3441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: September 07, 2016, 08:27:22 AM
I will not choose any of them cause in the long run you will only loose on both, cause both of them are risky it is better to save  than gambling or investing.
It is risky if you don't have enough knowledge in gambling and investing, for me, when you compare the two investing is better than gambling because if you have enough knowledge in investing you will really earn money in a long run and you must really need more patience when you invest to become succesful in investing.
Knowledge is more important for investing compared to gambling as gambling has nothing to do with your knowledge whereas investing could be more profitable if you have right knowledge to invest into a right opportunity. Knowledge and experience are the key parts for multiplying your investments, but profits from gambling is purely based on luck.
3442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All these banks are now useing bitcoin on: September 07, 2016, 07:35:21 AM
I think its gonna be a good thing. More people will be able to trust and consider using bitcoin, more merchandisers will start allowing bitcoin as their payments, people will invest more in bitcoin and maybe it will make it grow more and increase its value as well. It would be considered a lot more reliable than it is now. Though it will have its downs as well, as banks will be able to tax you, and track you as well. It will lessen the amount of anonymity from this world, but I feel the advantages are more than its cons.
That's true here as we already use net banking or debit/credit cards issued by banks and if bitcoins too are adopted, we'll be able to pay in bitcoins too. It will be like another trading account in addition to demat and other investment accounts and hence it will be a best thing for traders to buy/sell bitcoins easily.
3443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 06, 2016, 08:51:29 PM
I think we need to stop blaming the thing that people are addicted to, instead of people who are addicted to it. People surely need to learn accepting the responsibility for their own actions, and stop always blaming other sources.
i never blame the people who are gambling their money to be honest because i know that people might be addicted to it and it would be hard to escape
Still it's every gambler's responsibility not getting addicted to gambling. So overall, considering gambling as a wrong thing is a valid point. Gamblers lose their money initially after that they are losing their life too due to gambling problems. So staying away from gambling must be a responsibility, every human must have to take care.
3444  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: September 06, 2016, 07:11:42 PM
I dont think it would be good for you when you are investing into the bitcoin with just one bitcoin because one is just 600 dollar not even enough to live from in one week you know.
it would definitely be good in my opinion, it would allow people to make some decent money in the future, and i think you should put your money into it now

1 btc is good amount to have, but you cannot expect that it will make you millionaire in future as bitcoins will never hold that high value so its better to accumulate more coins for the future.
It can't make you a millionaire for sure. But I think buying altcoins in ICOs can make you more than 1 BTC. ICOs has the tendency to jump high on its first few days. You must sell it quickly as prices foes down after. But you must determine what altcoin has that power to have a good up in price.
But with ICO's you also don't know if a coin will grow or simply get dumped. But with bitcoins you at least know that you won't give any significant loss and in fact it will be profitable if you have patience.
Today if we see buying 1 bitcoins is a good idea though I will always want to buy around 300-400$ around.
3445  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: September 05, 2016, 05:58:50 PM
Watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C40rulQhoLU   He won 2nd prize in lottery

i watched the video but i still have doubt on that, it is possible that the video is made by the owner just to fake the lottery having real winners. i will only believe it if its posted by a reputable member
I doubt even if it was made by a reputable member, it can be trusted. There can be cases that that reputable member may be paid for doing so. However, this does not apply to everyone, of course. We must need solid evidences accompanying it like blockchain transaction for winning amount is a perfect example here.
3446  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin affects life a lot on: September 05, 2016, 04:30:26 PM
It can effect your life allot when you are making some extra money with it, even the smallest things can sometimes make a big difference.
It has effected my life in a big way.
It has definitely affected my life because I have focused more on bitcoin than playing games. I decided to be more productive. I lessened my time playing games and turn them into something new (bitcoin) and had it profitable which is really, obviously better than wasting time also by spending money for wasting time.
3447  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling crying thread on: September 05, 2016, 02:42:10 PM
Just to let everyone know, this thread is a safe space. You will be free from judgment, and should not hold anything back when sharing your emotions. Let this be a therapeutic moment indeed
No matter how much idiotic it seems to cry after gambling but friend after loosing money anywhere we are really frustrated and we want to curse someone and say bad about site. So this is a perfect thread  Grin considering those hardcore gamblers.

I wanted to cry too but then stopped because it won't help and the loss is just 0.005 which I just made while writing this post.
3448  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: September 05, 2016, 01:52:50 PM
Not so difficult if you ask me but you have to explain it different depending on the charachter of the person you are explaining it to.
For example if the woman loves to shop etc you can show her the places you can use bitcoin and the investment side aswell, she will see it as a win win being able to pay with bitcoin and making money at the same time.

'if the woman loves to shop' is there a woman that doesn't? Lol.. They all do, but they prefer a safer and easier way to shop. With cash, they can go just anywhere to buy clothes and stuff.
That is correct most of the people love to shop online specially the women but they love the cash on delivery (COD) method which is very safe for the buyer, but women can motivate to use bitcoin specially the house wives if they want to earn while at home.

I can relate to that.  My sister is an avid online buyer.  She bought before a watch that is not that good looking when it arrives, a shoes that is not a good fit to her because they send them wrong size, and lately a cellphone casing but this time it is fine.  Yeah, maybe we could encourage them to try to use bitcoin as an alternative way of paying their orders online.  And yes you are correct also, moms who were all day in their house could earn such a nice and decent income through bitcoins.  Just like what we are doing.  It is a better way than to spend the whole day with just sitting and gossiping with other people.
That really depends. It's not that hard to convince women to use bitcoin really, because they aren't that kind of a special people because they're humans too. What's hard is that the place they often buy from may actually not accept bitcoin, which is going to be the challenge because you'd have to force them to use other sites to buy stuff from that accepts bitcoin payments.
3449  Other / Off-topic / Re: how bitcoin is popular in your country ? on: September 04, 2016, 07:47:58 AM
Bitcoin is not popular in my country infact people in my country do not have any idea about it and if we think about here's currency then till now its impossible here

Everyone keeps on saying that bitcoin is getting popular day by day, but looking at this thread I think reality is something different and if this is the case then its not a good sign.
Well I think it depends on the country you live in, there are some countries prohibit bitcoin and the government does not allow people to use bitcoin so in those countries, it seems to be that bitcoin will not have any place, but to most of the developed countries they promote bitcoin so bitcoin is something very usual and familiar to the people of those countries.

Bitcoin is familiar in most of the countries but how many actual users are using bitcoins, and I am sure that its not as per the expectation level and very few of them are using it.
If we see in depth then I think apart from major countries like USA, INDIA and a few others the users on this forum are very less.

The challenge for bitcoins is right this, to get more and more users who live in different countries while we users actually cannot do this some sites can by offering discounts to specific countries on buying products with bitcoins.
3450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling Investments on: September 04, 2016, 07:10:21 AM

Not worth it, unless if you're ok with 0.0001 btc profit.

Was 0.0001 a daily income?  Hmm that one sounds really small. I guess i should have to just hold my bitcoin for now till i get to that 1 btc amount. I just hope tho that betking is still working at that time lol.
Did you guys even saw his table and profits ? He made some nice profits brothers.
I am sure the one which goes the best right now ( betking ) will be taken over by the least good right now this is the rule of nature Grin

Anyways hope you make good profits and none of these reputable sites scam you at all.
3451  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: September 03, 2016, 07:36:04 PM
I think the easiest way to stay away from gambling is join a community hobby that really use much time, like fishing or something like that. It will makes your forget about gambling.
I think not all of us will not enjoy fishing. But if you love fishing why not try that one? You can also go to an arcade to enjoy there and forget about gambling. Or you can travel with friends just to stay away from gambling.
Maybe you mistook the point of him because he was saying is joining a community which can be about fishing or something else just like you said is a arcade community.

Well that is going to make your attention caught if you are going to get along with the people that you have the same interest at all. That is what I have done from the past when I was still a gambler at all. I did the same interesting things with my friends in able to kill my time with that activity just to avoid the gambling activities.

Putting your time and attention to other things is going to make you stay away from gambling easily. And you are going to put your effort and time in it and you are going to be tight with the management of your time then that is going to be the bests way to stay away from gambling because if you know how to manage your money then you are going to stay away in gambling.
I like the idea of time management because its said " empty house is a devil's workshop " and hence if you have lots and lots of free time you will always find time for gambling.
And otherwise if our schedule is tight we will not have a minute to spare and hence we wont be able to find any time for gambling, hence reducing the effect of gambling slowly.
3452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will be see bitcoin as international currency? on: September 03, 2016, 03:09:13 PM
Perhaps Bitcoin can be already considered as an international currency. Anyone can use it over the world, and there is already a lot of people using it every day. The problem is that the number is not that high compared to the use of fiat money. It's required that more phisical shops start accepting it, so the currency can attract more customers.
Yes, bitcoin itself is already an international currency from the beginning, its aim is to be used all around the word without any barriers but the only problem is that there are countries do not accept bitcoin and give restrictions about bitcoin.

As a result, many people still don’t know about the existence of bitcoin and it isn’t used widely and I hope this will change in the future when bitcoin reaches farther.
3453  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is better for bitcoin future? Mass adoption or huge price increase? on: September 01, 2016, 04:03:06 AM
I voted in a huge price increased .it will bring a big impact to the market as it will spread the big news of money making alternative for fiat money ,if the price increased i believe that mass adoption will also take effect on the market .so it would better like before the end of halving huge price increased faster so it follows all of the given choices.

But I fear the huge increase in price could cause the market to fail though. I bet there would be a huge group of people who just dump the coins essentially causing it to crash, which could potentially make the cost of bitcoins lower than it was before the price spike. So, I believe the mass adoption must be the first step words huge price increase.
3454  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why price of Bitcoin too stable? on: August 31, 2016, 06:36:30 PM
Stability is all what we want at the moment as too many fluctuations can make the investors lose their money rather than earn profit. The price is stuck at $570-$572 now which is still better and this is because the stability between
the supply and demand and currently, there is nothing that could make the price increase as halving is over long back. There are investors but not more than the sellers.
3455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: August 31, 2016, 03:04:56 PM
Why everyone is using the Word of Fun for only gambling, if gambling is a game, so all games are interesting and entertainment, not funny, Gambling is not a drama or play, it is a real and mind blowing game.
For me, nothing is funny in gambling.
What do you think of FUN in gambling?

You need to differentiate between FUN and FUNNY, those have different meaning. Fun is when you enjoy yourself on such thing, but funny is something that makes you laugh.
So of course there is no funny thing in gambling because gambling is not a joke. But it is fun when you can enjoy the game.

Agreed with this one. Im just gambling for fun, so i'm ready if im lose on gambling, but its more fun when i won big profit just with small amount, fo me thats the thing which makes gambling is fun.
Gambling can be really fun because there are allot of difference games you can play you know and the most funny thing about it is that you can win allot of money sometimes off course not all the time but when you play with less money it will be fun for the rest of your life.
I think gambling cannot be fun unless you are playing it for fun actually. I have personally gambled a lot and I admit that I never actually had any sort of FUN from gambling maybe because that I always run for profits and they never actually happen to me. Anyways and anyhow I never understand how people have fun from gambling if they are loosing ...
3456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: August 30, 2016, 08:26:29 PM
bitcoins is of the most active crypto currency of the world and it will remain for ever.

It is absolutely true, but did not close the possibility that bitcoin is going to have a very dangerous rival for growth or defense bitcoin in the future. Because technology will surely developed and every technological development there must be some things far better and far more modern

Monero? It is more untraceable than Bitcoins. But as long as Bitcoin remain as the base currency for exchange, it will hold up fine.
I actually like Monero. I've been mining it from a few months back until now, even though the value has not moved dramatically but it's quite a lot more profitable than mining bitcoins, that's if you're going to be mining solo.

Well, bitcoin sure isn't dead simply because we have a good-enough support for now.
3457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: August 30, 2016, 07:33:40 PM
many people do not know what bitcoin mean , I feel very sorry , and I definitely want to do something .The future is bitcoin ! who do not have one bitcoin should be sure to invest ..
There's really a lot of things that we can do, although it takes quite a lot of confidence to do so. The most effective one, most likely, is to correct misunderstandings about bitcoins because I know quite a lot of people from our neighborhood who sees bitcoin as a currency for the criminals, just because the mainstream media reports mostly crimes involving bitcoin.
3458  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with my signature campaign earnings ? on: August 30, 2016, 06:39:54 PM
I think you could spend it on games (using steam), in game credits, or something you consider cool, depending on your preferences and according with the amount that you receive from the campaigns.
I bought some steam games from my signature earning too in past days. but now I don't prefer to spend all my signature earning on these useless things. games are cool but there is no any benefit to play games and waste your time.
I think we should prefer for an activity which give us some benefit. like trading, buying selling and increasing our signature payment.
If you want to double payment of the signature campaign in my opinion very well through trade. The results of the trade fairly large and can increase the income of the signature campaign. But to try to trade must be careful because we have to learn the trade first so they do not lose.
Trade isn't as easy as it seems, although if you really do invest quite a lot of time in it, then you may be able to do so. At first, just don't be afraid to lose but don't be impatient as well. That was my very first mistake in trading and I wouldn't want anyone be having the same newbie mistake I had.
3459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ONLINE GAMBLING WILL BE BANNED IN THE PHILIPPINES on: August 30, 2016, 03:59:15 PM
Some of the replies is off topic. The online gambling that Pres Duterte is talking about is those online gambling operator in the Philippines under PAGCOR-related online gambling.

Those online gambling site including bitcoin gambling site outside of the operation here in the Phillipines can still freely visited by people in here. Just use other bitcoin web wallet based outside on the PH and use only local exchanger when withdrawing the funds (bitcoin) to avoid some problems in local exchangers term.

Exactly, that is why my friend who is always playing e-games stopped already because that is considered as online gambling here in country.

Because that is making the big casino's that are paying big taxes a competition and getting their customers instead that those people are going to play to their establishment.

But still Duterte is allowing gambling in the Philippines, only physical.
That's really unfortunate. Well, the way they reasoned out is somewhat valid in their perspective because indeed they really can't simply put tax on them if they don't know where to find them.

Well, with that said, I guess bitcoin users can still gamble on bitcoin-related sites that aren't based in the philippines so I don't think it's that much of a problem because I know most of the big bitcoin gambling sites are based either in America or Europe.
3460  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 29, 2016, 06:21:11 PM
Everyone has different point of views like some people loose much money and still doesn't give up and keep trying. If you say them you have ruined yourself loosing so much money they will not do agree with, I have one friend who has this kind of explanation and still is playing. I am not effected yet at all by gambling in one way or other personally.
Our views depends on our experience and I have not seen here posting some information that gambling has fix his life. Most of the gamblers will say that gambling will ruin their life because they are losers and they regret those times they lose a big amount of money that they cannot afford to lose anymore.
There's a reason for that. Those people who lost from gambling are those who we often see because they need to let out their rage or depression about what they feel. Most of those who had their life fixed from gambling wouldn't want to post in the forum simply because they would be the target of endless questions about the method he used, and people asking him for some small shares, etc.
