41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Debt, Buy Bitcoin on: November 03, 2019, 08:24:54 PM
I dont see debt as the main problem in potential economical crisis. IN the recession you mentioned US gov paid off the private sector and possibly it added to their own debt. The whole system is sick. The debt is one of the problems and is connected to economical system, but it alone is not the whole problem.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Sending to Gambling Site Address Question? on: November 03, 2019, 08:19:50 PM
First time I am hearing about this , interesting that they are blocking those addreses.
why do you even bother with crypto gambling , I dont see the benefit compared to fiat gambling. In in case you have to pay the tax, in case of crypto, you would just pay capital gain tax.
43  Other / Archival / Re: Selling ownership of crypto exchange website - $75 in BTC negotiable on: November 03, 2019, 08:15:58 PM
This just shows how easy it is to set up a crypto exchange , while countless projects often for years rise money for their exchange projects. And they claim that they need millions to start the work.
44  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoiners on here have actually used bitcoin/crypto for commerce? on: October 30, 2019, 09:39:44 PM
I dont remember the actual stores but yes, i have used cryptocurrencies few times in last years. One time, there was a discount when buying when crypto and other time I noticed the option and chose it, because i had little FIAT but had more in crypto. With that said, I also consider BTC more as investment then anything else.
45  Economy / Economics / Re: US Congressman: Facebook Should Adopt Bitcoin, Drop Libra Project on: October 30, 2019, 09:36:02 PM
That would make a lot of sense IF facebook would actually like to enable blockchain technology on their platform. But they just want to use the name, nothing more, their interests lie in making profit from currency they can control and monitor and this is why they want to make their own so called crypto.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Real Reason Why Bitcoin Price Shot Up Today on: October 30, 2019, 09:31:06 PM
These news were mildly exciting but nothing so huge, BTC for years now have been almost completely non correlated to news. The days when every article on China had huge impact on BTC is long gone. IN addition, there have been so many different news from China postive and negative that this piece of news could be overturned very soon.
47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cryptocurrency change financial institutions completely? on: October 30, 2019, 09:28:53 PM
What on the earth are you talking about?
it does not make any sense, why would NEO conference have any bearing on world economy at all?
NEO is vet cool project , possibly the best smart contract crypto project but thats all. Economies are not going towrads blockchain this is just air.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are People Losing Interest with Bitcoin? on: October 30, 2019, 09:26:57 PM
I dont think that this is true,
it is more likely that people just are over the inital craze when they found about it, it was something new and exciting. I bet that people now ar einterested in TC but are not ready to jump in with both feet and invest as it was when they found out about it.
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In 2019 over 40m cryptocurrency wallets have been created on: October 29, 2019, 09:28:17 PM
This is a impressive number but to understand the significance of this information, we would need more detailed and objective information.
I bet that most of those addresses are made by blockchain services, where people just register but for some small bonuss or referrer fee not to use their addresses ever.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Bitcoin beat Bank interest rates and inflation. :-> on: October 28, 2019, 07:54:45 PM
It is not hard to beat bank interest rates .
But most people think that banks are more safe and are afraid from other types of investments, i think it is because they just dont understand them.
It is easy for you to tell now us that you made this amazing return but this is one of the rare situations when  market moved up and fast, in other times it moves down. And then you would not be talking about your huge gains.
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin May Extinct on: October 28, 2019, 07:51:16 PM
Sataoshi may very well be dead already , he has not been active for years now.
It doe snot matter if goverments ban bitcoin, it will live on , goverments ( not all) are stupid enough to ban it , they know that it will go under gorund otherwise.
There are 2 real threats.
1. 51% attack
2. Quantum computing.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency in the next financial crisis on: October 28, 2019, 07:45:29 PM
You are inflating the potential negative effects of financial crisis. Yes, the FIAT will become less valuable in case of crisis but it will not crash to such levels that people will not be able to afford anything, just look back to last crisis. Was it so depressing as you want to tell us? No, the regualtary instutions took steps to regulate the situation. Cryptos should get a good boost in those times.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine wants to legalize crypto (again) on: October 27, 2019, 08:23:10 PM
Ukraines economy is not doing great because of the Russian problems, they just recently dot their ACTUAL independence from them. They are still engaged in a war, and suffer from corruption. They should get on any new horse they can find, they need the influx od new ideas and capital bad to promt up their economy.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Worrying about the Bitcoin Price on: October 27, 2019, 08:20:44 PM
The last days have proven your suggestion to be true, BTC had a phenomenal rally upwards. I dont think that nay of us thought that this will happen, every single TA showed that it will go lower than 7500, then few hours later it skyrockets to 10k. So yes, dont worry about the price.
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MiNing Copper Instead Of Bitcoin = More Cash Flow on: October 27, 2019, 08:18:48 PM
Picking up electrical garbage and scraping it, is something that homeless people do.
If you arguments about the high demand of Copper would be true then it would make sense to buy copper financial insturments like digital copper,no?
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holding will be worth this year or in the long run? on: October 23, 2019, 04:32:20 PM
First , these are the funds of people of exchnages , those people who use those exchnages. These funds do not belong only to those exchnages.
Second, these are crypto funds , in theory if they moved and them and started to sell them , the only thing they can accomplish is to start a BEAR market nothing else. Anyway it wont happen because of the first reason.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just turned 40 today and want to be part in BTC Community (Beginner) on: October 23, 2019, 04:28:08 PM
You have the same ideas and excitment about the same things that all or almost all newbies had - the possibility of alternative financial system where people are in charge not the banks and governments who print the money.
unfortunately i have to say that this enthusiasm  dies down when you research and study the fundementals of regulation in financial world. It begins to fade when people understand the huge hurdles.
58  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance is earning only $20,00 per day on transaction fees charge?? on: October 23, 2019, 04:24:22 PM
In my view this is a very good income , they certainly have a good profit. They cant be burning 20k a day in their salaries and other expenses. Building a multi million business from nothing is a huge success in anyway you look.
In addition think of other revenues which they get - ads on their platforms and listing fees.
59  Economy / Economics / Re: Private Coins from banks and governments on: October 23, 2019, 04:19:32 PM
Do you think that banks, governments and investment companies such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and other will try to replace the decentralised coins and try to lure their clients to invest into their own private blockchains? What can be done to prevent that?

I do not see any reason why this could happen , why any investor would like to invest in such asset ?
Investors want to invest in coins and assets which are publicly traded , that means that there is a potential for asset to grow significantly.
60  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC- When it back to 20k on: October 22, 2019, 05:53:10 PM
it seems to me that if you could wait so long then you can wait more.
I am certain that you will get your money back but it will take at least a year to get there, there is very little chance that you will be able to get back your money on short term.
