Ich habe gerade ein Backup meiner BYTEBALL walltet unter Android gemacht.
SETTINGS->Full backup , dort Passwort angegeben und auf EXPORT gedrückt.
Das scheint auch funktioniert zu haben.
Habe ich irgendwas übersehen, oder gab es da keinen Hinweis wo das Backup abgelegt wird?

I transfered my btc to the transition account after i linked with my byteball, will it know the balance of my account or do i need to relink or update a balance somehow? This will be my first round and hopefully not my last. Also, I have tried the latest version of the byteball client for windows 64bit, but am still having problems syncing with the DAG, I am pretty sure the first time I installed a client, the DAG was able to download and sync up 100%, but since hasn't been able to. I have tried researching a little, but I am also in transitioning in life with moving and having a couple new babies in the house so haven't had much time lately to be at the parents house where my rigs and internet is. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
The linked btc address will stay the same and your balance will be still linked if you don't move your bitcoins, e.g. send an outgoing tx. The syncing problem was already reported and is worked on, for the time being, please restart the wallet if the syncing get stuck. Don't worry if the sync progress indicator starts again from 0%, it's misleading. The already synced data was stored away safely. |

Habe heute auf 1.8.0 Andoid geupdatet. Bekomme nun Fehlermeldung wenn ich den Chat starte, egal ob transition bot oder andere user. Nach klicken auf Ok wird die app beendet. Auch wenn ich eine instant message bekomme, kommt nach dem Start des Wallets diese Fehlermeldung. Was kann ich tun um dies zu beheben?  Diesen Fehler habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Wenn Du noch keine Bytes in der Wallet hast, dann versuche doch mal eine komplette Neuinstallation: * App deinstallieren * Appdaten unter Einstellungen/Speicher & USB/Apps/Byteball löschen * App neu aus dem Playstore installieren Wenn Du schon Bytes drauf hast, müsstest Du sie zwischenlagern: Desktop, anderes Handy, Börse usw. |

Hallo Leute, ich hatte am 10.03.17 folgendes Problem geschildert: "Ist es normal, dass die Synchronisierung der Wallet mind. 3 Tage dauert ? Mir ist vorhin bei 87% (PC synchronisiert jetzt genau 3 Tage) kurz der Strom ausgefallen.. Jetzt hängt er seit ca 2 Stunden bei 87% fest. Wenn ich die Wallet jetzt schließe und wieder neu aufmache, fängt er dann wieder bei 0 an ?" Daraufhin habe ich mit dem syncing nicht weiter gemacht, da ich das Problem auf meinen alten Rechner geschoben habe der mir andauernt heißgelaufen ist weil der Lüfter defekt war. Lange rede kurzer Sinn, jetzt habe ich mir einen neuen Rechner zugelegt und habe von meiner Wallet (die noch nicht vollständig gesynced war) ein Fullbackup gemacht und auf meinem neuen Rechner wieder aufgespielt... leider hängt er wieder bei 2% syncing seit 10 Stunden fest und es passiert nix  Was kann das sein bzw was kann ich noch machen um endlich mal an meine Byteballs zu kommen ? MfG Das Problem ist bereits bekannt und wird bearbeitet. Solange musst Du ab und zu die Wallet neu starten, wenn Du denkst, dass der Sync hängt. Dass die Verarbeitungsanzeige immer wieder bei 0% anfängt ist normal und bedeutet nicht, dass vorher nicht gesynct wurde. |

After encrypting the wallet with spending restriction, the full backup doesn't work anymore, with or without compression it only says backup failed. What should I do ?
This is a bug which is already known and about to be fixed soon. For now please copy the user data folder manually for a backup. Byteball uses a single extended private key for all wallets, BIP44 is used for wallet address derivation. There is a BIP39 mnemonic for backing up the wallet key, but it is not enough. Private payments and co-signers of multisig wallets are stored only in the app's data directory, which you have to back up manually:
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/byteball
Linux: ~/.config/byteball
Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\byteball

I have not sent any transaction yet but now I tried and any small transaction will move a big portion of the balance to a new wallet, can we link multiple BB wallets (like for BTC signing) for the distribution phase (10% for each BB held) or we do need to send all the BB in one transaction to our original first BB address ?
You will receive 0.1 new bytes for every 1 byte in your wallet regardless on which address. For receiving blackbytes as well, you must send your bytes to one of your addresses known to the transition bot. Say 'hi' in the chat box and the bot will tell you which address it knows. |

Version 1.8.0 freigegeben https://github.com/byteball/byteball/releasesEs gibt eine neue Option, um Chat-Verläufe zu speichern (beide Chat-Partner müssen zustimmen).  Für Androiden gibt es jetzt Push-Nachrichten für Chats und eingehende Zahlungen.  Außerdem könne jetzt endlich die verknüpften Wallets entfernt werden (es sei denn, sie sind Teil eines Multi-Sig oder Smart Contracts). Und einen bösen Bug beim Syncen behoben. Wie komme ich denn wieder an die BB ran?
Übersehe ich da irgend etwas?
Habe hier im Forum darauf auch keine Antwort gefunden.
Was meinst Du mit BB? Byteball, Blackbyte oder meinst Du GB? Ich meine Bytes oder GB von der Byteballwährung. Sorry für die Konfusion. Du sollst sie doch an Deine eigene Adresse schicken! Dass die vom Bot angegebene Adresse Deine eigene ist, kannst Du unter "Wallet-Informationen" nachsehen (ganz nach unten scrollen). Danke, jetzt hab ich die Übersicht gefunden. Die vom Bot angegebene Adresse ist dort nicht als "meine" aufgeführt. Ist das ein Fehler vom Bot? Damit sind die Bytes wohl verloren? Kann nicht sein, schick mir doch mal eine PM mit der Adresse. |
