Non mi risultano che esistano Exchange minimamente affidabili che permettano di comprare senza documenti da Fiat, sia con carta di credito che senza (e poi come potrebbero? Ormai devono rispettano le politiche Know Your Customer).

PRIVATI: Se vuoi comprare in modo più o meno anonimo da privati, affidati se vuoi comprare bitcoin a Localbitcoin dove puoi acquistare da privati in modalità sicura mediante escrow, se invece vuoi comprare ethereum vai su Localethereum, dove puoi comprare sempre da privati tramite smart contracts.

In entrambi i siti le modalità di acquisto o vendita sono numerose, dai bonifici, a ricariche postepay a pagamenti in contanti vedendosi di persona. I costi sono molto superiori agli Exchange, per cui ne vale la pena solo se uno ha qualche motivo di voler rimanere anonimo nell'acquisto o nella vendita.

CARTA DI CREDITO: Se invece vuoi comprare su un Exchange centralizzato tramite carta di credito, anche ricaricabile non c'è problema (ma tieni conto che ha commissioni più alte rispetto ai bonifici, in linea di massima comunque risparmi rispetto all'acquisto da privati).

Con carta di credito compra da:
1. Coinbase (è quello che costa di meno in assoluto, 4% di fee + un leggero spread maggiorato rispetto al prezzo nella sua piattaforma professionale GDAX - Gdax è la piattaforma professional di Coinbase) - Diciamo circa un mark up del 5% totale
2. Bitpanda (leggermente più alto di Coinbase, ma siamo lì)

Lascierei perdere gli altri, perchè costano troppo come fee.

BONIFICI SU EXCHANGE: Qua sei tranquillo e puoi fare tutto quello che vuoi. I bonifici in area Sepa sono generalmente gratuiti sugli Exchange e anche per rispedirteli alla tua banca non paghi niente o quasi. Usa GDAX (così non paghi lo spread maggiorato di Coinbase), KRAKEN, BITSTAMP e vai tranquillo. Esiste anche The Rock Trading che è italiano e puoi bonificare su banca italiana (banca Sella). Le commissioni possono essere zero (se sei colui che mette liquidità nel book) ma anche se le paghi sono geralmente massimo delle 0,25%, quindi vai tranquillo.
