and they start ICOs only to hastily raise a capital for something they have not idea for.

Others fields like online dating are also making their first steps into the blockchain terrain. But some of them fall short. Like I said, when we want to take something into Blockchain, we need to have purpose... a solution for a problem, so to speak.

Blockchain technology can harbor many fields. There are projects currently developed by Disney for their thematic parks, and NASA is using blockchain as well.

So, I think that with online dating - since it is a topic with a large audience - a project based on this field can have a good future.

Source: https://sites.google.com/view/dateme-online-dating/home

Online dating since before has a large of audience Even current websites now have a.large number of users, going into a.blockchin based project seems to be not usual to.me because nowadays everything is based on blockchain based in order yo speed up the processed and i am in favor of this. In.the.long run it would be normal.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are IEO's bad? on: June 13, 2019, 10:54:16 PM
My understanding for IEOs is basically instead of project handling raising funds etc. It will be for an exchange to do so.

An IEO hosted by Yobit or Binance can clearly not be compared. In other words, the exchange gives more credibility to the project regardless of whether it's worth it or not.

Am I the only one who thinks this is actually a bad thing and make people focus on the exchange hosting rather than the actual project and what the team is offering etc.?

Nowadays its doesnt matter for anyone like me, because it depends on our purpose, if we think of making a profits only, we should learn to play the game of trading but if your purpose is long term investments, ieo is really something like you.need to understand the pros and cons but people nowadays, they always look in the reputation of the exchange rather than the project.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $10,000 to spend on: June 13, 2019, 10:48:37 PM
How do you guys feel about

$5000 in XRP
$5000 in WAVES

Hodling for long term returns

Personally i would like to invest this two coins but not that big amount, remember that its important the investments to avoid future losses, crypto are crypto and its very volatile, but for.my.personal.suggestion id rather invest a minimum of ten coins listed in the cmc not.just focusing on the single projects.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 55K loss, how to get back into the game on: June 13, 2019, 10:42:46 PM
Folks, what a terrible year 2018 has been so far. I invested around 60K and now left with 5K. I did terrible mistakes and I hope there would be a turnaround sometime next year or so. Any suggestions?

Learned.from mistakes man, but if i were you Maybe you could do trading rather than investing long term, still scalping can help you make profits every trade, remember to make a friend with the trend, and you know 55k loss is too much if you did a cutloss those times Maybe your losses could.be minimized.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Investing In AltCoin Still Worth it in 2019? on: June 13, 2019, 10:37:24 PM
I think invest on altcoins still worth and who invest now can get a profit but will take time for altcoins bull run, next year will be possible before bitcoin halving i believe and i think Ethereum is a good choice.

Yeahi agree too but still it depends.in the project you are investing in, there are lots of good projects still there in the market, its just that you need to carefully understand and study each of them. Even IEO are still good to invest now.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram's Gram token finally going on Public sale from July 10 on: June 12, 2019, 11:24:59 PM
Highly anticipated ICO of the year (of last year), TON, a decentralized network for digital communication with it's Gram token had a private sale last year raising over $1.7 billion.
They are said to have a full ICO in october of this year while Gram Asia is selling some of the tokens in a IEO in liquid exchange.
The IEO would be open to all but Japanese and US citizens. The coins could be bought with US dollar or USDC stable coin but the price is not still revealed.

I am surprised that they gathered billion.of dollars and.they will be having another.round of token sale? is it not.enough, it seems like i feel.something fishy, i hope i am not. Well, lets hope for the best and we all.must be aware.of what we are investing too.
