221  Other / Meta / Re: Time Series Analysis on Distributed Merits in the forum (daily, weekly, monthly) on: June 17, 2019, 06:09:31 PM
Nice work with the data , I would like to see smaller scale also , like last 3-6 months ( on intra week merits). That is if you have the time to do it for the next update Smiley
What are you using for plotting time series?
222  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is following the same path of 2017 on: June 14, 2019, 03:43:07 PM
At the moment of posting this was maybe true but at the moment i dont believe we are going to have such massive bull run.
there are several reasons behind it, first, is that at least partly , the bull run was supported by USDT manipulation.
Second, the upwards movement has been very fast in the past months and in my opinion in order to get another healthy and relatively  stable bulll run " step" we need to at least stabilize or have an correction.
223  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: June 13, 2019, 07:27:19 PM
One thing is right in OPs post, BTC has overcome all the critics and pessimists who were calling of Bitcoin and going to zero.
But as far as the price goes at this moment we already had a huge rally from 3000 dollars to these levels, the continuation at the same pace would be irrational to await. I believe we will go higher but before that some correction is needed.
224  Economy / Economics / Re: To be or not to be. What to invest in? on: June 13, 2019, 07:24:24 PM
It comes down to the persons risk level.

For those who want steady increase and are not willing to be nervous of constant price fluctuations, I would suggest precious metals.
But for those who are willing to live with more risk, BTC is the way. I would not suggest bonds and real estate because I believe that new economic crisis is around the corner and will heavily impact real estate and bonds/stocks.
225  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold exist 1000+ years. while bitcoins exist 10 years. on: June 12, 2019, 02:22:15 PM
Gold exist for over a 1000+ years maybe? Bitcoin only 10 years. Also the internet existed about 25+ years. Bitcoin price is higher than gold by over 200%. I think the value of Bitcoin is going to sky rocket once again. When technology gets more advance n the Bitcoin system upgrades. Just another speculation.

Gold exists for millions of years and have been used as asset for much longer than just 1000 years.

And it is completely inaccurate to compare BTC price and the gold supply since golds supply is not the same as bitcoins.
226  Economy / Economics / Re: Which form of investment has highest ROI? on: June 12, 2019, 02:11:52 PM
Selling alcohol has a massive turn over. The ROI is amazing and its crazy people pay what they do. One bottle of whiskey/whaever can make a few dozen shooters and it will only cost you the price of like 10 shooters. The ROI is over 4x with ease. Even selling beer. There is no skill needed at all. You don't even have to open it, you just bring it to someone or grab it from the bar. Beer is like 2x ROI just like that.
The thing is you need to attract people to your bar and that is where promoting comes in. Promotions and advertisers will always be needed.

I think that OP was thinking more about investments not business opportunities. Selling alcohol in manufacturing scale has much more upside, it costs like 20 cents to manufacture liter of vodka and we all know for what it sells.

That could mean that buying stocks for alcohol companies could e wise.
227  Economy / Economics / Re: Problems In Chinas Economy & Escalating Trade War Will Cause Large Bitcoin Rally on: June 12, 2019, 02:06:36 PM
Since the last 5 years, there are many rumors that the China economy is about to crash, that it's a giant bubble and the big government debt will cause a financial disaster in China.Nothing of these predictions ever happened.I don't think that a collapse in China will boost the bitcoin price, because China isn't that important for btc.

Till now it has not happened because China is controlling all aspects of their economy. If China would be free market economy it would have crashed a long time ago. In my opinion even with controlling policies it can not go on for ever, it will crash at some time.
228  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin believers/investors are foolish or low IQ people ? on: June 11, 2019, 01:16:03 PM
Few months back when I was reading this forum, somebody said Bitcoin investors and supporters just think of Bitcoin $5000 or $10,000 or $40,000. They do not know anything.

$1 to $5000 in 10 years and Bitcoin people still say Bitcoin is an investment and not super-HYIP or ponzi.

My website: https://dangerousmother.com (for real world out there)

Talks of Bitcoin as global currency and Bitcoin taking over Gold and Silver.

Just like billionaire Warren Buffet who keeps saying buy Apple inc. shares and other shares and thereby pushing DOW Jones to 25000 with the help of financial cartel because people are too foolish and they believe in $1000 to $10,000 in 12 years.

I am not sure what exactly is your opinion.
But talking about apple stock vs bitcoin, just think how much money apple stock should get invested to go much further. Recently it hit 1 TRILLION USD valuation. There is no unlimited source of money in the world, it can NOT keep going up for ever. On other hand think of how much BTC would cost if it hit 1 Trillion in valuation.

So no, BTC has much more upside potential than some Apple stock.
229  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Bankers Say Cryptocurrencies Do Not Threat The Global Financial Stability on: June 11, 2019, 01:10:52 PM
I find that Banks doe snot have a lot credibility when talking about financial stability.
Banks are those who are to blame for the last stock market  crash due their recklessness in real estate bond market, they are not a good factor.

I would say that one should look for monetary policy stands on national and federal banks.
230  Economy / Economics / Re: Does it helpful when blockchain integrated to government system? on: June 11, 2019, 01:06:29 PM
You are talking only about money transfers , but I see another way that blockchain could be a very useful tool.

It could the best security type for signing documents within government, noone will be able to forge or change signatures and also it could be made accessible to public or certain government structures. laso other security features for technical admins who have access to sensitives information could be merged with blockchain security solutions.
231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tracking drugs or other stuff with the help of blockchain - Walmart, Carrefour on: June 07, 2019, 12:38:49 PM
Walmart now teams up with Big Pharma to track drugs and at the same time french retailing company Carrefour uses blockchain to track goods what ppl buy. Is it really easier to implement blockchain into company's structure to reduce the cost and work or is it just fairy tale and total hype? What do u think? Why almost every country says about blockchain implementation but at the same time issues the number of regulations for crypto using?

You have to understand that crypto-currencies and blockchain usage in data validation is completely different things.
Crypto currencies are financial assets but block-chian is technology which can be used in variety of ways and does not need regulation if it is not meant for transferring money.
232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I hate Banks and love Bitcoin :-> on: June 07, 2019, 12:33:41 PM

A whole 21 hours later the payment went through and I could continue viewing, but the match I wanted to see was finished.  Angry

If I paid with Bitcoin, this same payment would have taken less than 20 minutes at most, but unfortunately this Satelite provider does not accept Bitcoin payment for this service.  Angry

I dont believe that this is about banks ad crypto.
Your service provider could have good webpage where one can easily pay with bank or credit debit card and get the service renewed ASAP.
233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency user friendly? on: June 07, 2019, 12:31:56 PM
I'm curious to know what the community thinks in terms of how user friendly entering this market is? I know we've come a long way from the days when UX/UI was extremely poor for most companies but are there other areas that require improvement?

I suppose it depends on where you live,
In my city and region, it is becoming more and more easy to trade and buy cryptos.

We even have a local place where everyone can buy and sell cryptos up to 8000 Euros in cash.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE GOOD AND BAD SIDES OF BOUNTIES on: June 06, 2019, 08:23:05 PM

1; whether you like it or now, your social media accounts will receive login threat(someone trying to login to your account from a different location)
2; hackers will also play with emails that was exposed while registering on bounties.

3; if your account is not secured properly, you will lose everything. even your wallet.

This is not about bounties but about your sense of security,
There has been a LOT of talk about some projects stealing or just not properly securing data.

The solution is simple: for bounties use different email /emails with different password.
And if you have a lot of funds in exchange for GODS SAKE use  2FA.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin and Ethereum Pump's up on: June 06, 2019, 08:19:42 PM
The Pump was great , it could be one of the fastest rallies BTC has experienced in its lifetime.
now it is time for correction, BTC wont go to ZERO as some want to shout out.

It will go to MIN 6K and ten its time to buy UP, at least thats my 2 cents.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can BNB beat Ethereum? on: June 06, 2019, 08:17:56 PM
yeaaah... no sorry.
This is 2 very different things and coins. Eth is a base for tons of smart contracts and first of its kind. BNB is just a coin which is associated with particular business. Binance is great but has no chance of getting past ETH.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is popular, what do you think? Will you participate? on: June 06, 2019, 08:16:00 PM
It is very hard to follow to the original post but to answer the question- in general I am not going to particapte in IEO because it is still to risky for me.
I would consider investing in Binance launchpad tough, if it would be possible.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴【✅IDAX.PRO IEO: 5.-6. JUNE】CRYPTOMARKETADS.COM【4 PRODUCTS✅TOP PROJECT】 on: June 04, 2019, 06:52:13 PM
Nice to see this project going forward.
I see value in this IDEA and in project as a whole. Advertisement is a big market and has great potential . This project seems to be adding new ways to use this potential with crypto.

Good luck with the first stage of IEO.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Investors need to face reality on: June 04, 2019, 06:47:32 PM
Crypto investors have way bigger risk then usual investments, but on the other hand they have much bigger potential for gains.
It' s simple as that. If they want higher returns, they have to understand that the risk also ir proportional to potential gains.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna phase out very soon? on: June 04, 2019, 06:45:35 PM
If IEO s are the next big thing then ICOs are not dead, they are just evolving to something a bit different.
IEOs are emerging because of the past scam rate , same for STOs.
But regarding the STOs ,so far it seems that they are not living up to the hype which most of the people thought they will make. Not even close.
