Yet he has over a 1359 followers. If I'm not mistaken he just today added the "Italian soul!" bit on his Twitter bio. So they mine Aeon @ 40 Kh/s @ 60W, but the important thing is to accurately name the technology inside them. You must be a fun guy at parties. The difference is that FPGAs are reprogrammable, so in theory for a minor change to the PoW the firmware or whatever could be updated and they'd be back mining again. I'm not sure if Baikal miners are able to do this, but there is a very real and important distinction. |

There is a minimum that will be reached and then it won't decline any more (though since it is a fixed amount, it will become a smaller and smaller percentage over time). This has been discussed numerous times and we eventually decided on keeping the same emission rate as Monero, as it has been since the beginning. So the fixed amount will be 0.3 per minute, but with 4 minute blocks that ends up being 1.2 AEON per block. Also, please don't double post the exact same thing to both threads. How was the amount for Monero chosen? Is it a function of fees per tx and number of txs that will fit in the block? Since the block is dynamic does the 0.3 per minute put an effective max block size on the system? |

where is my balance ?
You have to wait for blocks to mature before pending balance shows, and for last few days blocks have been coming slower due to network hashrate declining. Maturity is 60 blocks, which is ideally 3 hours, but could be 6 hours or longer with slow rate of blocks being found. Thank you for your answer.
