how much coins should i get with 1Mh, where can i calculate that?
Mining results are now stable. You should get 1.5m per day per Mh now.

A newbie with two posts telling people to sell. Seems legit. And let me tell everyone if they want to sell, they are free to do so but dont regret when c2 hits mintpal. And yeah first educate yourself on what this coin is before talking and comparing hashrate. Fools
I don't want to destroy your dreams, but please do a reality check. Hitting a bigger exchange means nothing else than loosing 75% of value (see USDE that fall from 200 to less than 50 after hitting mintpal).

Listed at coinmarketcap.com

What's the cheapest coin out there?  Shocked

WTF? 1000 people...sorry - accounts - got 97.5% of all coins and all others need to buy it from them? What a scam!

Then what are you doing in this thread? and btw people are paying for c2, it didnt just climb to top 50 on coinmarketcap out of thin air
I was looking to take part at the "fair" launch and then just realized how dumb someone must be who buys from this first 1000 accounts.

did you ever realize that how dumb your statements looks like?
No arguments why this is no scam? Poor.

I just hope newbies don't fall for this cash making machine for the devs + a handful of buddys!

Thanks for adding NoodlyAppendageCoin!

But you accidently linked its name to the site off spaincoin instead to http://noodlyappendagecoin.com/
Can you fix this please?

I don't know if the spaincoin server can handle this huge traffic spike  Cool  Tongue
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I missed the Auracoin train, what's the next one? on: March 15, 2014, 03:09:23 PM
Take a look at QQC which is ASIC proof and highly undervalued at the moment. Could be the next big thing as everybody reads its name from time to time but nobody is paying attention as there is no marketing hype.

I'll also watch out for TIPS as the devs seem to be pretty skilled and active, as the comunity, too. Community and devs just need to find together Wink

And of course new technology will rise interest so NEM is a hot candidate for 2014, too.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Alt Coins Will Break 1$ in 2014 on: March 15, 2014, 02:52:33 PM
QQC (only 30m coins max) and VEL (~60m coins max) once high performance scrypt ASICs are out.

Just want to documentate DigiShield algorithm as alternative over KGW. It reads as it would fit better especially for coins with low net hash as NDL:

wallet wont synchronise
In fact. Last block that synchronizes is 13 hours old.

Anyone here who already set up a node for any coin?

edit: found the problem:
as stated above, there's someone that throws 50+Mhs at this coin from time to time. Now the difficulty is as 0.72 and he left, while nobody wants to mine the next 14 blocks (last block found 13hrs ago), as that guy will immediately come back to mine 60 triple reward blocks within 2 minutes and then leave again.

Without changing the algorithm there's no hope for this coin.

Why only 25m premined coins for ~50m citizens? Who cares about having 0.5? Smiley
There should be billions of coins if you want to distribute for a whole country.

Kael, I'm using your updated installscript on BAMT 1.6 without the modifications in cgmon.tcl and it works flawlessly! Smiley

Thank you very much!

Ok, TC is not related to system memory. What else could cause the memory errors at an average TC?

edit: Thx uray for all your efforts. I tried the latest version which is now working with every TC as long as it is not too low.
However, I can configure my cards with various gpu clock, memclock, TC and they ALWAYS get a max of 750kh. It even seems like the config has no impact on the speed as it doesn't matter if I clock something 100mhz higher or lower. The .conf file is loaded right as all my pools are available.

Very odd. Tried also with sgminer and cgminer-kalroth - but same behavior.

Btw: replace last line of start.sh in the sgminer-folder with "./sgminer -c mining.conf".

oh yeah you are right, that start.sh should be :

/opt/miners/sgminer/sgminer -c /opt/miners/sgminer/mining.conf

as for TC, i never optimize it on TC because i always use gpu-threads = 2, what GPU are you using?
some bios on card will auto downclock on higher temp, what is your temperature reading?
Looks as if you need some employees for support Wink

I have R9 290s which are always working with only 1 gpu-thread (never saw someone with another setting on this card) and they never go above 60°C thanks to watercooling. But as we are speaking about temperature right now - this information never showed up with this distro because the miners are here working only with --no-adl parameter.

We need to attract more miners to stabilize the network until someone changes the difficulty algorithm.

So please support adding NDL to coinmarketcap.com:

Hi,

I tried to run Cryptoslax on my own today but have some trouble with segementation faults.

First, until now I run BAMT which is 32Bit and therefore only 2GB of my 8GB were available.

With Cryptoslax I hoped to be able to increase thread concurrency  from 24550 to 32765 which should be best for R9 290.

However, even with TC=24550 I get errors from cgminer-opencl and also with the self-compiled sgminer 4.0.0:
Code:
[11:55:13] Failed to init GPU thread 0, disabling device 0
[11:55:13] Restarting the GPU from the menu will not fix this.
[11:55:13] Try restarting sgminer.
[11:55:13] Maximum buffer memory device 1 supports says 1073741824
[11:55:13] Your scrypt settings come to 1608908800
[11:55:13] Error -61: clCreateBuffer (padbuffer8), decrease TC or increase LG

This is my config:
Code:
"intensity" : "21,21,21",
"worksize" : "256,256,256",
"thread-concurrency" : "24550,24550,24550",
"gpu-engine" : "1075,1075,1020",
"gpu-memclock" : "1470,1375,1465",
"gpu-powertune" : "20,20,20",
"gpu-threads" : "1,1,1",
"lookup-gap" : "2,2,2",

Any ideas?
