I have a relative who come to me and ask advise on what coins to invest now
That's an easy one. Bitcoin and only Bitcoin.

We have been bouncing between 50k ish and 60k ish for more than a month now. Zoom out to 30 days and check for yourself.
Sorry. I don't consider bouncing up and down between $43k and $58k as being "$60k". I see it as the battle for $50k. When we hit $60k a week ago, I figured $50k was finally a done deal.

Good morning Bitcoinland. Still consolidating in preparation for an ATH... currently $58253USD/$72835CAD (Bitcoinaverage). Hopefully this won't last long. I'm about halfway through buying enough dollars to pay for our lake. I'm DCAing but a nice price boost would be welcome. Go Bitcoin go. Seems like 60k is the new 9000.
And, no, no fracking vegeta memes!
For what? A week now? $9k lasted several months. Vegeta memes? Ancient history. I'm more worried about 56k modem memes. Personally I'm looking forward to the Woodrow memes:

False confirm.
Must avoid false confirmation: I have offically joined the ranks of retired WO gentleman. Working just seems kinda pointless.
I don't have any immediate plans to sell a big chunck of my stash - I'll just dip into it as needed.
Go Bitcoin go!
I think this might be becoming a thing... my last day is April 2nd.. officially retiring early. Sold a smallish chunk to diversify so that if we have an 80% crash, I can ride it out without selling the dip... but yeah.. mostly the same plan. good feelings Congrats to you too. Remember when being a Bitcoin millionaire was a thing? Now it's being a Bitcoin retiree.

USD and CAD wave goodbye to 2017.
2017? Oh I remember that year. We had a little rise that year, just like in 2011 and 2013. Some day we'll look back at these 5 digit days the same way.

Good morning Bitcoinland and Happy St. Patrick's Day. Still consolidating in the mid-$5xxxx range before continuing our quest upward... currently $54947USD/$68550CAD (Bitcoinaverage). Go Bitcoin go. I was gonna curse you for posting a Guinness pic while I was typing and fetching my own Guinness image. Then I realized yours wasn't even a real Guinness... 0.0% ABV? I thought the Irish stuff was bad enough at 4.2%. I prefer mine at 5% like the ones we brew in Ontario. I also prefer glass bottles, not metallic-tasting cans. Anyway, cheers to you too. Happy St. Patty's Day.

...whatever an acre is.
Approximately 0.4 hectare for those in metric areas. I buy hectares in Mexico and acres in Canada. No big deal.

Good morn Bitcoinland. Sixty grand and fifty eight (Bitcoinaverage).
Here in Canada We're back on daylight saving. It's feeling like spring.
Went out yesterday To see our new lake. The snow was still deep.
We could only walk On well-packed snowmobile trails Without falling through.
Please come springtime come. Covid winter is boring... And go Bitcoin go.

exit strategy is for newbies who don't know what bitcoin is and panic sell when they see price fall. everyone else who understands the technology will keep accumulating bitcoin.
Who has an exit price? Just stay in crypto and use it to pay for things that way. It will reach fiat equilibrium faster if everyone does that - as a side benefit, you'll probably make more money since no one has a crystal ball. And fiat equilibrium will probably be an order of magnitude or two from here.
Most of the people who had "exit points" at $1, $10, $30, $100, $1000, $2000, $5000, $10000, and $20000 etc are wishing they hadn't exited in order to buy back lower because no one knows when the bottom is.
The problem is that many newbies think Bitcoin is like the stock market and that "exit points" are somehow important. They try to use pseudoscience nonsense like "technical" analysis and Elliott waves in an attempt to time Bitcoin's price, instead of following the advice of more experienced Bitcoiners and simply hodling. Sigh.

Good afternoon Bitcoinland and Happy Mindrust Day.
Let's enjoy the fact that we've gone up 1400% in the last 365 days... currently $57304USD/$71468CAD (Bitcoinaverage), up from, $3850 (Stamp) a year ago.
Many people who weren't even millionaires a year ago are multi-millionaires now.
It's been a good year and there's no sign of it slowing down.
Go Bitcoin go.

How many acres total now?
Getting up to near 140 acres now. Already have our eyes on the next (fourth) parcel we are looking to absorb, but want to break ground first on what we have before going even crazier. Ended up deciding we're going to continue leasing the first parcel of land to cattle ranchers, and the third parcel we are buying will continue to lease out to cotton farmers after putting in access to our property. Want to play nice with the local folk there, and not upset their balance too much. Cool. Bitcoin cotton plantation owners. Keep those tenant farmers working! Also ranchers. I'm getting mental images halfway between "Bonanza" and "Gone With the Wind". ___ Seriously, it's nice to have your spread providing revenues in addition to your retirement pleasures... also the satisfaction of seeing your land producing food and clothing and contributing to the local economy. As we like to say: Thank you Bitcoin.

Rick and I just bought another 68 acres of land abutting our existing acquisition.
How many acres total now? I love these Bitcoin success stories.

Nope simple sideways with a slight uptick is best for all, but the shorters. And fuck the shorters. How dare they play shorts.
Shorters are a fine source of entertainment when they get rekt.

BTC is over $54,000, hold or sell?
Buy. That's a good lesson to learn from old school Bitcoin holders here. If you really don't need to sell it then don't. You just don't know what tomorrow will bring. If it's an emergency then go sell it.
Amen.
