While I'm glad the share price is holding up against BTC relatively, I'm actually surprised it is not closer to the .003 wall: given the way BTC is performing you would think investing in a BTC bank would look more attractive to investors.
I'm hoping there will be a bit more trading action when the wall is removed at the end of November ...that is correct isn't it?

Is ANYBODY noticing the similarity between this and the pre-correction a week ago?
Its almost identical right now.
~you still don't know about "the secret" ? LOL The secret is we are going to correct hard south soon. If it gets to 3600+ on BtcChina its going to be an instant reply of 8 days ago. We are getting into the 'stopped clock' realm - a correction has been due but every day it fails to happen. At some point someone will call it right - personally I don't think 3600 is going to be a trigger, more likely 4000. Yes, but I'm not trying to call it right. It's just so freaking obvious right now. China is now leading Stamp by $76 just like last time. Gox and Stamp can't keep up. The 15 minutes chart is a vertical wall just like 8/9 days ago. We are looking at a 500-600 point move up in less than 5 hours on BtcChina. Everything is screaming correction. Maybe it goes higher this time, because % wise its not the same, but man, this is EXACTLY the same. Absolutely agree. But this is BTC...when did it ever make sense I have to go out for a few hours, so you can guarantee it will correct then, lol. Well, I came back and not only did we have a wee correction but it's climbed back..lol Hats off to windjc though...you called 3600 as a trigger point

Well, this has been an interesting Sunday.
It's Monday past lunch time Down Under. A couple of beers at the pub and back into it. Good to see the great Aussie liquid lunch still survives

There was a thread that specifically asked about banking on weekends, and, apparently, they are open for normal business. I can't verify the veracity, only that the statement was made, and sadly can't (won't bother to) find the thread, though, it was here, somewhere. :-)
A six day week is standard in China and Shanghai certainly never closes: banks used to close on a Sunday in HK but that may have changed since the handover (1997). I used to live in China. "money, money, make money"

So, Walsoraj, what happened to the single digit coins you were predicting? Where can I pick some up?

It doesn't attack the existing system; it creates a new one.
This. Which is unfortunate because I would have liked to have lived through a great global economic revolution

Just had an interesting discussion about bitcoin with a guy I just met. Fascinating. He's well versed and seems to get it fully, yet thinks governments won't allow it. No "oh, you out smarted us!" or such. He may be right. Yet he acknowledged it couldn't be shut down, just outlawed. Who else is ok with bitcoin being "just" an underground thing, eh? I tend to agree with him. As much as I would like to see crypto be the catalyst for a new, fairer economic system I think the 'fiat is dead' crowd is somewhat deluded. Power traditionally comes from the point of a knife/barrel of a gun and the idea that govts will just let their economic authority be undermined flies in the face of human history. Of course, what has happened in Germany, with BTC adoption there, is a counter for this argument. It will boil down to "what's in it for us" and "can we control it". If the current global hegemony can continue their control, they will let the masses use fava beans for currency for all they care.

Someone is already creaiting a draft Brief of Evidence (I don't know who but it looks like someone in authority is already investigating) if you look inside the PDF you will find some nice key dates, key names, registration documents etc. http://pdfcast.org/pdf/tattiThat's a very interesting document. I suspect the pattern will be a typical "Thursday fall", a slight rally and a significant correction at the w/e with more gains next week.

Let the italian authorities come up with the crimes comitted, but anywhere in the world pretending to be someone else while raising money is fraud.
Johny, I know you can be a bit 'feisty', so please take this comment in the spirit it meant (polite disagreement). Addressing the two clauses of your sentence in sequence: 1. A lawyer, who you are paying money, will listen to your grievances then match them to laws within the statutes that have been broken but 'authorities' will not. It may be different where you live but trust me in 'latin' countries especially, they are not waiting for your call, ready to hand out advice. Italy especially is highly bureaucratised - getting a car registered is similar to the seven levels of purgatory. A case of this complexity.... 2. That's quite a claim. My instinct would be to agree with you. But once you enter the legal world you have to know. I certainly don't know the ins and outs of criminal law regarding fraud in Italy, the SAR of Hong Kong (and I used to live there) or mainland China.

I think we are still in murky waters as to what legally can be considered a crime (and under what what national jurisdiction). However, some bullet points to build around: - Misrepresentation of the identity of the company's CEO.
- Misrepresentation of the company's structure.
- Continuing failure to provide evidence that the company's stated business plan has been implemented.
- Lack of transparency and communication with regard to the usage of company funds.
- Cessation of dividends without notice to shareholders.
Sorry this is so brief but I'm not well this week. And cheers virtualspade for your work (+1111)

I wonder how nobody noticed that the title is wrong. Your worst injury? Not you're.
I noticed immediately, thank you. These days highlighting bad grammar and spelling appears to be a condemnable offence in itself; however, the fact the OP repeats the mistake in the title and the post suggests this wasn't a simple slip. It's a shame our beautiful language is so abused but symptomatic of so much...

I just wanted to score up some issues I experienced when registering, especially in light of the recent attack on the site and the changes that were implemented. 1. The system advised me that there was already an account connected to the email address I supplied - except there isn't. Perhaps my late-night alter-ego? So, I asked for a lost password email but that didn't arrive. So, I used an alt email address in the end but quite strange/disconcerting. 2. The CAPCHA box was difficult to read so I requested a new one but the same one kept being presented, which was both frustrating and not a great spam deterrent. Perhaps this was linked the issue one. NB I'm a long time lurker and only registered because I needed to PM someone...apologies for being anti-social
