Same for me. I'm waiting for EU. There is already eu.clevermining.com (nl.clevermining.com) responding for ping, but it's probably not ready to use.

are the servers up yet terk ? as far as i could remember, ping for me to usa server & sg server is almost same. seems like usa server is slightly better.

1469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUTO-SWITCH] Profit-switch auto-exchange pool: CleverMining.com on: March 02, 2014, 01:20:55 AM
congrats CM (terk) broke the 10,000 MHS barrier. i'm sure more will come. hopefully more servers to come online. been getting few remote failures recently.

just a humble suggestion to put up a FAQ on page 1 so that newbies won't keep on repeating same questions.

such as :

why is my reject rate so high on CM compared to other pools ?

terk is working on a fix or already worked on a fix recently. try lowering your xI or intensity & also set queue to 1 in settings in cg/sgminer. be patient & wait a little while. the rejects in cgwatcher counts the untracked stratum so you may see that the reject rate is high.

why am i being paid multiple times ?

it's just how CM works, yes you are paid multiple times per day. imo it's better so that the work i put in does not get stuck ! & goes directly to my wallet for my work. but it would be better if CM could set multiple payments at certain times. i know it's very difficult due to exchanges or sometimes manual trading has to be done.

why no other servers ?

terk is working on it. be patient. atm current server is handling pretty well with the users growing daily.

newbies, please browse & search around. also pls chk your config file, each settings are or could be different for different pools/coins. most likely you will have to reconfigure it.

here's mine on my full time rig 5 x r290 non ref : results below...

Mate, 8Mhs soloing this coin is like buying lottery ticket, if you consider that this coin halves rapidly (every week)
With 8Mhs you will get only 1-2 blocks per day. If you are unlucky, you even dont get block before next halving.

hmmmm., back to pool then . will solo for couple of hours n try my luck. thx again

2-find file named infinitecoin.conf or add it by you

3-with any text editor open infinitcoin.conf and add: (NB change these for Mintcoin details)

rpcuser=choose a user name
rpcpassword=choose your password
rpcallowip=your local ip
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=9332

server=1
gen=0
addnode=63.246.129.56

4-download CGwatcher and install it and download (cgminer or bfgminer as you like)

5-start CGwatcher go to settings / manage profiles

6- click new -add a name to your profile like:IFC solo

7-localise you minerpath and add it (cgminer.exe or bfgminer.exe)

8-in miner arguments add : --scrypt -o yourlocalip:9332 -u yourname -p yourpassword

9-clik save and then click save setting

10- restart your wallet-qt first and now you can click on start mining in cgwatcher

enjoy!

.bat file for sgminer also done.

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
C:\Users\ysl\Desktop\SGMINER\sgminer.exe -o 127.0.0.1:12789 -u *myusername* -p *my password) same as above config

yes made a shortcut to desktop right click on properties and added -server after .exe with a space

hi guys, newbie & new to mintcoin, looks promising. mining now ! so does it mean as long as i have coins in my wallet & it'll start to mint (generate) coins by itself ?

any kind soul here to guide on how to solo mine ? atm, i'm mining at a pool.

Solo mining any scrypt coin is pretty much identical. If you dont know that, then probably you dont have enough mining power to solo this coin anyway.

just want a proper guidance so that i dont make any mistakes. i think i "may" have enough to solo mine mintcoin atm. have 8mhs+ mining power atm.

2.4% total is a bit steep imo. maybe a revision ? currently hashing @ 2 different pools. will give it a try after 18 hrs later. have only 2 rigs atm 8mhs+. will we watching this space. bts, the layout is nice, simple & clean. keep up the good work.

terk, lots of disconnects so sgminer is auto switching between cm & my backup pool, reject rates are high too. running 4 x r290 lowered xi to 70 still getting about 20% rejects. although cm pays more but with the rejects it's pretty much the same as other pools with less rejects with lower profits.

i know this has been brought up multiple times & you're fixing it. looking forward to see some improvement soon & more servers to handle the load too.

will you be interested to setup a server in asia region ? i have at least 100mbps line unused @ home & can help to host. pm if interested.

personally i like & love to eat waffles !

wafflepool you rock ! switched from MC (too slow & not much info) to CM (rejects are horrendous) & waffle is the best ! love the site response. really fast !

been around for sometime in bitcointalk but hardly post here but i couldn't resist ! joined waffle to grow. i'm sure this thread will go to the moon anytime soon.

directed 4.57 & 3.66 mhs rigs set to d=512 & d=256 (am i doing it right ?) & looking fwd to see some coins soon. very good replies from waffle especially support. 2 thumbs up !

like the site ! beautifully done ! grats. just directed 3.66 mhs to your pool & looking fwd to join forces.
how long do i have to wait before i see some results ? 1 hour ? how often do we get paid ? daily ? (UTC time pls) hourly ?
will be great if some tips can be posted here on how to setup for auto switching pool config in sg/cgminer.

happy mining.
1479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - www.middlecoin.com on: February 16, 2014, 04:47:23 AM
newbie here in middlecoin. just directed my miners 8100 khs. coupe of questions.

how do i check my profits ? how long does it take to show up ? after 12 hrs ?

i downloaded a google app from playstore seems to be ok & also tried links from middlecoin site. any good sites to recommend ?

initially the reject rates scared the hell out of me but i think i managed to reduce them by changing scantime,expiry & queue in sgminer.

by the way what should i expect to be an acceptable reject rate ? i've also lowered xI to 144 on 6 x 290 ref's & 3 x tri-x's.

was a hassle to try to get the rig stable at first due to different settings. had to restart pc & sgminer many times due to settings & trying to get it stable before i go off to work. does the on & off hashing makes the profit charts to be delayed ?

what is everyone getting per MHs per BTC ?

looked at clevermining, seems to be a much better site but MC is more established imo.

tips, advises, opinion are welcomed. tia.

happy mining.
