1241  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CloudThink.IO removed management pictures after being caught with stealing on: July 25, 2015, 07:36:50 PM
Any mining company which cannot give solid  proofs of their mining operations is a scam. It is quite hard but if investors want to invest large amount, they should take a flight ticket visit the facility, meet the owners verify, get some signed notarized bonded documents and then invest.
1242  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: July 25, 2015, 07:28:56 PM
Screw all ponzis, there is no such thing as easy money, people stop investing and losing your money to these third graded worthless scam ponzis.
1243  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitGold.com IS COMPLETELY SCAM on: July 25, 2015, 07:23:10 PM
I hope more people share their opinion.  I'm planning on buying at least 30k worth of shares on the tsx venture when market opens monday.  Looks like Bitgold is the future.  I been getting bored with this Bitcoin community which has been becoming nothing more than a flaming technical fart.  Even Ethereum foundation is better than bitcoin.  I can't see bitcoin being relevant for more than 1-2 more years with all this poop flying.  It's been nothing but downhill since it's high in the $1300 range, now it's less than $300 and the communities attitude is very poor..

So, why do you posts here? Get lost.
1244  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Who are some of the biggest scam artists in bitcointalk? on: July 24, 2015, 05:49:09 PM
I would think supa (crazyrabbi) is one of the bigger ones: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=575743.0
he has managed to scam over a hundred btc, not just on this forum either.

Thanks for the link, first time i am seeing  a scammer like him , a serial loan scammer takes loan from one to pay another to ultimately scam big with his reputation, people should stay clear of these scammers, always trust your money with someone whom you know personally and met rather than some stranger in internet.
1245  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Who are some of the biggest scam artists in bitcointalk? on: July 24, 2015, 05:39:02 PM
The scammer James Volpe has created a large number of HYIP's that ended up scamming after enough people put money in them. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1046791.0

I would guesstimate the amount he has stolen is somewhere around 100BTC as an upper bound although it could be more as he has continued to scam after he was doxed

These people feed on greed of others, this is sad, people should be more aware and not invest in these ponzi sites.
1246  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Who are some of the biggest scam artists in bitcointalk? on: July 24, 2015, 04:55:37 PM
I am.

Instead of scamming others why don't you try to use that energy to do something good and earn for yourself?
1247  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Who are some of the biggest scam artists in bitcointalk? on: July 24, 2015, 02:53:02 PM

That's a great list, currently i see in the forum, mainly scams happening in Investor based games sub forum, where they run a ponzi and do not finish fully or fairly and run with people money as soon as they hit like 50 btc bankroll or more.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=207.0

It is a den of scammers, wonder if we could restrict them somehow. Like asking them to pay the forum 10 btc to start a thread there  Grin
1248  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Who are some of the biggest scam artists in bitcointalk? on: July 24, 2015, 02:43:32 PM
There is already a very large thread detailing various scams with dates and amounts and information about each.  I will have to see if I can find it for you.

That will be great, we can update the list with new forms of scams as well, those are necessary for people to know and not fall for them.
1249  Economy / Scam Accusations / Who are some of the biggest scam artists in bitcointalk? on: July 24, 2015, 02:39:13 PM
I would like to know about them to educate myself and as well as the readers of thread to be aware of various forms of scams and stay clear of them,

to start with, i heard of a guy named Pirateat40  who was a ponzi owner

from Bitcoin wiki page

Pirateat40 (called Pirate) , Trendon Shavers,  was the operator of the largest scam in bitcoin history: he operated a ponzi scheme which initially promised a guaranteed a daily profit of 1%, and then disappeared with an unknown amount of bitcoins in August 2012. Thoughts were that the amount was about 500,000 bitcoins, valued around US $5 million at the time. These amounts were soon quashed once investigators realized a large hoard of coins found in their analysis did not belong to Pirate, but instead to a black market website with which Pirate used to mix his funds to hide the actual amounts he had held/stolen.

SEC (The U.S Securities and Exchange Commission) charged Trendon Shavers with defrauding investors in a Ponzi scheme.

If you can get different guys name and brief detail of scam, we can understand the evolution of scams in the forum and will educate people to not fall for such scams or trust them with their money.

1252  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: July 23, 2015, 09:10:10 PM
Work hard, have a savings and  you must have a right attitude towards things believe in yourself and don't afraid to fail.

Failure is the key to success, you cannot be successful if you don't fail, and the person who haven't failed in his life haven't done big yet, all the big personalities across the globe have tasted the taste of failure and that is the reason they are most richest person of the world now.
1253  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: July 23, 2015, 09:05:42 PM
the supply and demand isnt affecting at the moment the price ,all days bitcoins changes hands ,the new users that get inside are very small yet but keep growing the number of new bitcoiners soo it can boom anytime soo around 500 bitcoins would make a good retirement on the next years

Don't you think 500 bitcoins is too much. I mean don't look at the current value, imagine about the future value like may be 4k or $5k then 100 bitcoins would be enough at the retirement age. My goal is to have atleast 100 bitcoins and I m done.

I dont think so. 500 bitcoin is a good amount, because you can't predict the future. And for people who are bored to stay longer enough to face its peak I think 500 is good.

100bitcoin no matter how much price do you want and you are done from bitcoin? Dont make a wrong move dude, reconsidering it again when you hit 100 bitcoins  Grin

Your are right but as we have studied in economic that human wants are unlimited, and that goes same even with the bitcoins, more you have more you want, and its an endless journey where you can never be satisfied irrespective of the amount of bitcoins you hold.
1254  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks Suck on: July 23, 2015, 09:02:09 PM
I just visited the bank... denied until Monday.  Embarrassed

Global adoption can't happen soon enough, what a crock of shit this fiat banking system is.

This will change soon my friend, that's why we are all here and busting our asses to give the banks decent competition. And the fact that they are crooks we don't  need to repeat again, everybody knows this now. Lol

Yeah, everyone have faced the bad experience with the banks in the past, as they were the monopolists in the market, and we were like their slaves, but now the things have changed, and we don't need banks when it comes to the financial transactions, we have our own bank ie blockchain  Grin
1255  Economy / Economics / Re: What will be our new world currency? on: July 23, 2015, 08:58:25 PM
As a Bitcoin user, I really wish that Bitcoin should be new world currency, But really not sure whether its gonna get on the mainstream or not, as the adoption level as required is not at a moment and it would be only done if there is awareness among the society.
1256  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: July 23, 2015, 08:56:28 PM
I would pick both as diversification is key to a long term wealth building strategy and to keep said wealth should disaster strike. Actually there are many other investments you should be looking into as well, I do not much like these either/or type questions as people should be expanding their investments, not narrowing them down.

I simply love bitcoins, but when it comes to an investment I would choose gold and not the bitcoins.

I have been into gold since long time, and gold has never disappointed me, everytime I invest it has given me some good returns on investments, so I choose Gold.
1257  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to turn 2BTC into 4BTC on: July 23, 2015, 08:52:42 PM
I think this is still the best, buying account then join a good payout campaign is the best, no need to sell your account if that is profitable to you

with two btc you can buy at best 4 hero, which mean at least 0.5 per week but if they will be banned you lost too much, it's better to post few post and sell them again for a better deal, let's say 0.75

so you have your 2 btc back plus 1 more btc and the last bitcoin in posting with those account

So why bothering buying 4 hero account? It is to risky for getting banned if you are not constructive enough. You can just buy one here account and focus on post a constructive posts to get more, like in your signature campaign bit-x, you can easily make 1 btc. And you can use the rest of your bitcoin on doing some investment or even gambling it

because 4 hero cost exactly around 2 btc, and with more account you can reduce the risk of ban actually, because you divide or your post on many account, so there is a better chance that they will not be noticed, constructive post are also easy to make

I dont think to diversify your posts is a great idea. It is just the same as you post all around with using one account is more efficient. And with only getting one account you still have spare your bitcoin and you can use it for others investment maybe so you will earn your bitcoin not just from writing posts because not all people will have time with writing all day long

Exactly its better to have one account and keep remaining bitcoins for other investments. Holding more accounts would not make any difference unless you post a constructive one. If you have multiple accounts and if its get banned then it would be the financial loss which cannot be recovered.

sry i don't agree having many account, even if one is banned you can still post with another and continue earning(yeah i know that this is ban evasion and should not be done ecc..), but besides this if you can post constructive post with one you can do it with four

the difference is that 1 account that post 40 post per day will be noticed more than four that post only 10, also you have four account to sell in the future which mean much more money than just one
I agree as other user, I think better have 1 account have a good quality post than has have many account but post like a spam.  Grin

Also the forum looks for things such as this.  If you did have 4 accounts posting 40 posts a day, that's 120 post per day.  I imagine 120 posts is hard to have good content in.  That is just a massive amount of posts.

The forums looks at IP's so if you are doing this all from one IP I'm not sure you will make it through a week at 120 posts per day.  It just seems like a insane number.

Yeah its insane number that is for sure. And if you post 120 posts in a day in a week then it is fine, but If you say that you are posting 120 posts everyday then that is really weird. I mean it is simply not possible to post constructive posts everyday and that also in 120 nos.

Its better to go for trading then doing 120 posts in a day. It is really tough to make an constructive post everytime if this is the volume. I would prefer trading or gambling to double my bitcoins irrespective of the risk associated with it.

120 posts a day is enormous quantity. As for trading, you have people that are terrible traders and all they do is lose money. For them, making 30-40 posts a day for a decent sig campaign can be better than involve in trading and lose money.

It just depends what suites everyone best.

That is true that investing your time in good signature campaign is far better then investing your time in trading where you have a fear of loosing your coins..So if a person who is totally dependent on signature campaign for earning bitcoins for him 40 posts a day is not a big deal.
1258  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 23, 2015, 08:45:23 PM
Gold has always been used as legal tender since it was first discovered in ancient times, of course i'm pick gold for investment.

I put my money on gold too, As the gold is more trustworthy as compared to bitcoins, bitcoin is far much volatile then gold and that makes people to rethink to invest in bitcoin or not, and they choose gold as it has been used since decades and even more.

1260  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: July 23, 2015, 04:37:22 AM
well doesnt need to spend bitcoins into porn but some will do because are a bit more hiden since no name on it doesnt need, card use names...

That is true, the identity will not be disclosed so it would be safe to have some fun on the porn sites with the models and also by paying them some minimal tips and enjoy some live webcam porn. It would be a great experience to have once in a lifetime.
