I will agree with all of your said because most of the investment places are very risky with various chance to get lost all of your money. and i think the bitcoin will become the number one of the investment place. I don't think trading is better than gambling. That is just an illusion which is created. People who do trading think they know the financial news and what impact will they have on the market and think this is easy so let's try. When they start trading though, soon they realize this is just as gambling and the major part is out of their hands or their skills. Traders confuses luck with skill far more often than gamblers do, at least gamblers are aware not everything is in their power, traders are more lunatic if you ask me. Trading is not really gambling. Depends on what you trade, if you trade mostly on altcoin then it is not really a gamble because most are being manipulated so it is not really pure luck anymore. It might be different with some other type of trading pair. I doubt that bitcoin is not a currency because if bitcoin is not currency then why we are able to spend our bitcoins in doing transactions or using it as an exchange for a particular item. Bitcoin is a currency and also investment/asset at the same time and there is no doubt that we considered it as a currency because it has a value and we can use it to do a lot of things including buying items online and even offline.

HAHAH  Newbie will always say it's pure luck, I don't think we last to gamble longer if majority just believe on pure luck. For me, I believe that requires effort and intelligence as well, you cannot be successful in the long run with pure luck alone, what you need is to be consistent and always improve your method to say profitable. Even if it is on luck based games, you still need strategy to win. It's still pure luck friend no mater if you ask a newbie or ask a philosopher because its crystal clear and obvious.
