741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another Vaccination Lottery on: September 26, 2021, 08:40:49 PM
I'm definitely not against vaccine promotion, however, I'm not sure if that's the right way. Instead, there should be a campaign presenting its health benefits, not only as an individual, but also as a community, a high vaccination percentage means less cases, less deaths and in the end, less austerity measures.

This lottery is consisted of 1139 prizes, some are weekly draws, some monthly etc, providing each participant 4 winning chances. Doesn't sound much of a great deal to me.

Something similar also occurred in Greece, young people aged from 18-24 were given a prepaid card with 150€ in balance, only to be used for the tourism sector. With or without incentives, I was vaccinated, not because I wanted the prepaid card, but because it's what's required for this pandemic to end.
Social media are full of fake news, and educating people might take more time so the government have to think for a faster way and an effective way to encourage people from getting their vaccines, and I see this kind of promotion as a good one. Vaccine is not just for ourselves but also for people around us, get your vaccine now and have a chance to win some of the prizes. Smiley
To be honest, I am not fully vaccinated yet because I am afraid of the brand of the vaccine that is currently available.
Is there any brand of the vaccine mentioned by the article of what it is? I am looking for a Pfizer brand which is I have heard and based on my research this vaccine has a good result other which is this vaccine is rare for now. However, this is a great opportunity that is given to others and the prize was really having an effect on the price.

Oh, grats on the launch!

We were definitely curious since we thought DPLAY would be the sole focus.

Is anybody able to check out this new site? I wanted to try it out, but I don't have access from Belgium  Sad. Also tried to search the site on google, but couldn't find it back.
It seems that freebitco.in is expanding its portfolio in rapid pace with Dplay and now Clubriches.
Yeah, you are a part of a restricted country which is this casino is not for you, I guess you can join the discussion here but to visit the site is impossible for you. I guess you can use VPN for that but the purpose is to visit the site not to gamble there. Because there is a possibility that the casino will detect your activity and you are prohibited against the TOS which is easy to spot them. I guess, you never experience freezing account once you have been caught moving around.
743  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 26, 2021, 08:06:49 PM
Finally Roobet can exceed 2 Billion bets, congrats Roobet and in this new achievement they also giving $200,000 for 20 winners and will be drawn in 10 days, minimum wager $10 and will get 1 raffle ticket.

Roobet Twitter
Congrats to roobet for achieving this milestone. Many casinos are existing nowadays but roobet is one of those who are consistent on having promos, giveaways, contest and games thats why its not surprising that they reached 2B bets that fast. They're generous no wonder why they gain many loyal players despite of the kyc issue in the past.
Wow, what a great achievement that they have reached, I guess the Roobet team was working hard too much about updating always their website.
2 Billion bets it seems sounds good. Right, they are very kind to their users and they return sometimes to those who want to participate in the contest.
We know people are easy to lure when someone tells them there is a free betting casino. Good job on this.
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to invest on cheap promising coins? on: September 26, 2021, 06:12:34 PM
I will answer your title's question.
If you think that the project is promising than their team will not let the project Dead and will try to grow more and more. Promising projects have their full plans for future, so I think there is no risk in investing in promising projects.
It's true, most projects die after taking huge profits with their customers, they dare to play at the age of 3 years maximum, and our finances will not come back after they do the trick.

Yes, its been there. Too many projects have come and gone vanished as they could not survey in the market since they did not market requirements. Its a good choice to invest on a new best project which is very cheap in price as long as its promising in every aspects. Its out responsibility to investigate on it as we are sole responsible for our investment. Better, watch out the same coins or tokens' growth for few months and then invest on them. Congrats.
745  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading skills on: September 26, 2021, 06:00:33 PM
Well, we all know how technical crypto trading is and how hard it has been for newbies traders. That made me want to know what are your best trading skills and techniques that can aid a newbie in trading?

Learn basic indications moves and their meaning. However, theroritical knowledge might not alone help in trading. Below are few things they might help newbies to start with.

Analyze and choose the best coins. Start with paper trading in the beginning. Then invest little on the best coin in the market which has high trading volume. Invest little in the beginning and have hands on experience on it. Update yourself everyday on whats happening around the coin you have invested so that you will know when there will be hike and dip. Beside all the above, keep yourself calm and watchful. Do not panic when the market suddenly goes up or down. Just be patient enough always.
746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Future? on: September 26, 2021, 05:40:07 PM
i have been in the cryptocurrency field since 2014 and i have seen the brightest and darkest days of BTC but when i look at the current rising conditions of the bitcoin market i see that we have come a long way and most of the world is accepting the cryptocurrency payments and some lager brands are also connected to the BTC world.

748  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotions should never be traded. on: September 25, 2021, 07:24:55 PM
A better post for the beginners as well as for those who are old in trading, the emotions in trading destroy a person whole thinking and if he is dealing well even, when he comes through a loss, then i don't even think that the trader should leave his position after getting into loss. As a result he should have to follow new strategy in trading.

Yah. Emotion is an enemy of traders I would say. It would lead you to loss often. Beginners, we always get exited when we see our friends getting profits from one of the crypto coins from trading and decide to just invest on the same coin without analyzing it. Then when the value goes down, we panic and sell at loss. So emotion leads the one instead of knowledge guiding the one to act. Crypto market is volatile. Have patience. Learn indications and etc.
749  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin ever go down like 2018-2020 on: September 25, 2021, 06:33:53 PM
Though market is unpredictable, I am sure, Bitcoin might not fall back back to below $30k. It has set up its mile stone already moving forward. We have more demands now for Bitcoin. Its growth in the market now is fabulous. Its stable and steady between $40k to $49k to see its bull market very soon. We are top ahead from 2018's market. We must start looking forward and support Bitcoin reach next ATH.
750  Economy / Economics / Re: If you can get paid through cryptocurrency, do you still choose fiat currency? on: September 25, 2021, 06:05:40 PM
Quote
Bitwage is a platform that converts wages into cryptocurrency. Bitwage founder Jonathan Chester said: “A lot of people now want to earn part or all of their wages through Bitcoin.” The company has made contributions in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia this year. 20,000 employees. Some users processed $30 million in salaries, including employees from Google, Facebook, General Electric, Philips, the United Nations, and the U.S. Navy. Many of these employees have signed up for this service themselves.

Chester stated that he converts 15% of his monthly salary into virtual currency, which is "a way to not worry about whether to buy or accumulate bitcoin or cryptocurrency at the right time."

Many companies are also considering allowing their employees to choose to receive partial or full compensation in the form of cryptocurrency. If you can get paid through cryptocurrency, which one would you choose? If the boss pays in Bitcoin, would you want it? Or you continue to prefer to pay in fiat currency to facilitate the purchase of tokens you like.
Do you think cryptocurrency payment will be a new trend in the future?

Yes. Its going be on trend in very near future. If my company is going to be pay my salary in crypto, certainly I would demand 100% of my salary in crypto coin as fiats requirement for my monthly commitment may differ, so will convert needed crypto into fiats and will hold back the rest of crypto in wallet which will certainly double up if the market is going fine.
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge gains and still holding ? on: September 24, 2021, 08:12:53 PM
The biggest mistake anyone can do is still holding unto their altcoins when bitcoin touched 60k weeks ago and still holding strong when the fall began weeks ago, imagine someone still holding HEX token when the coin did 40x already? If you are someone like this friend I don't know what your aim is but sorry to say you are doing it wrong. Check yourself cos it's possible you are struggling with greed.

Lets not say its a greed. But seeing Bitcoin's massive growth over past years, its convincing to hold back the coins irrespective of what coins are they. I am one among you who can not wait to take off my profit even if it is just 10%. However, I have learnt that day trading is better but long term trading is the best when I see it from my trading experience from 2017. But yes, as you say, there should be a limit set for profit.

753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency is best for long term investment? on: September 23, 2021, 06:24:45 PM
1. Bitcoin (BTC) Bitcoin has been around for the longest of any cryptocurrency.
2. Ethereum (ETH) Ethereum is different from Bitcoin because it isn't only a cryptocurrency.
3. Binance Coin
4. Cardano
5. Polkadot (DOT)
6. Ripple (XRP)
7. Litecoin
8. Tron (TRX)
9. Polygon (MATIC)
10. WazirX (WRX)

I would choose the below coins for long term. I have invested on these coins and will buy more whenever I have some amounts.

1. Bitcoin (BTC)
2. Ethereum (ETH)
3. Binance Coin
4. Polygon (MATIC)
5. WazirX (WRX)

The best coins I have been watching since 2017. Each coin above is unique. Growing coins. Everyone must know about it.  Choose Matic and Wazirx if you are looking for coins below $2. The rest are best above a dollar.
754  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: KNOWLEDGE IS BETTER THAN MERIT on: September 22, 2021, 07:00:33 PM
The first post I made on this forum was a post of my introduction and also my set aside goals I want to achieve on the forum.
I got from the reply enough advise, Knowledge and guidance
Like Frequent asked questions https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0
And rules guiding the forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0
that has been very useful to me so far and I know if I continue to abide by them I will keep on going in the right track.
With that said, Prior to my first post I never had any interest or any excitement of merits, in fact I had basic knowledge of it but as I found out I got more than 10merits on that particular post.
I found out about merits from posts I see from Newbie's like me searching and crying for merits, saying merits are not shared properly, or wanting to know about merits so soon without even participating in the forum or reading the forums rules and regulations.
Citing myself as an example with my first post on the forum, I have come to realise that searching for knowledge should come first before any other thing in the forum.
CONCLUSION
All these being said, I wish to advise my fellow newbie's to seek for knowledge first before talking about merits. Merits should come when you make a good post, so focus on making quality and educating posts than looking for merits.

Personal perception is what drives you to this I guess, but
am sure also that others do not have the same mindset that
you had, so to you "KNOWLEDGE" is the greatest, while to
others the merit and other incentives are the vital aspects why they are here.

So what drives to get merit is not a matter but only how many merits are earned is a matter. The requirement to move up to next position is highly expected and looked up on as this is what will help earn more here especially from signature campaigns. Knowledge on what we are discussing and sharing is really as important as merits. As we all share our knowledge here and that is the main key to earn here I am sure. So both should go hand in hand.
755  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's not the end, $60k again on: September 22, 2021, 05:50:33 PM
After reaching ~$62000, BTC had a pullback and now again it got backed to $61k again. Many have shorted at this price, I had too (long ago). But it doesn’t seem stopping anytime soon. If I can remember, @100trillion twitter account posted few times that we are very early stage of the bullrun. We may see a huge bull of another few more months, very likely this whole year. If he is true (till now, he is very true), I think we will soon see the $100k mark.
What do you think? Is it still a good time to get in?
I have the same view that in this year we will see the 100k figure and if that belief of course this is the right time to enter, but everything can happen it is just speculation and wishful thinking in the future which will not necessarily happen.

I am really confident on it reaching $60k to $65k by end of October followed by ATH in the beginning of December 2021. I just say seeing the market since 2016. Now a days, more number of new investors are into Bitcoin. Word of mouth spreading across and bringing in new youngsters inside crypto. Its greatly making a demand now a days and I feel that is one of the reasons Bitcoin being stable between $41k to $46k. This stabilization is a sign of bull run in near future.
756  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices doubled this year on: September 21, 2021, 06:49:28 PM
Everywhere we can see the same thing. Not only food prices, but all other items' prices as well. Yes the main reason behind is the Covid 19 lockdown. Farmers, shop keepers, businessmen and all except corporate employees and govt employees, faced financial issues and when the lock down was released, everyone focused back to get back what they have missed during the lock down. We can not blame anyone. The situation really challenged everyone to face an unavoidable situation.
757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Do Young Investors Prefer Cryptocurrencies? on: September 21, 2021, 06:26:30 PM
Youngsters are open to try new things than elders. Elders think often as they might have had experience in such things earlier getting disappointed often. Another reason, Bitcoin was invented in current decade and it started booming up in the market attracting more investors inside. Since its all online and current generation youngsters started giving their try in it. Many have come inside seeing their friends getting profits out of Bitcoin. And the technology as well plays a big role in bringing in the youngsters.
758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice 101 on: September 20, 2021, 09:50:45 PM
Dice can be profitable if you leave it while you are in +.  It is always hard for gamblers to leave the winning session, even harder to leave the table while you are losing bankroll. Btw, there is no need for instructor simple and easiest strategies to test dice. There is no way to beat the house edge and you will end up losing all one day.
Both of the situation is hard to leave because as you win, you're thinking that you're too lucky to leave. And when you lose, you're too lost to leave and you just want to recover no matter how much you've lost. There's no need for any instructor, maybe he's just needing a guide, where to start, how much to start as a bankroll when he started playing dice. With all that have been said, he can play it alone and is he willing to spend some time and money just for an instructor?
That is why when we are in gambling we should always have a self-control no matter what, dice is a very simple game but it will also be easy to wipe out your entire balance. The problem here when gamblers got losses others will follow them too, just because of chasing losses which is not a good practice at all. But one thing that I can share for sure because dice do not have an interview and everyone's mind is free to use but bit to abuse.
759  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE IS STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND BLOCKING WITHDRAWLS SCAM on: September 20, 2021, 09:40:33 PM
~snip~
creating some issue even its cleared for how many times. They arent really get tired and wont make out any response if they get some clarification.
I am also thinking about competitors, lol.
We know that we are in business and the gambling business has a lot of competitors and everyone should survive and others making a magic trick that can take down their competitors. Dont mind it, just only guessing here and OP from the start did not give any supportive documents to prove who really he is. As long as you dont have strong evidence which is I dont believe Bitdice will do this, everything will be fine.
760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The greedy must be poor on: September 20, 2021, 07:08:00 PM
Some people refuse to take profits when their coins and tokens are surging so high.
Because greed let people keep on waiting for higher and higher value for there coins and end up selling at dip.
Since price can’t go up all the time.

Poor are ready to take even a small profit. They usually are not greedy. I would say, those who have enough and are not depend on the return out of what they have invested in, will hold for long term to see a reasonable profit. Its not that they are greedy but they are confident on the coin they have invested in. They are much confident on crypto market and its growth. They have seen it from the time Bitcoin came into the market. As long a crypto coin is held, the value is going to be double and the profit is going to double.
