3621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: June 28, 2016, 07:42:25 PM
Gambling should be considered the last option but you could choose to invest it in gambling websites which have giveaways running currently like luckybit and primedice while the rest can be just used for trading. That way, you can get to use your coins instead of merely holding them.
Yes but I think the way it is very risky and very difficult, and many people who can not understand the way. Perhaps most people know by collecting and holding bitcoin has included short-term investments.
I think investing now a days is made so easy that even a 10 year old kid who knows what he is doing can invest. Basically yeah you are right at one point that we the investors must understand that there is a edge and we are supposed to win not that we will always win.
3622  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: June 27, 2016, 07:32:22 PM
Price of bitcoin matters to me as I keep trading in bitcoins. If the price keeps rising and dropping within few seconds, it will be difficult to find buyers and trade my coins. It also hampers the reputation of bitcoins, example: If the price reaches $100 or less, we will see that the trades would either decrease by 20-25% or we will see panic buyers.
3623  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin have lost more than $100 in a day... on: June 27, 2016, 07:21:36 PM
It's over $630 now and I fear it may drop even more till halving ends. It's just a test period and we shouldn't actually watch the price but see what has bitcoins gained. There are so many articles now written on bitcoins because of its price and now it's best to hold rather than buy/sell. Just watch where it goes.
3624  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Bitcoin Predictions on: June 27, 2016, 08:35:58 AM
It will cross the barrier of $1k in this year, but I don't think it will remain stable for a long time, it will keep on moving up and down and finally may be it will stick to $800 price.
$1k will be achieved at the time of halving which is only three weeks away from us and after that it is true that the stability will not occur the price will go up and down, but I don’t think that it will stuck at $800 but will be at a higher value.
3625  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to go to US$800+ on: June 27, 2016, 08:23:27 AM
Well  I think it will cross above 800$ but it would not get so far from that.

Even that is great success! And if we can hold this price until new year that would be great work, cause that would mean that bitcoin is serious thing. Well for us its serious already, but for people who never heard about it will mean a lot. Now many more eyes follow btc halving then 4 years ago, that means something.

No that will not be the greater success as you will see that after halving $800 will be a much lower value for all of us and we will see the price of bitcoin at more than $1000 and after that we will wish for the price to reach to more higher level.
3626  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: June 27, 2016, 07:34:25 AM
If I had bots running on 6 major exchanges and I profit 10 to 20 cents from each trade, and complete at least 300 trades every 24 hours, I could be potentially earning $180 each day. That will be $5400 a month! Unregulated and 24/7. Good deal

Wow that's awesome i hope that i can do that also but now i do not have any idea or knowledge on how to get bots and how to use them Smiley.
That is a superb idea but actually not so easy, because not really you will be able to make such profits so quickly and with such a consistency. Surely there is a lot of potential to earn but choose wisely to live well with the support of earnings from bitcoins.
3627  Economy / Speculation / Re: why do you buy bitcoins? on: June 27, 2016, 07:13:51 AM
I buy bitcoin to use as a currency.
That is a good thing we all have to use bitcoin as a currency and have to prefer that currency over all other currency, because with that currency we are getting a good profit and if we continue to support that currency we will get that profit for longer.
3628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: June 27, 2016, 07:02:52 AM
Gambling itself is not wrong but doing it for the profit is very wrong in my eyes due to the fact that you can lose a lot of money and you are mostly not only pulling yourself into such problems but also relatives.

I agree, because gambling is not something that will just silently affect you. It's effect is vast and your behavior becomes rude and you start getting rude with family an friends too. So, better avoid it if you have no self control.
3629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: June 27, 2016, 06:51:37 AM
For me the only safe method is to gamble what you can afford to lose and know your limit and when you have to stop,I think the biggest drawback of any gamble is to stop when they are losing much more if they are winning ,so it's always how and when to stop even if you are winning or losing a game..

Bit i think it is not a strategy or method to make gamble in safe way.

Know your limit and only gamble what you can afford are more likely to a principle of gambling. A strategy or method to gamble safer like do bet on low multiplier @1.1 with bigger bets and much more bets or so.
I had a terrible luck always when I play 1.1 x multiplier ( 90% win chance ) . I think a safe strategy is betting on high multiplier ( low chances ) and then slowly increasing bet amounts. This way has worked for me often.
3630  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: June 27, 2016, 06:26:42 AM
easy to earn money online with bitcoin. it is my favorite of the bitcoin.

besides bitcoin very much beneficial for everyone.

Uncertainty of confirmation timing because we don't know exactly when the funds will be cleared.Sometimes in 10 minutes 4 blocks are generated and other times it takes even more than an hour.

I agree, this is really annoying.  Not just more than an hour, sometimes it takes day.  Some article said that due to the TX Fee, some transaction that have less TX fee are prioritized less.  So newer transaction with higher FEE can climb up the queu confirmaton and be confirmed first.  I know the feeling coz i experienced it once.
The way you said is that's actually what you LIKE about bitcoin. What's being asked here is the least favorite thing about bitcoin and I don't think you nailed that one.

I would agree would dothebeats. I don't necessarily like the long confirmation times. It has been quite a problem and will probably continue to do so unless the devs would take action.
3631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How is bitcoin most important to you? on: June 27, 2016, 06:09:54 AM
Bitcoin is also important to me its because bitcoin give me money to spend for my monthly expenses. And i think it helps me to reduce my financial problem.
yeah bitcoin is also very beneficial for me. bitcoin provides a great income and enough to pay for all purposes and the cost of my life. I do not know if bitcoin does not exist. bitcoin is very important to me
Earning bitcoin is my only source of income as of right now because I'm still just a student. It's a good thing that bitcoin is there for us. While some of us don't necessarily have a special skill, we are still able to get bitcoins through signature campaigns and all the microjobs that we can do.
3632  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: June 26, 2016, 07:55:10 PM
As the title say, what is the proper way to teach someone about what is Bitcoin?
i will teach him to all my knowledge. then i will answer all his questions. That's my very simple answer
Yup. This is actually one of the best ways to teach bitcoin, or anything in general. Tell him about the basic/general information that is needed as a base knowledge then let him/her ask questions about what he wants to learn.
And I've found this good song too http://www.thebitcoinsong.net/ just in case your audience is a fan of rap songs.
3633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Enormous ways to earning Bitcoin on: June 26, 2016, 07:48:26 PM
There are a lots of ways of earning Bitcoins.

1- Faucets
2- signature Compaigns
3-Trading
4-Gambling
5-Lending

You can search each one of them and see the options which are suitable for you.

we cannot say that gambling is also a way to earn bitcoin , that is not make you earn actually you may lose some of you coin because of it . gambling is just a entertainment and also a game for the risk takers .
There is plenty of ways to earn some bitcoins ranging from signature campaign to faucets to get paid.
With other methods, the main point would be getting alot though, mostly these require some serious investments in bitcoin and are not risk-free on invested money.
But do some research about these last 3 methods if you are gonna invest there just to secure your capital.

i'd say the last one and the 3rd one because again gambling is a illegitimate method of "earning" money it's "gambling" money not win today automatically be 100% safe all the time and you'll profit within 2 days.

Trading can be almost guaranteed if you are very skilled at it.
Last one isn't very recommendable because there are sometimes those who are really good at forging documents and faking
accounts/collateral. Trading involves risk but it's a lot better than Gambling. Signature campaign is probably the best option in the list because there aren't any risks at all.

There's supposedly another one.
6. Services
3634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh Fuck! - This asshole published my private key! on: June 26, 2016, 07:33:26 PM
It wouldn't really matter to me that much even if my private key is listed there because the chance of somebody getting access to my wallet is slimmer than winning the lottery. Unless someone actually try to make a bot out of it.
3635  Economy / Speculation / Re: whether bitcoin will continue to grow on: June 26, 2016, 07:26:12 PM
I think yes bitcoin will growing up, because today is era of internet there are many people who use internet and will many people who use bitcoin or another crypto currencies.
I'm already seeing multiple facilities, shops, merchants adopt the payment through bitcoins because they see the profit in it too. The only problem that they always agreee upon is that the value of bitcoin is volatile. It changes from time to time which makes it risky for their businesses.
3636  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: June 25, 2016, 06:35:33 PM
Yes the bitcoin is worth it for me without any doubts because it has a very good future a head with its nice worth.
I think its just a matter of time before we will get rewarded for this.
Bitcoin as a great future but the problem is bitcoin is unpredictable and year by year more adopters are come and new stores are accepting bitcoin..
Like here in my country tey are now adopting bitcoin but they are restricting it here..
If year by year the adopters are increasing and more people and more stores are going to accept bitcoin then the price of it is not unpredictable but with that we all know that the price will go rise more higher and will flourish.
3637  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: June 25, 2016, 06:29:10 PM
Kids can maybe earn it with just playing games or something, I must say its pretty hard to find something that you can let them enjoy and learn(earn).

I don't think kids would be interested in earning at this stage, they will prefer to enjoy their lives with no complications at initial stage, and off course parents should not force them to earn money.
Of course kids in today's generation will be willing to earn money. Every kids thinks about being self dependent. If not also they will be motivated if they earn for themselves where bitcoin will helps such kids in greater levels.
Bitcoin was created to make our transaction become easier and anonymous, so I dont think these advantages could help kids. I mean, what's the purpose they earn bitcoin, since they dont have any idea to buy some stuffs in online shops or sending money for their friends. They are not ready for bitcoin at their age. Even if they do faucet, they still couldnt use that tiny amount of money.
Faucets isn't the only way for kids to get bitcoins though. I'm not a kid but I'm a gamer, and I believe Minecraft is a good game for all ages and it's very child-friendly. There are multiple servers that offer bitcoins just by playing in their servers and I'm playing in one of them.
3638  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: June 25, 2016, 06:20:46 PM
Yes if women will start using bitcoins then it would directly contribute to the adoption rate of bitcoin community and yes gender really matters, as at present we believe that only men are using bitcoins but if bitcoins get support from women across the globe just imagine where the bitcoin community would reach so we want that women should also start using bitcoins.
I think some bitcoinners or members here are women. and i think they are already starting adopting it.. if you remember xotika womens there are accepting bitcoin as tips or payment.
So i think month by month women users are increasing and i think they are really want to know how bitcoin works and how to have bitcoin..

Yeah there are many women around me who are aware about bitcoin and are earning successfully and I think only a woman can motivate other woman to start using bitcoins.
I have a friend who's a girl and she's a bitcoin user. What's different is that contrary to what most men thinks here, she doesn't use bitcoins to do "online shopping" like finding clothes or getting branded makeup and stuff. She actually is just hoarding all coins as she can get and holding it in for a price increase.
3639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the global currency of Earth on: June 25, 2016, 06:14:42 PM
i think presently it is not the global currency of the earth becasue so many people do not know any thing about it. but it is look like that in future it may  be the global currency of the world.

Very few people across the globe are aware about the bitcoin and that doesn't make it global currency, but things may change in future when it will be widely used and accepted.

If people say that bitcoin is a global currency now, I think they are saying wrong. Many countries in the world are not known about this currency. If a a country using bitcoin, than only a few people of it are using bitcoin. If this currency is to become global, then it should be spread out widely. More they known about it, more they become interested in it. Only internet is not only a source of awareness about bitcoins, I think it should be started at higher level. Smiley

You are right about the thing that we cannot claim bitcoin a global currency as it is not used globally. But it is used online globally and there is no restrictions of boundaries.
We can't claim if bitcoin is a global currency because in my region a lot of people doesn't know about bitcoin, for online globally maybe some little people is still unfamiliar with bitcoin.
USD is till the global currency of the earth because that's what's almost every currency is being compared to, to know it's value. It would take a very long time to change the global currency from USD to bitcoin and a very large money, and a very powerful/influential person to do so.
3640  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: June 25, 2016, 06:07:56 PM
I'd buy a shit load of coins because even a recovery to $5 would mean massive profit Grin
Even a recovery to $2 is a profit. Every dollar is a profit
If the price drops at $1, it's pretty much obvious that most bitcoin users would try to hoarde all the available coins in hopes of a price correction which will lead to a massive profit.
