141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][RSU]█ ReserveShare █ NXT AE | FAIR distribution | Source on: September 20, 2014, 02:56:50 PM
Why are you all hyperventilating over the wallet ??
If you must have/trade your RSU right now just make your claim via the NXT AE ..

Triff ..

What's the current price on Ae BTW?

I'm on mobile so cannot check, the current prices.

Thanks.

Current price on AE is 1.1 NXT.

Thanks. Seems like wallet delay will be a good opportunity to grab some cheap coins..
Wish I haven't bought 2500units at 1.7 ;-)

I sold at 2 NXT and bought back at 1.2 NXT.Hoping for the best.  Grin

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. I have no doubt ReserveShare will be going up 10-30x from here.

It's all about risk/reward. What's the worst case scenario? ReserveShare becomes worthless and you lose 100% of your investment. Odds: extremely low.

Odds that ReserveShare goes up from here: much higher.

So while you have a small chance of losing 100% of your investment, you have a much higher chance of earning anywhere from 200-3000% of your investment.

I'll take those odds  Grin

142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [AИN] NODE - 2n Gen. CryptoCurrency build from SCRATCH on NODE.JS - Brand NEW! on: September 20, 2014, 02:40:01 PM
Quote from: visual111
then there are threads that I follow like BTCD/NEM/BBR where technical discussions are often taking place. these are the coins with the greatest potential because the community questions the developers and this provides a transparency to what the devs are doing. Here, this is the total opposite. Devs are quiet and hard to understand. 70% of posts are "to the moon" type.

if this coin falls, it is because of the weak community that calls FUD/troll when people ask questions about the project. this cannot continue to happen if node is going to succeed.

i hope the community understands what i am saying

I think visual111 hit the nail on the head.

Transparency.

That's what is lacking with the developers of Node.

Oh boy, Visual111 sure did hit the nail on the head! You two should be cryptocurrency consultants or something.

Transparency is definitely lacking! For goodness sake, the Node devs haven't posted an update on this thread in 5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!

And where is the whitepaper and roadmap? Oh wait...

TLDR version:

You are an imbecile.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][RSU]█ ReserveShare █ NXT AE | FAIR distribution | First POR| UNIQUE Source on: September 20, 2014, 10:48:16 AM
So i checked the whole code and it seems that small patces won't work so i have to rethink the implementation and of course rewrite the whole POR method. Sorry for this delay but as you know developing from scratch may hide unexpected problems, for impatient ones just understand that a new code is not only changing 10 numbers in a code that most coin devs do using bitcoin source. New ETA is 25/09.

Thanks for the update. Take your time to get it right, no need to rush on account of impatient people. RSU is available for trade on the NXT AE so there is no reason why people should be impatient.

I have faith you will squash those bugs and the wallet WILL be launched by the end of the month and it is going to be AWESOME!!  Grin

node 0.8 works for me but not 0.9 .. why?

I just did a test and same here - 0.8 works fine for me on Win 8, 0.9 launches but crashes right away.

I'm sure the issue will be fixed for v1.0  Smiley

Wow, what a whitepaper! Awesome work!

Nothing but silence from the dumpers and FUD-spreading trolls now...

When this coin release? Tomorow? Next month? Grin Grin
STFU with your newbie acc. I can see it's a pleasure to you to make FUD.

You're sure this coin will release

Why latest tomorrow morning GMT but dev offline? You should remember 17 release beta wallet. They need an annoucement.
Do you know what ETA means? Have you seen that they are testing the wallet on Testnet?
I know and I hope this coin have future but we must sure this coin have wallet. I'm sorry because i'm not patient.

Crypto is a game of patience  Smiley

Yes, thats true. Only dumpers can't wait.

Yup, and there are still some dumpers lurking (those that didn't bother with the NXT AE). I expect there to be a small wave of final dumpers once ReserveShare hits an exchange (which is fine as it will give more people a chance to get in cheap) and then that's it, dumpers will be gone and only holders and serious traders will remain. That's when things will get interesting  Grin

Anybody help me too?

I suppose you cannot trade assets via https://wallet.mynxt.info

So you have to use secureAE (link on first page) or install nxt-client locally on your computer http://nxtra.org/nxt-wallet/ (first time takes little longer when you upload the blockchain)

That's correct. secureAE is the quickest way or the nxt-client. Mynxt is just for charting purposes.

I warned I warned I warned!
The main question is here are devs going to return money? Roll Eyes

Bless you!

12 days without any news from devs... That's sad.

A dev without the obligation, responsibility to inform. Starting to look like a bail.

I still can't believe it's a bail because the coin is almost done. To walk away now would mean walking away from all that coding work and all escrowed funds.

I don't believe the devs are dishonest, I believe they truly want to release exocoin but some unforeseen circumstances have diverted their attentions elsewhere.

Let's not forget they still have 6 weeks to get exo launched before they promised to return the funds.

TaunSew...You are so obviously trying to get cheap coins bringing back that picture and all. Cheesy Playing innocent dumb. You got answers already and the whitepaper will be released asap as they already answered many times. Devs have been online just a few hours ago.

Yup. If you recall I had him on my watchlist the other night but now it's confirmed. Basically, twice a day he just posts the dance party gif and a "OMG, it has been half a day where are the devs?, where is the whitepaper?" message. So friggin annoying.

Ignored.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][RSU]█ ReserveShare █ NXT AE | FAIR distribution | First POR| UNIQUE Source on: September 16, 2014, 02:53:47 PM
how to claim the shares? Huh
you missed this train, if you are very interested at this project,
you can buy some shares via AE  before launch of this coin.

Train is far from missed as RSU is currently selling for dirt cheap on the NXT AE.

That's what is really great about making it available for early trading - anyone who missed the giveaway can just buy a stake for a very low price.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Logo on: September 15, 2014, 09:48:24 PM
Most icons are also circular so as to take uo most of the available space. R and S together in a circular fashion instead of a rectangle would be ideal.

I believe the best way is to use rectangle, not a circle, if you would want to make the most of available space in 16x16 pixels rectangular frame Wink

The problem with rectangular is that you end up leaving whitespace on top like the current logo.

Most icons on coinmarketcap appear circular but a large RS in a 64px block would work too (but maybe not look as nice).
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Logo on: September 15, 2014, 08:00:33 PM
Hey guys I love the large logo but the small version that is on coinmarketcap doesn't display very well. Notice how it stands out among all the others:

http://coinmarketcap.com/assets/

It is also hard to read, on my laptop screen it looks almost like "ASU".

Can the creator of the logo maybe make a different version for the small 64x64 coinmarketcap icon?

I think just putting the "R" and "S" together would work much better at that small size.

like this ?  Grin

Just like that or even just the R and S without the U. The icon size is small on coinmarketcap so details don't show up very well.

People should be shamed to try to make a benefit from this situation by speading FUD and lies!

100% support to devs. But yes, answer the questions about forging rewards and release the whitepaper soon.

Thank you for understanding
The fact that we describe all of the integration process BTC, USD, EUR.

Node, Forging, NodeBank, NodePay

it is a lot of information

Definite fudsters in here.. Some probably sold as soon as they saw the news and now trying to buy back more for cheap.

I've just caught up on the thread and I couldn't agree more. There are obvious fudsters in here trying to drive down price (visual111 and Coinholder for example).

Just ignore them and ignore the daily fluctuations in price. This coin hasn't even been released a week and people were posting things like "the dev abandoned us" after not hearing anyting for three days FFS! All the while demanding that the whitepaper be released instantly, over a weekend no less.

This thread is overrun with trolls and people with the patience of a fly. My advice is to just ignore them all and concentrate on the potential of Node. If you really think that in say 3-6 months it will be worth less than 100 satoshis then by all means sell, someone will happily buy them from you. Personally I think you will eventually come to really regret that decision.

If you think it terms of hourly, daily or even weekly timeframes you will never go anywhere in life, period!

I have added these two guys to my ignore list.

TaunSew is getting pretty close to my ignore list as well.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [AИN] NODE - 2n Gen. on: September 15, 2014, 04:17:05 PM
the coin has been on the market for 2 days. can people stop discussing price now? i don't understand why people expected it to open at 1k satoshis. it just wasn't going to happen. sell your coins if you're concerned with the price, because it might take time before node catches traction. there are still some pretty basic issues with the wallet and the lack of a white paper doesn't help. be patient or sell

BTW - visual111 - take note of your own sage wisdom [from yesterday none the less!] Smiley
yes, I am expressing FUD. when the developers drag out deadlines, ignore questions about forging, and fall for a phishing link, that is the time for FUD

At least you got that part right.

So I guess not publishing the whitepaper and falling for a phishing link is sufficient to negate over 6 months of development and the little fact that the coin they created is now live and trading on BTER?

If your answer is yes then please sell your coins immediately!

As many of you asked it already and probably others are curious too, i would like to announce that it seems that we are in schedule with our pathway.
Code is almost ready(right now i am working on GUI), so we believe that we can launch the coin on testnet at wednesday, and if everything goes well at 09/17 late night GMT, a public beta will be released. Smiley
The public beta won't have any anonymity features as voting didn't took place yet, but if there will be voted some kind of anonymity it will be implemented in a future release.

Awesome news, keep up the great work guys!

In my opinion, the anonymity vote is a no brainer - of course we must have anonymity. Think about it from an advertising perspective - do we want to say "Unique source, anonymous transactions" or "Unique source, transactions open for all to see"  Grin

I can't see anyone here arguing for the side of non-anonymous transactions.

i sold all my rsu , i think it will go back to sub 1NXT

no problem if you sold your RSU, That's your share. and it up to you  Smiley

Yup, that's what is great about having it available on the NXT AE for pretrading - if you don't believe in ReserveShare's potential then you are free to sell it as someone else who does have faith and patience will be more than happy to buy it at such a low price.

Where did you hear the wallet is launching in 3 days?

LOL you didn't read the OP?  Grin

That's all you were going by? If you notice it says ETA beside it and the item above it (anonymity vote) hasn't happened yet.

I would confirm with the devs that the wallet will indeed be ready on the 17th before advertising it in your signatures!

i'm wondering why there has been little communication from the devs in light of the recent BTEr launch and promise of a white paper. it would be prudent to remain active and show presence in the community during this time

Are you for real?

The coin launched Friday, it is now Sunday or an entire 2 days later and a weekend.

Do you see the problem here? Would you like the devs to provide you with personal hourly updates 7 days a week?
