3501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 15, 2016, 07:44:13 PM
Reasons why gambling is addicting:

1.Become a millionaire in one day - wow seriously then why do people work hard everyday and earn from jobs?
2.Chasing losses - you can do that but the house always wins
3.Jackpots - just pure greedy people get punished for their gluttony
4.Hot girls - some people think a casino is also a dating place  Grin

There are several more. I don't want to list them - some people might feel ashamed on seeing them. Cheesy Cheesy

Well all of on the list are really making gambling very addicting if you are going to think about the one time big time jackpot hitting. You are really going to think of it daily even you are losing a lot of time. But with just one winning you are going to become millionaire from it one day. Unless you are going to make gambling as your busines.

Gambling, just like anything in life, too much exposure to it is bad. When we gamble every single day by just betting randomly and no pre-planned bets and sessions, then sooner that person will get hooked to it and get addicted.

Just play in moderation guys! Wink
Just play within your personal acceptable margins and even if you are teased, don't ever go beyond it.

Ever. Because the start of going beyond is pretty much the start of uncontrollable addiction and could lead to even worse situation for yourself.
Think of gambling not as a source of income, but a source of happiness and fun.
3502  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 14, 2016, 08:11:06 PM
Of course i will used it for fun, i think i am going to buy ps4 and a bunch of games and also decorate my room and put new things inside of bedroom
nice plans you have, but nobody will give you 10 btc for free Cheesy Cheesy
Everyone has the right to spend their own coins to whatever they desire to do with it.
I however would start my own business with those coins as it would surely be enough for a small one, yet a constantly profitable one.

That's only if someone's actually going to give me 10 btc lmao.
3503  Other / Archival / Re: how to earn bitcoin fast? on: August 14, 2016, 07:30:11 PM
Remember one thing slow and steady wins the race, its better not to rush to earn bitcoins fast as there are full chances that you will loose your money in it, its better to start earning slowly and safely.
Very good said. It is much more better to increase slowly but with safety you Bitcoins . Trading or investments site are fot hose who have money to lose. If you are just a begginer in Bitcoin industry i will say to gain slowly but safety bitcoins. And dont be happy when you see that a website offer you 200% of your bitcoin in 1 day, thats not gonna happen.
Yes, fast earning is never a safe way but if you really really badly want to get some bitcoin that much then you could try gambling. I assure you there is nothing is as fast as gambling, it’s fast in both giving you money and taking it all from you.
And when you are into gamble then there is no way out, if you desperately wish to have bitcoin fast then try once or twice, you’ll learn the lesson and it’s gonna be painful.
3504  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 14, 2016, 07:32:23 AM
I'm spending about 10% of my total salary to invest bitcoin. When it reach highest value ( especially when halving is near ) I'm sell it
It means that bitcoin can be use for long term investation

I think that is the perfect way to go for an investment, as we all know that bitcoin will hold much higher price in future so putting some money regularly into it is the best thing to do.

I think it's better to put aside the benefits you get from bitcoin to withstand long-term, because the future of bitcoin is not clear, anything can happen. but it is most people believe the future of bitcoin will be great with a high price.
And how then to explain the situation with the exchanger bitfinex, and then people began to massively sell their bitcoin, because the price has fallen by almost $ 100. If investiruesh, you must trust that where investiruesh, otherwise there will be confusion.
I think it's just the panic people to sell their bitcoin, and do not understand more about the price of bitcoin, because basically when bitcoin prices fall abruptly, it will definitely bounce and recover.
We passed that, and at this time we can saw the price rate is recover into the previous rate and the panic feeling in everybody is starting to be disappearing. well just hoping will faster in recovering and will giving a good impact for bitcoin.
Many investors are eyeing for bitcoin by the next year. They are still on the observing phase and seeing if they can profit from bitcoin.
With KimDotCom announcing indirectly his interest in bitcoin, it surely would leave an impact for the bitcoin masses. So, having more plans with the speculations of more organizations will accept bitcoin in futures must be a better idea IMO.
3505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: August 14, 2016, 05:22:22 AM
Is there a way to determine the number of people who are actually using Bitcoin till date? Who would have access to such information? Meaning a way to find out, how many new people have used Bitcoin in 2016 , so that we can say exponential growth is natural not artificially created by hoarders.

There is no way to see that actually, because the people using bitcoin are not always using the same platform and with people using different platforms of bitcoin is hard to be counted, if every bitcoin user was using just one wallet for example then maybe that could have been possible through that.

Its really difficult to calculate the exact percentage of people using bitcoins as its never possible, but the users are regularly increasing as time passes by.
It's obvious that there's no way to accurately predict the number of bitcoin users be it active or dormant as the only information that we can get our hands on is the number of addresses that are or were once active and that information enough wouldn't suffice since people can own multiple addresses.
However, it does provide us with the opportunity of assumption of how many bitcoin users there can be.
3506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: August 12, 2016, 09:15:47 AM
I dont care if its illegal or not illegal of playing bitcoin here in my country since i dont play gambling after all.
Yes, with the bitcoin payments and some proxies will never need to worry about your country's stand on gambling. Because, you will be completely anonymous when you are entering into gambling world with some setup and with a big help from bitcoin.

I admit that i play a little bit when i suffer losses and i see dont have luck in gambling then i decide not to gamble ever again and i promise it to myself. Gambling would only lose my hard earned money if i decide to continue and thats the reality.
But, I personally like to suggest you to know the legal status of gambling in your country. Be a responsible citizen even if you are going for gambling very rarely.
3507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: August 12, 2016, 08:00:46 AM
in case we lost internet connection all over the world then i would say yes bitcoin and all other online payment will disappear .

Do you really think that internet will disappear in future? It has become an basic necessity not only of an individual but also of corporates and businesses so that will never happen in future.
Yes, bitcoin has become a part of life for many individuals as well as for corporations. Like how we can not imagine a life without a mobile phone (for some people, it must be facebook), bitcoin has become as digital oxygen to human's financial world.

There are a lot of actions / preventions are being taken to solve any possible problems that bitcoin ecosystem may face in future. So, all necessary steps are being taken time to time to have better bitcoin systems in future for our next generations.
3508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling made for kids???? on: August 11, 2016, 07:41:40 AM
gambling is not a game of kids . gambling was made to play adults. gambling is entertainment that can make money. the work of a kids is to learn premises enterprising and excel in academics.

Yeah, kids don't deserve do gambling. Because gambling is very dangerous and it will be bad for the future of the kids. Just give a gambling addiction and kids not ready to get it. Do games like Pokemon GO much better to develop the creativity of kids
Other activities would help but for children the better activity for them are to have a good sports to stay healthy. Nowadays computer games are also addicted and it would not help so much to develop a healthy lifestyle for the kids.
Yes, computer games has no differences from gambling in my opinion.
Moreover, the thinking of treating gambling for kids is originated from computer games only. Most of the parents thinks both are same for entertaining their kids. They never think about it's addictions and other problems of these type of games.
3509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gamble small amount i win and when i gamble big i loose. on: August 11, 2016, 05:46:46 AM
That thing happens to me very often whether i am gambling in dice sites or i am having sports betting in soccer, basketball or cricket.
I am gambling since 2 years and that thing mostly happens with me dont know i am unlucky or there is some reason behind this.
Is this happens with you also? Can u figure out what is the reason behind this ?
I think this is gamblers fallacy, I mean if the website is provably fair and if you really checked if it is provably fair rather then just saw the words provably fair on the website that means they can not cheat.
They have technological background to prove that they are not screwing you. Which means there is no way they would know if you are betting small or big and react accordingly.
3510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the Odds. on: August 10, 2016, 08:17:10 PM
The important part that should be taken into consideration is not the odds of each game, its the house edge of each website.
If one provides you with 0.01 house edge and the other offers 2% house edge that means that it doesn't matter which game it is, the odds of each game changes from house edge to house edge. Tough that changes in things like blackjack it still is valid when the house edge of blackjack taken into consideration in general.
3511  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think bitcoins will disapear or become unused? on: August 10, 2016, 04:41:24 PM
Not really,I do not think that will ever happen to Bitcoin. The price is going up, it is spreading more and more, and more people start to use Bitcoin every day. It has just 'evolved' too much to disappear now or in the next 5 years or such. It can only dissappear if everyone stops using it, but I do not see it in the near future.

People will only stop using it if the price falls to an extreme level and from where earning profits will be stopped, and if it happens then bitcoin will disappear for sure.
If bitcoin would become unprofitable, then there's no point in using bitcoin anymore for the majority, resulting in drop of bitcoin users and possibly even miners to drop. And when miners stop mining, there's no one running the transactions thus halting every bitcoin transaction. Bitcoin's basically dead by that time.
3512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Worldwide! on: August 10, 2016, 10:21:08 AM
In my country, I think not more 0,0001% citizens know about Bitcoin, I ever ask and survey in my facebook friends and nothing know about bitcoin
something like that in my country either, we dont have any bitcoin shops over here and i dont know anyone around who would know bitcoins
That's really unfortunate. What countries are you guys in? I'm most definite that it's a third world country since I'm confident that bitcoin is very well known in first world countries by this time.

But I would like to suggest you people not to wait anymore for somebody brings bitcoin business in your region.
Instead of waiting for other people to bring, why not you start your own bitcoin start ups. Most probably you can gain more profits if you are first for any kind of business which involves bitcoin.
One simple example : mobile recharge for bitcoins.
3513  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: August 09, 2016, 06:27:34 PM
Bitcoin hit $1,000,000: even i get 1 bitcoin after 20 year's i would probably happy because i do buy all things i want build a house and lot where i can live free and alone because 1 bitcoin is equal to 1m dollar here in ph you can buy a lot with that money Smiley
Bitcoin hit  $1,000 again: i will exchange all this into fiat so that i can use it on my daily living where i can build a small business to start a business
Bitcoin stayed where it was: i will continue to collect and earn bitcoin and hold it until the price came back
Bitcoin became worthless, or a few cents: i don't know maybe i still continue to collect and earn as much as i can Smiley

That's some pretty sweet speculation you have there.
20 years IS quite a lot of time so you never really know what you do by that time until that time actually comes. My speculations can only reach up to a year since if I stick to a single plan all the time, then I wouldn't be able to adapt accordingly if need be.
3514  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: August 09, 2016, 04:33:08 PM
With 0.30 bitcoins per month you can make a decent living in poor countries or like they call them third world countries. Cambodia and alikes you can make a very nice monthly living with only 0.30 bitcoins per month. Not that hard to make it if you are for example in a very good signature campaign like Bit-x for example. Also in other high paying signatures like mine or like those who pay 0.05 btc per week. Even with 0.25 bitcoins per month you can live a very comfortable life there in Cambodia. So yes it is possible but only in certain countries. Beside that bitcoin can be earned in many ways and not exclusive only to signature campaigns.

Even people in 1st world countries are earning livings with bitcoins but not only with signature campaigns but they are running online casinos, working with their skills or trading with big capitals everyday, because these are the ways that can earn you enough bitcoins that you can make a living with.

Yeah if you have multiple sources of earning bitcoins then you can definitely earn a living with, but as you said I don't think its possible for everyone to invest big capital in it.
As for a third worlder, earning even just 1 bitcoin a month would be enough to live with all the necessities that you need. For a first worlder however, you'd need atleast 5BTC since the cost of living is strictly that different. Unless you're willing to eat chicken nuggets at Mcdonalds every time everyday.
3515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: August 09, 2016, 07:18:59 AM
i will not gamble if gambling is illegal in my country, but you know what, sometimes i have a strong desire for gambling and i realize that was a bad desire. so if i have got this desire, i will use vpn and play gambling by stealth mode  Grin
Yes, with bitcoin payments and VPN connection you will be virtually out of country and you do not need any of your identity to be exposed for the gambling purpose. This way, I strongly believe we no more need to worry about any country specific restrictions about gambling.
Bitcoin means freedom, if you fully realize that then no one could stop you from your gambling but gamble responsibly.
3516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: August 08, 2016, 02:24:16 PM
Hello guys I am addicted to gambling. How can I quit this?

That's easy. Just go and find a job, you'll forget gambling soon if you are busy. If you don't mind, why are you quitting, what comes into your mind? if you have a reason, you can always use it to quit gambling, so each time your hands are itchy and want to gamble, just think of the reason on why you want to quit. It would be effective if you are honest to your self.  Smiley
Nope. It is not that easy. Even if you have a job.
The moment you get a free time off of your job, it will make you remember about gambling and eventually somehow spend more time there again, unless of course you have something or someone to help you to restrict yourself from gambling.
3517  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: August 08, 2016, 07:26:33 AM
will get some because i think it will be the future and is an amazing tech.

bitcoin is the technology of future currency. the things are getting digital day by day. computer and internet interfered normal life so badly so bitcoin is very important for future life to do business, to shop, to pay and to receive payment.

Mostly investing and using as a everyday currency.
where you invest? saving bitcoin it self a good investment. it has a good potential to grow and rise the price of bitcoin in future.

Not agreed, saving bitcoin is good but not the best option as only saving will never allow to grow your coins its better to use it in trading which will help you in growing your coins on regular interval.
That's right, but are you wanna wasting your time just for waiting about the price that is not clear with various possibilities?growing is better but you need to thinking about your safe way before because caused by appearing of some cases about bitcoin it's will become any motivation to more careful with your amount.
Yeah, it is the fact that with pumping we are getting and will get in the coming future a good profit but this prifit is not a steady and assured one, sometime it will be slow and sometime it will be high, so the better will be that along with holding, you can also plan for something permanent with bitcoins like trading with it and altcoins or think about staring any bitcoin business.
3518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling worth to try for newbie? on: August 07, 2016, 06:40:01 PM
you don't need experience to gamble, most of the games are easy to understand and play for example the famous game of dice that everybody is playing doesn't need any expertise to play, you can even claim faucet and play with that money instead.

although not all games are like this, there are many that need some knowledge if you want to beat the opponent like poker.

Dice is very popular for gambling with bitcoin so if anybody thinking to get start with that game, than is no experience required to play on that so if he is lucky one than surely can make profit, that is true this kind of doesn't demand of good knowledge and experience to give try.
It's not true as experience is definitely necessary in any game and newbies could make several mistakes initially if they do not know how to bet on a gambling website.

Thus, each website offers faucet money that can teach a user how to gamble and decide their bets. Not many website have tutorials which is a negative fact.
3519  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: August 07, 2016, 04:50:26 PM
not yet, but i want to. first i need to check out how everything works and then if it is ok i buy some to start.

Just a piece of advice try not to but Smiley  Try to earn it so that you can experienced of how hard it is. Through this you can grow in this industry then if you think that your knowledge is enough then try to improve your earning strategies using those bitcoin you get or earned.

Earning is always better then buying, buying will require capital to invest and earning needs efforts but if you have earned it then you will be more satisfied in compare to buying.

But earn form where? earn how? earning bitcoin is not easy my bro. there is almost not any reliable earning way and good job which pays in bitcoin.
I know we have service section where people can buy sell their skills for bitcoin. and people can earn some bitcoins. but this is only few bucks. you can't even make 1 bitcoin in one month. with a signature campaign you need to wait 6 months to earn one bitcoin.

Then, you forget about freelancer which pay you in bitcoin, bitcoin/altcoin trading, investment at casino and some illegal jobs on darknet.
But, don't forget that bitcoin supply is limited so of course earn bitcoin will be harder in future.
Not entirely. Getting your hands on bitcoins in the future would not be harder if it is in terms of available supply circulating to the current network and considering improved and easy options for adopting bitcoins.
However, it would be more tougher to get more number of bitcoins and most probably because of a possible increased value of bitcoins in the future.
3520  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: August 07, 2016, 03:08:57 PM
I want to buy land, for future investment, and also I want to buy something for my mother, because she that gives all to me and cared for me.
It’s a good idea that you would buy a land and I especially like it when you said you want to buy something for your mother. It is really important for us to return what mothers have given and it also shows respect to their love.

I believe this is becoming more easy for me too only because of bitcoin savings. Because with my regular job salary I do not have any savings till date even I am working since decades. But only with bitcoin saving, I too can plan up anything similar like yours for my parents.
