Yes it is. You need to make two partions of the drive, and then install Windows on one, and whatever linux-dist you wanna use on the other. I think Ubuntus Wubi installer could install them on the same partion or something like that, you could check it out.

All alt coins seem to be big pump and dumps/
I guess if you can time it right it is profitable, but most the low people will lose.
Almost all of them are. Especially the new ones. The older ones like Litecoin or Namecoin are not.

The "I'm feeling lucky button" costs Google an average of $110 million every year.
Wait, how can it cost Google that much? It's like, well, a single button? That button will directly open the website without displaying the search results and the google ads. Every people using that button means less people clicking the ads and less revenue to google. Ah, I see! But then it's just lost revenue, and not real loses!

Photos can never infect you because they cannot contain code.
Hrrrmm! How in hell can a picture have code Effectively you could embed anything you like in a picture. For example in the EXIF data. If a photo viewer in fact has a vulnerability you could (under certain circumstances) cause a buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the targeted machine. It wouldn't be the first time that something like that is being used to take over a machine. That has happened a few times through the history of computers!

Is cpu mining more profitable compare to gpu?
I seriously hope that you are kidding me right now? No, it's not even comparable, you won't even be able pay for the electricity used. CPU mining is dead. (GPU mining is not profitable either btw.)

Lubuntu then Linux Lite.
I installed Lubuntu on a ~10 years old computer that took like an hour to boot up with XP. Now it takes like 10 seconds. Lubuntu is awesome! Is it easy to find program that support lubuntu? Since Lubuntu is based on Ubuntu, almost all programs available for Ubuntu (debian) can be used on Lubuntu. So, yes, it's very easy to find!
