1261  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: July 23, 2015, 04:31:45 AM
"i would sell all my Bitcoin if i want to buy things i need and i want"  Lips sealed

Do not sell all your bitcoins. Trust me. Sell only part of it as required and keep of the rest for the future, as you never know what would the value of bitcoins in the future. Its better to preserve it and keep it safe for the future.

I agree, selling all your bitcoins would be a foolish decision to make, believing that the prices will go high in the coming years, it is better to hold few bitcoins and keep it safe in a cold storage and use it only the value of bitcoin reaches the moon.
1262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many friends did you recommend bitcoin to? Did they accept it? on: July 23, 2015, 04:28:19 AM
its hard to recommend something that you don't fully understand.
so better understand how bitcoin works before you recommend

Exactly. You can recommend something to someone only if you are perfectly aware about it. So when you recommend make sure that there would be counter attack from the other end, and if you cannot provide a valid solution then no one would trust the fact of using or holding a bitcoin.
1263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is closing banks already on: July 23, 2015, 04:25:23 AM
Gotta keep sacrificing the little people at the bank to make more room for bonuses for the mid and upper level executives.
More like this and less like Bitcoin, don't get me wrong I love bitcoin and crypto but it isn't shutting down banks just yet.

Yeah & even I love bitcoins but even If bitcoin gets to a mainstream, there is least possibility that banks will shut down their businesses. What about the customers who have more faith in banks as compared to cryptos?? They would never get rid of the banking system.
1264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your first bitcoins came from.. (faucets aside) on: July 23, 2015, 03:33:10 AM
I borrowed from my friend  Cheesy That was the only good option I thought to have. Well I returned him after a certain period of time when I started earning bitcoins. So neither I bought nor I received it from a signature campaign. Grin
1265  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN going up or down on: July 23, 2015, 03:28:38 AM
Hi guys, I'm recently wondering all this work and investments we do with bitcoin, and 2015 hasn't been a very pleasant year for btc. Do y'all think that bitcoin will keep going up or drop to what it once has in 2009? Just imagine one day bitcoin drops 200 dollars, that will probably give all of us depression. Advice and predictions please Wink Huh

The current value of Bitcoin decline, because they emerged and similar other currencies real competition. Bitcoin is the only real currency, and I think that soon the value of bitcoins to start to grow despite the occurrence of other currencies

But the value also went up in the last week if you had a close and regular look at it. It didn't climb too heavily but it certainly went up in the last week. But yes it would go up in the coming time and reach to a new level where we all expect it should be.
1266  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: July 23, 2015, 03:25:53 AM
If given a choice to walk away with either Bitcoin or gold of equivalent value, what would you pick?

Asians and Westerners were asked in Taipei in Chinese and English if they would take Bitcoin or gold home with them that day, and the answer might surprise you...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6GiC8dqN9A

We just shot a video outside the Taipei 101 skyscraper area here and gave people a chance to answer if they would walk away with either Bitcoin or gold- and why.

If you were approached and were offered the same deal, would you walk away with Bitcoin or gold in your pocket, and why???

Hmm, tough choice. I think a smart person chose the latter, of course, gold. The value of Bitcoin is changing from day to day, it can easily fall drastically. The value of gold is very great years and I think I will keep it that way so that I naturally chose gold.

Yeah & the Gold prices are stable in compare to the bitcoins. The smart and the experienced person will choose gold and not the bitcoin. The older generation would definitely vote for the gold as they are using it since a long period of time.
1267  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks Suck on: July 23, 2015, 03:23:09 AM
Ugh, I hear you. I had to go wait in line for about an hour to sort out my first ever bank account. "Your signatures across multiple papers, signed on out shitty desks are not similar enough"... I know, safety and making sure I sign properly, blablabla. But there's already a completely reliable way to sign digitally! In fact, it has proven much easier to be my own bank with bitcoin (interest included) than to open an account at a bank. Banks are really full of shit. And don't get me started on the fees. God, the fucking fees. I can't have a good time on vacation without having them suck about 15% of my vacation money just to move it and/pr exchange it into another currency.

That is the case with every bank. Previously when we were not using bitcoins, we were left with no other option but to approach a bank and all that banking procedures for opening a a/c and paper work, that was just a waste of time, but now we are blessed with bitcoins so I hardly visit the bank & that also only to watch beautiful female employees of the bank  Wink Cheesy
1268  Economy / Economics / Re: Did Bitcoin Ruin Your Life, Or Help Your Life? on: July 23, 2015, 03:19:40 AM
Overall helped as I enjoy playing with it.  I am in it for the long term, so not selling all the time.  It's not effected be in any bad ways.

I could see how the ones that invested a lot at 1k per could have hurt them financially.  But even then I'm not sure it could have ruined their life.  You should never invest more then you can loose.

It is helping everyone I guess who holds the bitcoin even if it is least amount. I personally feel that It has added value to my earnings. As it is like part time earnings for me where I can take care of my basic stuffs keeping my salary intact. Where I can invest my part of my salary into bitcoins every month.
1269  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to turn 2BTC into 4BTC on: July 23, 2015, 03:16:17 AM
I think this is still the best, buying account then join a good payout campaign is the best, no need to sell your account if that is profitable to you

with two btc you can buy at best 4 hero, which mean at least 0.5 per week but if they will be banned you lost too much, it's better to post few post and sell them again for a better deal, let's say 0.75

so you have your 2 btc back plus 1 more btc and the last bitcoin in posting with those account

So why bothering buying 4 hero account? It is to risky for getting banned if you are not constructive enough. You can just buy one here account and focus on post a constructive posts to get more, like in your signature campaign bit-x, you can easily make 1 btc. And you can use the rest of your bitcoin on doing some investment or even gambling it

because 4 hero cost exactly around 2 btc, and with more account you can reduce the risk of ban actually, because you divide or your post on many account, so there is a better chance that they will not be noticed, constructive post are also easy to make

I dont think to diversify your posts is a great idea. It is just the same as you post all around with using one account is more efficient. And with only getting one account you still have spare your bitcoin and you can use it for others investment maybe so you will earn your bitcoin not just from writing posts because not all people will have time with writing all day long

Exactly its better to have one account and keep remaining bitcoins for other investments. Holding more accounts would not make any difference unless you post a constructive one. If you have multiple accounts and if its get banned then it would be the financial loss which cannot be recovered.

sry i don't agree having many account, even if one is banned you can still post with another and continue earning(yeah i know that this is ban evasion and should not be done ecc..), but besides this if you can post constructive post with one you can do it with four

the difference is that 1 account that post 40 post per day will be noticed more than four that post only 10, also you have four account to sell in the future which mean much more money than just one
I agree as other user, I think better have 1 account have a good quality post than has have many account but post like a spam.  Grin

Also the forum looks for things such as this.  If you did have 4 accounts posting 40 posts a day, that's 120 post per day.  I imagine 120 posts is hard to have good content in.  That is just a massive amount of posts.

The forums looks at IP's so if you are doing this all from one IP I'm not sure you will make it through a week at 120 posts per day.  It just seems like a insane number.

Yeah its insane number that is for sure. And if you post 120 posts in a day in a week then it is fine, but If you say that you are posting 120 posts everyday then that is really weird. I mean it is simply not possible to post constructive posts everyday and that also in 120 nos.

Its better to go for trading then doing 120 posts in a day. It is really tough to make an constructive post everytime if this is the volume. I would prefer trading or gambling to double my bitcoins irrespective of the risk associated with it.
1270  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: July 23, 2015, 03:13:33 AM
it wont down to 100 dollars ,those would only happen if someone find some security problem on it ,because loose interest wont never stop it will get bigger and bigger even price being on 200 or 300 dollars soo stop thinking it will crash into 100 dollars again that time has gone already, but if ,im pretty sure all would buy the more they could on 100 dollars .

It would be a win-win situation for the new investors who wants to invest in bitcoins if the prices goes down to $100. But its simply not possible that it would be dumped at that level. Atleast the present users of bitcoins will pray that day never comes.
1271  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 23, 2015, 03:10:40 AM
the only bank i believe at the moment is blockhain ,that one i can left my bitcoins and return anytime it will have the same ammount a fee wont be deducted all months on it,soo small ammounts worth to be invested ,my sugestion is crypto ,can buy old coins or try new coins but must be wise and play with small ammounts, protecting your money if turn into a dead coin.

Yes we have our own bank and we are the boss. So why should we invest in other banks who will take care of our money. Here we can take care of our money and use it whenever required. And it is better to save money in bitcoins and use it as and when required.
1272  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: July 23, 2015, 03:07:40 AM
Reading the responses to the recent topic titled, "I would sell all my bitcoins if…." has left me concerned.

The kinds of responses on that thread reveal a deep misunderstanding of bitcoin and the current monetary system in many of those who are speculating. Let's consider the scenario in which bitcoin reaches $1000 or let's say $10,000 per bitcoin. Many have said they will cash out if bitcoin reaches this point. Why??

If bitcoin reaches $10,000 it will have to be because the fiat currencies of the world are tumbling to worthlessness via a hyperinflation type scenario and bitcoin is the safe haven, which if you know anything about the current monetary systems of the world, you know this is inevitable. (there have been 3800 fiat currencies throughout history and EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE has crashed to worthlessness; a value of zero) Why would you then sell all of your sound money (Bitcoin) for a bunch of fiat money that is inevitably becoming worthless? I don't understand the logic in doing that.

If bitcoin ever reaches $10,000 per bitcoin, you will NEVER see me selling for fiat paper money. You may however see me having a shopping spree at Overstock.com or TigerDirect.com or NewEgg.com! I will be buying things I want with my bitcoin profits DIRECTLY WITH BITCOIN, not selling my bitcoin for paper fiat. Hopefully by then there will be many more options, perhaps even Amazon.com will be accepting bitcoin for goods and I can have my shopping spree there.

Point being, selling bitcoin for dollars seems counterproductive. Why convert your paper fiat currency into sound value storing superior bitcoin, only to sell all of your superior bitcoin back for worthless antiquated fiat currency again? Why not just spend the bitcoin itself to buy what you want instead of taking a loss by converting back into dollars which will inflate away eventually anyway?

I do not think so , I think we need to earn bitcoins , but right now that is selling and buying other currencies , because the value of Bitcoin decline , and so can your money, your hard work go to waste

Your hard work and your hard earned money will never go waste if you have worked with great level of dedication and honesty. If the value of bitcoin is declining at a moment, no need to worry, focus on future and keep on earning and growing your bitcoins and never sell all your bitcoins.

1274  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you guess about he future of bitcoin? on: July 16, 2015, 07:42:09 PM
I reckon it'll have a few ups and downs, have a massive spike up over 1k within a couple of years, stay there for a bit, then crash haha. I think bitcoin will either go fully mainstream within ten years or it'll be forgotten about as a fad of some sort.

Yeah and I believe 10 years is also a long period. Lets keep it for next 5 years and we will get the exact picture of it. And in meanwhile there would be some new cryptos entering into market so we need to see whether bitcoin can survive and compete with them or not.
