I stopped mining about a month ago on this pool, had about 0.001~ unexchanged btc, started mining about a week ago, now have about 0.002 btc unexchanged, and that number ain't diminishing. What is going on? it's never been this high for me at this pool for as long as it has been of late.
I used to mine here all the time but noticed payouts were getting sketchy so I opened my own, www.zpool.ca. Payouts every 2 hours. Cheers

Here are some of our latest coin additions to the pool:
SHA256: ParallelCoin (DUO), VCOIN (VCOIN) Scrypt: ParallelCoin (DUO), SwagBucks (BUCKS), BitBronz (BRONZ), FlutterCoin (FLT), RubleBit (RUBIT) Qubit: Unitus (UIS) X11: CrevaCoin (CREVA)
Cheers and Happy Hashing!

The pool has been chugging along nicely without Cryptsy. We've again bumped up the frequency of payouts to every 6 hours.
If you have not already done so, I would suggest you get out of Cryptsy and move somewhere else. They are ripoff artists and the headaches they make are not worth it. We're doing much much better without having to deal with their BS.
Cheers!

is there no github for this?

The profit switch is based off the 24h estimate not the actual which is listed on the page. Not much hash has been on lyra the past couple days for some reason so the actual profitability ended up lower than the estimate.
If you want to tweak you profit scale, making the number higher will increase the probability.

I have problems when I enable CDN when I already have syscoin. is this being worked on? It seem they are using the same chain ID or something?
I am looking into the impacts of changing the chain id, i don't see any red flags yet but I need to be sure. If this could cause problems then we will need to gain consensus in the matter. P.S. if you know of any useful links on the subject please reply here - looking for the implications in changing chain id (aux pow). /koad I'll see what I can find out from another dev that has a lot of experience working with merged coins. Thanks I would check into this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=769073.new#new and ping ahmed_bodi he's quite an excellent dev. But from what I can find out, changing the ID shouldn't have much ill affect and it would only really be required for pool ops merging with other coins. Thanks for the info; that is the list I was looking for I haven't found much evidence that harm would be done, but am not 100% sure yet. I will change the ID to 1867 which is Canada's birth year and do a complete download/resync of the chain using the modified version to make sure all is OK. The assumption here is that if a rescan is possible then we can be secure in a full network update without any harmful implications. What does everyone think of this plan? P.S. 1867 is also the amount of years ( after the next ice age ) before the Leafs win another cup. /koad I'm game for that. I was tryin to find some reference in the MYR thread as I believe they initially had the same issue and simply issued an update that was only needed for pool ops that were merge mining. Normal users could simply use the existing wallet... But the leafs better win sometime in my lifetime!

i think it seems to store shares per-coin.... after switching algos it can end up paying me for a different algo up to 15 min later.. after ive already generated new blocks with the new algo....
yeah you're shares are relative to the coins your hashpower get directed at.

Love this pool! Been running my (very) little mining army at it for awhile now! So far stable and fast!
Thanks!

Should be ok, i've limited mine to 32 which I currently hold. yeah I dunno what's up with it. It's pretty much the only coind with so many orphans....

I'm sorry I linked my post to zpool. It was not my intention to imply the problem was with your pool.
FTC seems to be behaving properly on zpool now. I've got 13 confs and counting.
When the profitability crashed on hashpower it also crashed on zpool, perhaps that's when you disabled it.
I think I misspoke a little earlier, my confirmed balance on HP never went down. However the immature coins dropped in value without dropping in number and without orphaning. They all eventually matured but paid just peanuts.
Everything is looking normal on zpool since you reactivated FTC, except it isn't listed in the upper left of the pool page. 20 confs now, thanks.
Ahh ok no prob. It will start out fine and find block... confirm them... then it'll do a string of orphans for no reason... then back to finding blocks again.

Hi, We've added FTC to the miners multipool: www.zpool.caCheers! Thank you! What has happened to FTC? I was mining it yesterday on a multipool when the bottom fell out. Even my confirmed coins lost most of their value. But on the exchanges everything is normal. I've dealt with scams, hard forks, excessive orphans etc but I've never seen confirmed coins lose nearly all their value while the trading price on the exchanges remained stable (rising actually). Not sure why confirmed balance would get changed... that's odd. Perhaps since we disabled it? We'll enable it in the backend again, just not for mining. We can't seem to keep FTC from generating orphans more than it's confirming. We've tried rebuilding/optimizing and also de-optimizing our stratum server as well as feathercoind. We'll look into some more but don't really see any reason why it orphans to begin with. Thanks but it wasn't on your pool, but another one of the clones (HP). It was strange, the profitability of FTC dove as well as my unconfirmed and confirmed balance, but the blocks didn't orphan. This usually indicates a price crash on the exchange, but as mentioned the price has been stable. This doesn't make sense. The difficulty didn't change, the block reward didn't change, the exchange price didn't change but the mining profit dropped 80%. FTC has since been removed from that pool also. It's probably best to leave it disabled for now. ohh ok, you quoted my pool so thought it was there. The other clone looks to run pretty much unattended so if something goes wrong, its not usually noticed and can snowball from there.
