I have the tax man to pay...so somewhat clueless on when I'm gonna sell some LTC to cover for such...
I will inform you all here, I always sell at the low and buy at the high...so at least some of you can time your buys to match my
ugly sales...(its a gift!)
surely if you don't sell them, it's not yet money... just keep 'em in the wallet. But it is money. You can pay with litecoin no problem. As long as you can use something to pay for something else, shouldn't it automatically be considered 'money'? when you sell is the key.....if the price is high ...you sell ..to cover expenses...if the price is low you have to sell more also in the USA cryptocurrencies are considered property...if you sell before 1 year and 1 day it is 40% on capital gains and 10% to my state taxes (more or less) and it is 20% on capital gains and 10% tax man..in that most of my LTC was at around $4.15 as you can tell this is gonna suck! by the by ..I'm retired and trying to live off ALT hoard (saving BTC hoard) for the next 3 years..with hopefully mining at least into Fall 2018 worst case thus have to keep ahead of the taxes that MAY be do..month to month..don't want to be caught behind the curve to tax man..if mining stops and income from such stuff stops...or again..if price is low more ALT coins out the door like LTC to cover that optional stuff like: food/heat/clothing/medical etc  Sell OTC, tell nobody.. ! Funny enough.. i recall you saying that you were out of mining at the end of 2015... you're an old miner like me, you'll mine on until the day they put you in the ground brother!! |

BE AWARE: they ban in their Telegram chat for uncomfortable questions. It is my only original message I've got instant ban for: Hey guys I have a few questions about your project:
1. In your documents it is mentioned that the designation of the property is vegetables storage. Do you have any permission from the officials to do mining there?
2. We all know how sometimes the business in post Soviet countries is made… What is your protection against government, police, guys in masks, another rich Kazakh individuals just coming at your place and arrest/raid the bunker and get all the equipment out?
Banning for questions in the chat that was created for this purpose is a red flag for me. Even if it's not a scam, it is at least showing their relation to investors and that they are hiding potential risks from people, who don't know the local specificity of business and Russian/Kazakh language to understand the docs. I was also banned for "uncomfortable questions". They promised to take the ban down but I am still being blocked. why bother posting this in a self moderated topic? it'll only get deleted! |

even if it's not a scam.. the entire community is fed up of these shitty token sales.. of which 80% will fail (whether they were destined to fail due to being a scam is unclear on a lot of them). Just because Ethereum reached $1000, people think that their own designed EC20 token has some value.
this has no value... it's got no original tech behind it and it looks like the developer has tried to find an easy way to fleece people of their ETH.
I'd say be just very careful where you send your money.

This news about the decline of Litecoin is not that bad taking it in context with the current state of the market. We have had good times and we will have bad times but Litcoin's position in the market is assured as it is an the alternative to Bitcoin. The world’s fifth-largest cryptocurrency plummeted to $160.43 at 6am, its lowest price since February 13 when it was $158.50, according to CoinMarketCap. Although it rose to $176.13 at 1.09pm, the digital token still down 5.03 percent over the last 24 hours, as of 1.32pm. https://www.express.co.uk/finance/city/929507/Litecoin-price-drop-why-fallen-will-Litecoin-go-back-up-cryptocurrency-latestI've seen charts *unknown how legit* where all the dumps from 18k and downward of any major note...has been from the mt. gox trustee dumping BTC to USD for the settlement... if that is the case...LTC and other alts are gonna go sideways at best..till that clears out...assuming LTC stays connected in price to BTC price.... so far I have read that the mt. gox trustee has dumped 500 million since nov/dec and has 1.5 billion dollars to go..and has stated they are trying to get the 'highest price possible' we could see this go on for the rest of the year of sideways or down prices for all crypto ..if they follow BTC's lead on these dumps... i finally got round to charting stuff earlier.. in light of what we know (160,000BTC still to sell by mt gox trustee) My chart shows our 2018 channel for BTC to be highs of $10407 with lows of $6683... so LTC... what searing says... sideways for a while to come. HEY...prove me wrong...I want to be 'full of sh*t' on much of what I say lately....alas, it has not been happening....I am distraught, ACK! that's always been your problem bro... you think you must be full of shit and 99% of the time you are right on the money. |

still not convinced enough to mine it.
i even have the old neptunes on BTC, mining around 900sats per block, rather than mine this shit.
You mining in the wrong place, or mining at a low diff or both? neptunes, aka shitty cubes. three working, two down. repaste them (if running them worth the trouble) and get the maxumark bracket 10 bucks to replace the KNC kludge bracket. (pm maxumark on here they are 10 bucks each)...also then you can put heatsinks on the dc/dc's also again, you probably know this and likely not worth it..but IF you are running them anyway... meh, see PM as to the reasons... my miner servicing skills are way too good it would seem!  |

Hey guys I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question:
I've been mining LCC for 10 days now with one S9 miner, and got only 182 LLC.
I think as per my calcuation the ROI is less than BTC.
please correct me if I'm wrong.
also, what is the best exchange to trade LCC, and what is the point of being listed on Yobit but without the ability to trade it.

So it's a self-help group. who'd have thunk it... and here's me thought it was all about making money. Heya, just wondering if you're not a fan? I can happily say that I joined the Litecoin Cash (LCC) community over a week ago on discord and haven't looked back.
