ich möchte gern auf die aktuelle Version 1.3.0. updaten und habe bereits eine Byteball Adresse und auch ein paar Byteballs aus dem letzten Airdrop.
Ich hatte damals lediglich das Paket entpackt und aus der Konsole gestartet lief alles problemlos...
Gibt's ne kleine Anleitung für Linux-User? Danke vorab!
Läuft immer noch genauso. Im versteckten Verzeichnis ~/.config/byteball findest Du Deine Wallet-Daten, die solltest Du nicht überschreiben (besser vorher sichern). |

how do i send backbytes? with the chat tells me the wallet.....

To receive blackbytes (BB/GBB) if you do not have any yet, try doing it this way: start a chat with paired device, click INSERT ADDRESS in chat menu, now the owner of the blackbytes can click your address and he will see an option to send blackbytes to you. You will need some bytes in your wallet to pay the fee for the blackbyte transfer. |

Got this error at 70% of syncing; unc exception; Error: empty array in query parameters. And now every time i open the wallet. Running in ubuntu VM. What could be the cause?
This is a known error, it's fixed in wallet version 1.3.0. Please update! |

86.658,346197160 GB waren zur Zeit des Snapshots auf verknüpften Adressen und berechtigt, Blackbytes zu erhalten.
37.176,880613233 neue GBB (Gigablackbytes) im Umlauf, von denen:
34.360,309831321 GBB ausgeschüttet wurden und
2.816,570781912 GBB in den Entwicklungsfonds gehen.
Danke an alle, die teilgenommen haben und besonderen Dank an diejenigen, die unsere neuen Community-Mitglieder unterstützt haben und ihnen einen reibungslosen Umgang mit der Wallet ermöglicht haben, Danke auch dem Transition Bot.
Die nächste Runde ist zum Vollmond im März (12.03. um 14:54 UTC) geplant, die Bedingungen sind exakt dieselben wie in der zweiten Runde.

You do have a lot: you could always start selling in batches so that people buy cheap. Don't be a greedy cat until you wait for top ten and then you dump your whole bag  when is 3rd distribution The next round is scheduled for the full moon of March (12 March 14:54 UTC), the conditions are exactly the same as in the 2nd round. |

Running latest win64 and was updating. Restart didnt help!
Tony releases an update to fix this error shortly Update: @nettrip and others who had the error "empty array in query params". It is a bug in the wallet, I've just found a fix, will have to do an an unplanned release withing a couple of hours. The good news is, a cool new feature will be included in this release  |

just went through that trezor link you sent and am impressed. ledger desperately needs this (pinging @btchip) capability. i might just have to get a trezor now! Yes, trezor is great, I use it with the electrum wallet. |

what about HD wallets that generate unique addresses each time a spend is made and you have funds scattered around many addresses?
You can either move your complete balance to one linked address or you can sign a message for all addresses, one after the other. Sounds like a lot of work with signing but actually it could be faster because you don't have to wait for slow bitcoin confirmations! |

I moved my byteball to another wallet after initial distribution, should i relink it somehow or i will nontheless recive the +10%?

Yes, your BTC stay linked, so you will get your new bytes from btc to the old wallet, talk to the transition bot. For the new wallet make sure to link your byte address to get the full amount of new blackbytes. Thanks but i was talking about the " 0.1 new byte for each 1 byte received in the first round" part. Do i need to move my bytes to the old wallet, to link the new somehow or i will get the 0.1 per 1 byte by just keeping them in my new wallet? Every byte in every wallet will receive the 0.1 new bytes! Only for receiving new blackbytes you must link with a byte address. |

Are Byteballs only sent for whole bitcoin? I have about 5.9 bitcoin sitting in the linked address. I could top it up to 6 but it would involve getting some alts out of cold storage and reaaaaallly can't be bothered. If I were to only be credited for 5 bitcoin, however, then I would go to the effort.

Trying to connect my bitcoin address from blockchain.info.
I made the micro payment, but now my blockchain.info address has changed .... so the bot says my balance is 0 !?!?
What can I do ?!?
Most bitcoin wallets move unused change to a change address. Look on blockchain.info if this is really one of your addresses and send your complete balance there. |

Only 78% of bytes are on linked addresses now. Please make sure your bytes are on the linked BB addresses, otherwise you don't receive blackbytes for them! I'm going to be left out again like the first time . I tried to link my Bitcoin address to Byteball on my mobile phone and It didn't work even as I have the Byteball android app. I don't know why but The app only keeps opening when I click to chat with the transition bot. Do you have the latest byteball wallet 1.2.0 installed? If clicking on the link doesn't work, try using chrome browser. |
