501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The End Of The Bounty. on: June 20, 2018, 11:46:14 AM
Currently, there are a huge number of ICO projects. Of course, we all understand that half of these projects are either Scam or just very weak projects that nobody needs. But now there are at least such projects. What will be in a year, when the ICO every day will be less and less until it reaches the point that one project per month will be released? It is also worth mentioning that the number of participants in the bounty companies is increasing day by day, and the money allocated to the bounty companies are becoming less.  Conclusion: the bounty of the company will exist for another year, or a maximum of two.
What do you think about this?

If anyone agrees with me or if someone wants to do a good deed, then share the merit. I would be very grateful  Smiley

I also think that we have 1-2 years left before bounties become more and more difficult to find and participate in.
But regarding the participant number, just search for bounties where the number of applications is low and dont go for the huge icos with huge amount of participants.
502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins that will make you RICH in 2018! on: June 20, 2018, 11:41:47 AM
Right now I have one in particular which i thin kwill give back great ROI and it is called CEDEX, they ar ein early stages of their project with good amount raised in ICO. Right now the price is ridicolously low , ithink it is worth a look.
Other coin which i thought would be grear is PUNDI X and i was not mistaken , it has broight a lot of ROI.
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Punishment for ICO for being scammed. on: June 20, 2018, 11:28:26 AM
Is there any posible way to filter who are going to make an ICO to be able to know if there are scam or not? And is there any bodies of law that would be able to punish them once they turn into scam. And what punishment should be given upon committing such the crime?

This is something that starts to become more actual right now because SEC ir getting more and more interested in ICOs and going after those who have mislead and maybe made nad ICo with purpose to scam. As far as investors it will be a long time till they know if they will recive thier funds back. Examples of SEC going after ICOs are CENTRA , TBAR, ShipChain, I do not mind that thet are going after the rotten apples, but if they atrt to abuse every ICO, it will be shakeup of ICO world indeed.
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommend some bounties. on: June 20, 2018, 10:58:17 AM
Look at this website: https://icodrops.com/bounty-list/
Probably you will find something interesting. Anyway, always you need to analyze everything by yourself, so take your time.

This seems a good source, thanks.
Usually I tend to look for projects with succesful pre sale and rhen research the conditions of particular bounty. To look for the rasied amount , I usually use icomarks webpage.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the relationship between Altcoins and bitcoin ? on: June 20, 2018, 10:48:13 AM
The main currency in cryptocurrency markets is Bitcoin. Alts tend to fund Bitcoin runs and Bitcoin tends to fund alt runs. Given this relationship, Bitcoin price movements effect altcoin prices. But the result is unpredictable. Certainly there are some common relations between them. So what are the common trends that occur to altcoins when bitcoin price changes ?

They have a bad realtionsship.

Altcoins are overlyattached to BTC . When Btc changes by 5% altcoins tend to overreact an go crazy and chnage 10-20%. There are some instances when altcoins feel safe after BTC have been stable for some time and then they start to flourish until btc moves again.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy low and sell high is very tough on: June 20, 2018, 10:42:51 AM
When you ask someone for advise they always say buy low and sell high but this is very tough.

What is your strategy for buying low and selling high?

Do you agree with buy low and sell high is very tough?

Offourse it is extremely diffuclt to do so.
Evry one looks at the graph and say , this is easy  peasy just buy at the lows.

Who can know when is the lows and when is the highs, only expreinces traders with control over their emotion.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does Bitcoin price affect ICOs on: June 20, 2018, 10:38:57 AM
In the past i was thinking if the btc goes down then the interest in ICOs also goes down.
but what i have noticed is that the ICO market is going on even if the BTC goes down on the other hand, yes we saw huge influx of money when we had the biggest hype of crypto to date in start of the year.

508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the Green Days back ? on: June 20, 2018, 10:36:17 AM
Had to tell, it seems that this is a very hard and decisive time for crypto universe.
We are low and are testing cirtical support , there are a good chance that bad news could be a bad catlisator and could send us to next low level.
On other hand news of coming new liqudiity would send us in the green direction.
509  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Bitcointalk user analysis on: April 19, 2018, 08:12:59 AM
Actually, I'm willing to share scraped date (probably remove usernames from a table?).
Or you can request what kind of reports you would like to see.
510  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Bitcointalk user analysis on: April 17, 2018, 12:42:37 PM
Yes, scraping now 2nd mil user IDs. But it takes time because I limited requests/min.
Currently scraped about ~400K IDs
511  Other / Serious discussion / Bitcointalk user analysis on: April 16, 2018, 06:17:57 PM
Scraped through first 1mil user IDs, end result was roughly 900K rows of users.
End result was so much smaller than IDs because my scrapper throws an exception if "Last active: Never" ('Never' isn't correct date format for a database).

Quick sorted these 900K users:

  • 661K Brand New
  • 190K Newbie
  • 45K Jr. member
  • 12K Member
  • 11K Full Member
  • 8K Sr. Member
  • 2K Legendary
  • 4K Hero member

So about 90% of first 1mil users accounts are Brand new or Newbie.

29K MMM Global spam accounts
4K BtcCoScammedMe* accounts

303K users last active this year (202K Brand new) this looks suspicious Huh

512  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Signature Campaigns taxes on: April 06, 2018, 10:54:41 AM
In my country no need to pay tax if I got income from signature campaigns, because don't have any regulations about that.
So depend of your country, if there's no regulations or rules of pay tax from signature campaigns, I think is ok no need to pay taxes.

No need for regulations exactly about signature campaigns, every country has an income tax. Signature campaign money is income, so you should pay income tax from that.
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Wants 5% Immediate Return On Their BTC/ETH? on: March 24, 2018, 08:21:09 PM
operation where the operator generates returns for older investors through revenue paid by new investors, rather than from legitimate business activities or profit of financial trading.
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POOR AT EXCHANGES on: March 24, 2018, 08:08:23 PM
This happens when this token has a small volume and then bounty hunters just dump all the coins.
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Installing RIPPLED SERVER on Ubuntu Digital Ocean on: March 24, 2018, 08:06:19 PM
I found that these minimum requirements:
Installing rippled
Disk: Minimum 50GB SSD recommended (1000 IOPS, more is better) for the database partition

516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The [ANN] threads get bombarded with fluff post making it impossible to see...? on: March 24, 2018, 07:58:16 PM
Yeah, the struggle is real.
There already is a tool to simplify this task: scrape a 1000+ Bitcointalk [ANN] thread into a single highly readable HTML document for better reading and analysis. source

And i am working on a fork of this tool to improve it
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone willing to give me some pointers on creating my bounty ann? on: March 21, 2018, 08:27:03 PM
you need a lot more visual presentation, so it attracts more attention. For me - that post lacks much important information about the project. As an example - how much in ETH do you plan to gather soft/hard cap?
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ERC20 Token Discovery Tool i've been working on - Feedback welcome! on: March 21, 2018, 08:15:05 PM
it would be great if I can receive notifications about incoming tokens to my monitored address. what are you using as backend?
519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn more merit LEGALLY ??? on: March 18, 2018, 07:16:44 PM
I think that every day the chances to get the merits are decreasing. Even if your post is very informative.  In order to get the merits you must do something incredible.

That's the reason why there is this option, to become merit source:
Quote
2. Collect TEN posts written in the last couple of months by other people that have not received nearly enough merit for how good they are, and post quotes for them all in a new Meta thread. The point of this is to demonstrate your ability to give out merit usefully.
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BLOCK SIMS-World's 1st Decentralized Telecom Company-UNLIMITED FREE VOICE & DATA on: March 18, 2018, 07:03:47 PM
if unlimited voice and data are for free - how ould you plan to get profit?
As an example - Mobilink ICO SIM cards would be subsided by advertisers, who want to send adverts to Mobilink users.
