NO, some panic seller may just benefit after the current market trends. If one were able to sell while bitcoin and other crypto still going down then definitely buying back at cheaper market price would benefit the holder in the next cycle of bitcoin market price. Relatively there could be a high chance that panic seller in the near future will get huge profit.

Yes, most of the project that is an ICO has been using the ETH platform. There is no wonder that ETH would be consider as king of the ICO projects or the ICO KING. Anyway, I heard a  news related to other ways doing in crowd funding activities. It was identified as STO or the Security TOken Offering. I think this is way better than ICO projects because it was being controlled and registered on government agencies.

There were really no bases on where and who really created bitcoin. There other individuals claimed that they know where it started but no one can prove it. Well probably this because of unfriendly user intetface. One will going to pay if having a bad IP address when regustering besides the ranking and merit system divides users in this forum. High ranks has a huge and good opportunities while low ranks are dying over a period of time due to merit requirement to rank up. Others will say that it is easier to rank up but in reality only few will be chosen as it depends on the merit they receive from.the merit source. JP Morgan has been studying the cryptocurrency of course and this is a huge business so therefore they could not just invest or make a way to waste their money in crytocurrency.
