can't withdraw my btc too. i have funds & everything, previously was working nicely for me no prob's at all.

but just now i tried to withdraw, it says "you don't have enough balance"

well i think it could be the ddos on btc or whatsoever. it'll be nice if someone from bter could tell us what's going on.

tried to launch bter trader but does not work. win 7 64 bit.

tried withdrawing doge, works well.

tried again on btc it seem to accept my withdrawal, use only 0.xxxx 4 decimals & it worked.

Thanks for the response. How long were you trying to get your funds out before it worked...maybe an issue with them downloading the blockchain or the DDOS attack?

processing on btc grrr but at least it's half working.  About 2 hrs now still same.

doge withdrawal took only 5 minutes

1488  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Introduction to DualMiner USB (could mine both BTC and LTC) on: January 25, 2014, 09:57:03 AM
My power consumption is becoming insane ( nearing 3kwh ) so I'll gladly do the math for me to see if it's beneficial.

For me 1kw electricity 24/7 31days is 178euro.

My 4* 280x rig uses ~1.110kwh and delivers 2.88MH ( including setup )
41* Dual miners would use ~ 103kwh and devilers 2.87MH (excl setup , anker usb hub + fan uses ~3.5w )

So my electricity cost just went from ~200e to ~19e , let's say I am saving 180e a month

Cost :
full 280x setup ~1600e
full dual miner setup : ~4000euro excl shipping+taxes

so a ROI of over a year.

You should be able to build cheaper high hashing rate LTC only miner with DualMiner USB. Please remember, DualMiner USB are priced with volume discount;

* Price (per unit)
1~9           $98 ea.         Full Price (FP)
10~49   $92.12 ea.      94%FP
50~99   $88.20 ea.      90%FP
100~299 $83.30 ea.      85%FP
>=300   $79.38 ea.      81%FP

Try your best to take the advantage of our volume discount program. Our Chinese partner uses lots of Orico P10-U2 USB2.0 hub, which you could get it for low $20s/unit, for its production testing purposes. Each Orico P10-U2 could host 10 DualMiner USB devices for mining.  So, you could build your own 4.2Mh/s miner with 60 DualMiner USB devices + 6 P10-U2 hubs with the cost of $4762.8 (60x79.38, assuming you could get the unit price $79.38 for each DualMiner USB) + $175($25x7) = $4937.8.

imho it's too expensive but the advantage is power saving n less hassle & noise !

i paid approx usd 5000 to get 7 r9 290's 2 axi corsair psu 1 mobo , ram, cpu & i'm hashing away @ 6mhs+ (i have mobo n extra psu @ home)

well just my opinion.

computer parts can sell ! usb sticks hmmm well u tell me & it's too light to be paperweight

1491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tweaking R9 290 scrypt mining - cgminer on: January 19, 2014, 02:02:52 PM
does not affect my hashing speed with browser, well i lower my intensity when i browse or use my main pc.

here's my 290's sapphire's non x non BF, can't undervolt, if oc too much hash goes down same goes to TC, try different TC's it may help

left is my full time rig with 5 cards, yes you see 4 now cuz 1 broke down the fan just keeps on spinning & not detected so gonna rma it. right side is my main pc gonna add 3 more cards & a psu, gpu 1 on right is slightly lower cuz i'm a little bz & lazy to flash new bios. try that too might bump up a few hashes.

the cards has been hashing for more than 12 hrs+ , yes you don't see 12 hrs+ of running time cuz i was switching pools.

happy mining

1495  Other / Archival / Re: Pictures of your mining rigs! on: January 10, 2014, 12:40:31 PM
hi all newbie here, just managed to finally setup my rigs. more to come. pics are from the start till now. more upgrades will come along the way.

just reached home with nice shiny boxes

unboxed !

1st setup on my main PC on Asus RIVE mobo while waiting for risers to arrive

all wired up, ready to fire it up

whoalla ! it works but too hot ! so brought some backup

Getting ready to build full time rig

fulltime rig fired up & running, just sitting on the table whilst thinking of a rig design for it

ah ha, found a IKEA shoe rack plastic box & it may workout

all 4 R9 290's fits nicely including mobo + PSU

another messy & busy day. Finally the powered risers have arrived !

2nd PSU to power the fulltime rig for future expansion, testing on the ground

it works now up on the table, all 7 cards working

power consumption for 3 R9 290's from Corsair Link software

Finally, more upgrade, found a home for full time rig

another angle, was really happy with the 48 bux i spent ! no cutting, drilling or whatsoever, everything sits nicely on the metal rack including the PSU's

4 wasn't enough as the mobo supports 5 cards ! took me couple of days figuring out on how to get 5 GPU's to be recognized in WIN 7, now it can support up to 8 GPU's under WIN 7

5 cards settled, running smoothly. will be cleaning up the wiring. had some delays due to AC plugs burning out on a single surge protector. rewired & now each PSU are pulling power from separate surge protectors but from same wall outlet. better not start a fire ! more wiring upgrades coming.

more upgrades are coming along the way when i have enough time. below are the list of my rigs :

- MOBO Asus RIVE
- PSU Cooler Master 850W Gold (will upgrade if needed) this PSU have not given me any problem, been using it for 5 years
- 16 gigs of  Corsair ram @ 2400 mhz
- CPU i7 3930K 6 Core LGA 2011 Clock @ 4.5ghz
- GPU Asus DCII GTX 680 : Clock @ 1345 mhz Memory clock @ 1598 getting an avg hashrate of 244 khash/s (collecting dust now, may sell it online)
- Case Cooler Master Cosmos
- Soundcard ROG Asus Xonar Phoebus
- 7 x Sapphire R9 290 cards
- MSI FM2 AXA G65 Mobo
- AMD A4 CPU
- Kingston 8 GB value ram (did not work, could not boot up even into BIOS will be changing to a better RAM)
- Thermaltake 3.0 Extreme CPU liquid cooler (more cooling for my main rig & space to fit gfx cards)
- 2 x AX1200i Digital ATX Power Supply — 1200 Watt 80 PLUS® Platinum Certified Fully-Modular PSU
- 20 x PCI-e express 1X to 1X/16x Riser Extender Card with extra power (on it's way now)
extra SATA power supply for PCI-e video card.
  USB 3.0 Cable Length:30cms

hashing away now headless on full time rig

1497  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mining rig running too hot on: December 29, 2013, 11:06:01 AM
get rid of case if possible.

I'm using a table fan to suck cold air from outside to blow directly into gfx card fans.

let it flow.
1498  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question on PSU on: December 29, 2013, 07:23:18 AM
just got my new rig setup.

corsair axi 1200w psu powering 3 x sapphire r9 290's overclocked np atm but sometimes I get black  or blue screens which I believe is driver issue.

posted a question on how to use dual psu to power rest of my cards.

get a good quality psu imo.
1499  Other / Beginners & Help / new to mining. dual psu tips please on: December 29, 2013, 07:06:57 AM
hello everyone.
as per title a newbie here.

bought myself some gfx cards, mobo, cpu, ram, psu and so on. mining ltc atm.

would appreciate if someone could point me to the direction on how to hook up dual psu's to power my gfx card without burning the psu or mobo.

tried to google around but could not find a good answer to it.

I'm sure there are lots of pros here have done it successfully without mesaing anything up.

I have 7 x r9 290, 2 x corsair axi 1200w + cooler master 850w psu & 2 mobo. I think the psu's have enough to power the cards but not too sure how to connect them.

answers, tips, advises & a pictorial guide will be greatly appreciated .

thx in advance
