Do I understand correctly, launch is at 8 PM and then roughly 8 hours of mining with 0 rewards and then solo mining until someone makes 5k and launches a masternode?
i wouldn't mine anything that offered zero rewards... but don't these things usually zip through.. because difficulty will need time to re-adjust so there's be no blocks for about (PUT A NUMBER HERE) days; If nobody mines it. |

We ran pool tests this morning and have to adjust the launch schedule. We are changing from 2pm to 9pm. Essentially this is because in order to generate a block template for the pools to work, we have to have an active masternode. Since this is a no pre-mine coin, that is not an option for us. Stratums will not be usable until we see the first masternode. This means that everyone will be solo mining for the first 9 hours through the wallet via cpu. Once someone (or us) mines enough currency for a masternode, the MinerMore pool will come online. The new time is later so that our pool operator doesn't have to get up in the middle of the night to initialize the pool. See you all at 9pm EST!

i am pretty sure if this was anywhere near a legitimate project, you woudn't just piggy-back on the ethereum network with a shit-token.
There might be an misunderstanding on this side, we don't build this city this project is already started by a group called Empire World Group, and we will be developing our own private blockchain for this in near few month so you have just announced that you have.... drum roll... and unfinished product, built on someone else's network. doesn't bode well, really, does it? Correct me if I'm wrong, what I understood from the dev is that - they will use their token maybe as a form of payment and other financial transactions in this Empire World City. They have collaboration with the Empire World Group to deploy their cryptocurrency within their system, is that right? So they are not trying to build this city, because someone else is going to build such City. Maybe they are trying to operate a cashless city and this is their guinea pig. But the question is, when will this Empire World City be realized? Is the construction going on? In what stage of development they are in right now? i get all that but my concern is, if you are building a city, and want a cashless society, why not just use ETH, rather than piggy-backing on the shoulders of ETH with yet another token? |

Sometimes that is even better than investing  as to darknet markets - well, we can't stop one from doing so if they want to. I think what you are doing is admirable. so much more of the cryptocurrency users should consider the main focus on WHY.. and not so much on HOW MUCH. i've been involved in crypto for over ten years now (shit.. already!?) and i am still involved for the same reasons as to why i began. i'd be delighted to see a darkmarket use QMC for blockchain functions - whether that be the use of the coin, or the use of the backend/blockchain functions. |
