761  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Aavio token (AAV): FAKE TEAM / STOCK PHOTO on: July 25, 2019, 06:24:09 AM
Sometime it looks so funny when those idiots steal most common stock photo's from internet. Poor old trick Roll Eyes.
Thanks OP for revealing another bunch of scammers face.

Tagged & Flag supported from my end.

762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TRONbet of TRON Network!!! Do you guys try the gambling site of TRON? on: July 25, 2019, 05:58:00 AM
Binance's Launchpad is launching a new IEO soon based on TRONbet, or is it the same project?
763  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Raffle] 2 Lots of Super Cool Poured Silver by Reckless Metals and Metals Mafia on: July 25, 2019, 05:44:24 AM
I love those shotgun shells. I have terrible luck during raffles, are they still for sale somewhere?
764  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Sealed boxes of stamps from Austrian post Office on: July 24, 2019, 05:47:45 AM
I think that this would go for a crazy value because I look at this and go, I would offer 0.10 btc for a box, so that means in a reality an auction would go for at least 2 times that right.

0.2 BTC for a sealed box of 100 stamps is way under market value.

Anon what do you think is a fair market value?  You state that the 0.2 is way under, which suggests you have a different idea.  Curious where that is.

Here is just my 1337 satoshi on the matter: On *average* there is one red stamp in 100 stamps. That thing alone goes for 0.2++ in the bay. Considering the fact that you will end up with 99 more stamps, where there are likely to be ~7 yellow ones in 100 and ~13 blue etcetc. you have an average value of probably 0.5 BTC.
Ofc, this is pretty irrelevant, when you hit a box with no red ones or - on the other side of the spectrum - a box with 6 red ones for example. It's a gamble for both sides. But 0.2 just seems WAY off, and I will instantly buy it for that price, even though I already have all the sets I want thanks to my lucky runs with my orders. Just saying. Wink

Yeah, this sounds a lot more realistic Grin. Boxes like these a great if someone has the time to sell these on Ebay. Lots of room for profit, especially if you get lucky.

766  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Kialara Moon Suite and Kialara prints (numbered sets). on: July 22, 2019, 02:38:00 PM
Definitly thinking about the Excavatorelevators (prints). Not interested in Lunar and Escape, though.
Any chance you would sell seperately? Also, how much is shipping to EU?

I'm not breaking up the set since that would destroy the premium.

Shipping in the EU is 0.0015 BTC.

Wow that's nice inexpensive EU shipping.
Yeah, I totally understand you don't want to break it. Just not interested in the flying toasters. xD
Will think about the full thing anyways.

The toasters look much better in real life imo. The prints are noticably larger than the Ex 1/2/3 prints too.

@OP, call me crazy but didn't the website earlier say that discount codes didn't apply?
768  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: July 21, 2019, 06:36:42 AM
No, the good thing is that many trustworthy institutions will run enough infrastructure for anyone in the world, and hobby guys can still run btc raspi shit.

If that's the future you wish for then we may as well go full Libra. At least they're serious, competent and well funded. I'd choose Libra over a small group of psychopaths any day of the week.

I cannot believe that u really got mixed up the setups for Bitcoin, where all can be part of, - sure u need enough money to buy miners,  and Libra where Zucky might want to allow u to buy in.

I want you to reread what you have written in both quotes.
I want you to keep reading until you see the faults in your ways.

You will not come to understand anything unless you undergo this introspection because otherwise you are never going to seriously think about what you're spouting.

Shhhhhhhhhhhh, you're confusing him now.

We rarely find the original 2015 version in the wild anymore. It's nice to see one circulating. Wink

Regards,
Chris

I still have a bunch of them. Handing them out every now and then Grin.

Added a price for the Moon Suite.

775  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] 2013 0.5BTC Silver Casascius ANACS Graded MS67 on: July 18, 2019, 06:52:56 PM
Very fair price imo. Shouldn't take long to sell it.

I disagree.... sorry, but no chance you get close to 0.8BTC.  I think comments like this are more wishful thinking on the part of people who have them and don’t want to realize premiums like your ask are long gone.  Nothing personal, just my 2 Satoshis.

I have to split the difference here. It's probably more in the realm of 0.65-0.75 at the moment. Premiums aren't long gone, but they have certainly been affected by Bitcoin's rapid rise. Premiums based in USD are still pretty steadily rising. Ultimately collectibles are a small and illiquid market that depends on timing and interest of buyers. There are certainly some individuals here that wouldn't blink an eye to pay 0.8 if they needed to add it to their collection - even if others would consider this overpaying. Good luck with sale OP!

Guess I'm one of those people Grin. Silver 0.5 BTC Cas coins are hardly offered for sale. The premium on them was much higher (obviously because BTC price was lower).

778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the martingale system sucks! (doubling down on losses) on: July 18, 2019, 06:26:10 PM
Martingale has worked fine for me in the past but it all depends on the odds you're using. I've had pretty long losing streaks when playing 50/50.
779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sending BTC from Gambling Site to Binance? on: July 18, 2019, 06:24:54 PM
Does anyone know if there is any issue with this?

Can someone here confirm if there is any issue sending btc from a sportsbook to binance?  Someone a while back mentioned there is nothing in the TOS against it.  I know with coinbase or gemini.. ppl said they would ban accounts if you send btc from gambling site to coinbase and vice versa.

Has anyone done this and if so, anyone ever had an issue with this?

If it isn't mentioned in the TOS you'll be fine, unless the deposits are large amounts. They might want to know the origin of your funds if they suspect money laundering.
