Here are a few pics from your order

and here is how I modded the fans and the packages.
tools used, and step by step.

http://imgur.com/a/5Wwwm#0

Picture of the 5.2 Kg box with the 16 fans, 10 breakout boards and 3 of the C19 cables.

The 14.6 Kg box contains 6 PSUs, 4 C19 cables
The 6.9 Kg box contains 80 PCI-E cables, 3 C19 cables
The 8.7 Kg box contains 4 PSUs.

The DHL guy will hate me, usually, the boxes are 1-2 Kg.

thumbs up for OP ! no escrow needed at all ! packages arrived to my country awaiting customs. it's really quick.

thx again OP. will deal again anytime !

i can't connect my miners Huh it says pool is dead Huh using dragon miner

set at pool #1 : stratum+tcp://192.168.1.3:3333

tried http://192.168.1.3:8332

tried http://127.0.0.1:3333

worker name is x and password is x since worker and password is already set in config file or via web interface but also no joy if i leave worker + password in miner.

no joy at all but i manage to launch stratum with a very basic config file and i can view it via web using 192.168.1.3:8888 or 127.0.0.1:8888.

any help is appreciated.

I will need your configuration file and the proxy log file.

figured it all out running couple of instances, many thx for the sweet program !

+1 , 2 thumbs up for contributing to the community !

back with some power  . . . http://solo.ckpool.org/users/18NeJYTXhpZfoQFBrPt1QsW5bCndRDeAwq

let's hit a block !
I assume you put your broken stratum implementation on the main solo pool since nothing is showing up but errors in my console. Remember to use the tube pool for those on port 3334.

looks ok on my side now ... should i goto 3334 ?

If 18NeJ... is your user you're not doing very much, but there is a reasonably big hasher at 1CMx6dp..

yeah 18N is me . . . will reconfigure to 3334 after i wake up. going to bed now. working hard at my 2nd data center. testing many rigs , server, setups , etc .... will be back shortly.

Can someone please post a working config file for nicehash sha-256 config please, I would like to point several S3 Antminers to my box thats running this program and then point the box at nicehash.. Any help would be much appreciated.

This basic configuration file should work (just replace the "user" value with your BTC address) :

Code:
{
  "pools" : [ {
    "name" : "Nicehash SHA-256",
    "host" : "stratum.nicehash.com:3334",
    "user" : "19wv8FQKv3NkwTdzBCQn1AGsb9ghqBPWXi",
    "password" : "d=2048",
    "enableExtranonceSubscribe" : true,
  }  ]
}

This configuration file is the minimal configuration with default values for all other parameters.

If you want to use Stratum, just point your miner to stratum+tcp://proxyIp:3333. Else, to use Getwork, point your miner to http://proxyIp:8332. The username and password configured in your miner can be anything.

I did the exact same think but my miner won't start mining. Proxy launches successfully.  Web interface is great. The ip of my lappy is 192.168.1.3 which is running the stratum proxy. I'm using dragon miner it shows pool (my ip address) dead. I've tried various add such as with and without stratum, port 3333,8332 etc as described. Running on win8.

TIA for your help.

You are forgetting the -sp option for the stratum port. Add -sp 9332 and point your miner to whatever your proxy IP is, for example 192.168.1.1:9332

many thx ! was trying to figure it out ... appreciate if there are more tips ! such as failover and more.

1180  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S3 Discussion and Support Thread. on: October 17, 2014, 08:02:13 PM
Yeah, I know.  I tried them with 1 miner per EVGA psu, plus the third on an old Corsair TX750.  Still no luck overclocking.  I am using a Kill a Watt, and am measuring 1080W at the wall at stock speeds.  The max it ever hit was 1150W when trying to overclock.

Well how are you going to overclock 3 S3's with 2 power supplies that can't supply enough current to do it??
Each S3 at 250 will draw 400+ watts.
I would connect just 1 or 2 and try to overclock them 243 and 250. if they work then it is what I noted, the power supplies cant supply the amps needed for 3 overclocked

Here are some stats I gathered, just for information sharing.  As many are aware, the power from the wall depends on PSU efficiency and used capacity (% of MAX).  A single 1000W PSU powering 2x S3+'s will draw more power from the wall than 2 separate same model 1000W PSU's. The higher the PSU capacity , the lower the efficiency.

MHz Setting   Avg Gh/s   Watts      "Efficiency W/Gh"      PSU Model

225            453           400           0.88                  1000W Coolmax, 80 Plus Bronze

225            453           365           0.81                  1050W Cougar GX1050, 80 Plus Gold

225            453           390           0.86                  1200W Coolmax, 80 Plus Gold
237            470           415           0.88                  (Running 2x S3+, Values are per S3+)
250            500           445           0.89

225            453           365           0.81                  1300W Rosewill Lightening, 80 Plus Gold
237            475           385           0.81                  (Running 2x S3+, Values are per S3+)
250            500           405           0.81

thx for sharing, might be a noob question ... if power is 230V compared to 110V would it make a difference ? i think it would.
