I took Truckcoin over on July 29, 2014, not recently.
The coin has inflation control, and 200% is just a max possible return.
It's not dead and runs pretty fine since 2014.

Just was forced to start a new topic for Truckcoin recently because GoldenHill international did register a fake .noise23 account on the forum and started posting bullshit messages (now deleted) posing as me.
