1121  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: A member LIST .. What do we speculate the price will be this summer JOIN IN on: May 15, 2021, 09:08:58 PM
El dude, count me in.

$42836.

My reason is, bitcoin will keep dumping in the second quarter and slowly recover in the third quarter until it will resist again and create a new ATH.
1122  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: reasons for bad trading on: May 15, 2021, 06:59:46 PM
There's no need to complicate things for those who did bad trades or still staying with bad trading habits. If you're done with that, you don't have to put much effort if you want to avoid it anymore. The easiest to go with the market is to follow the simple advise like this quote below. And that will make you satisfied to be an investor of bitcoin if you keep on committing such bad trades with those indicators that are affecting the market from time to time.

OP, or invest something that you know will be part of the world’s established financial machine. Bitcoin will become a part in that machine. A BIG part, an IMPORTANT part. Invest in Bitcoin where you will be safe, with the best developers, with the biggest market, with the most acceptance.
Exactly, you don't need to have a scalping strategy each day in trading if you know that you have a bad habit of trading. There is long-term trading that easy to execute when you are going to trade, just buy low and sell high prices in the market. Trading is not just an easy way, they are a complicated strategy that you should not apply on your side, however, possible consequences should always remember.

However, when it comes to trading, always remember that it is very risky to gamble your money and there should be high odds.
1123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what do you guys use bitcoin for? on: May 15, 2021, 06:47:02 PM
rather I invest and trade in this bitcoin. but unlike tesla, i have no intention and until now it has not occurred in my mind to exchange the bitcoin i have with tesla. even though I don't have tesla I don't have a problem with that because for me the bitcoin that I've been holding for the last few years doesn't match the tesla that has been in the news lately.
If you have a cash amount that perfect to buy tesla I rather invest it into bitcoin, imagine if the price will up in the next 3 years twice into your capital. It supposedly you buy your car tesla for me. So, holding here is the most important with your desire profit and harvesting it is a perfect time.

I don't use my bitcoin for any unnecessary payment, as long as I can able to manage and use my fiat, I avoid spending all my bitcoin because, for me, bitcoin now isn't a mode of payment, it is a storing the value where you will potentially gain profit after years of holding. To tell you, I hold my bitcoin most of all time.
1124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: May 15, 2021, 06:30:03 PM
Honestly i wouldnt gamble in a crypto casino that asks me for KYC but if i got big cashout i guess i will have to give it.
But i prefer the ones that dont ask for it
That's it, even on my side and when I'm using cryptocurrencies to gamble. When is the word decentralized in cryptocurrency if there is a KYC thing upon using gambling sites. I guess the good thing is to disable the cryptocurrencies option upon withdrawal and deposit if there's a KYC verification on our account.

I'd rather stay away on that gambling site find another one, I guess not all gambling sites that impose KYC implementation on their users. No, I don't feel safe giving my identities to the sites that didn't have enough reputation to trust. As much as I have an option to choose another one, I'd better switch to another house to stay and play.
1125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Feature Do You Look for In Slot Games? on: May 14, 2021, 09:32:15 PM
•   Free spins and bonus games
•   The more paylines a game has
•   Each game developer has his own unique style, design, and interface

These are the 3 features that i do always look for when playing slot games. Who doesnt love free spins?  Cool

More paylines the better and i do much like on having more wins even with smaller amounts.
Almost the same on my pick, but for me, these are my takes.

Graphics, layouts, and the game developer.  As the platform’s user interface must be friendly so people would only be worried about their gambling games and not how to navigate the platform. This is too important. Let’s say you have the standard platform of online casinos, but the U.I is very important. It has to be a platform that could be navigated by a 60 years old person.

Jackpots - this applies with the volatility and if balanced, this is a winning platform. An algorithm that would make a person not expect when he or she would win because of the volatility but also not too few chances to win, at least put some volatility that would make the business earn and still players to win.
1126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reactions From Musk's Bitcoin criticism on: May 14, 2021, 08:53:55 PM
The only difference between them is that Elon Musk is richer in papers and also more influential to him. But honestly, I find Elon Musk now as someone that has disappointed me. He hurt my heart in a way that he is becoming more and more hypocritical and unreasonable.

He tells that bitcoin costs a lot of energy that ruins nature without realizing that miners are now using renewable resources to save from the mining cost and helps reduce the coils being used to produce.

What about jumping into the topic where Congolese with their young labors mining cobalt for Elon Musk and definitely ruining nature? Can he tweet about it?
1127  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mixers under the threat? on: May 14, 2021, 08:32:57 PM
I guess the only option the guy has now is to hire the best lawyer in town. They will I guess be liable but the case could be lighter I can tell.
Let us say that they attract people that want to launder money but it doesn’t mean that they have mixers for that purpose. If executed well, the lawyer might be able to save the person.

Authorities have been eyeing these mixer services since then. FBI was using as well to liquidate some of their possessed Bitcoins and I feel bad about it.

Well, things have time to end and mixers are about to end as well. They were wrong when they opened the service in the public. I could have the services offered to the sharks if I were them.
1128  Other / Archival / Re: More Adoption - More Speculation (?) on: May 14, 2021, 08:24:15 PM
That's a good analysis.

People who are in bitcoin are somehow basing on their influencer's decisions. But it shouldn’t be like that. I think the bitcoin community must know that we don’t take validations from others. But honestly, I think they do the same.

The 10% of it that went out of Bitcoin are the people who went to bitcoin just to be bandwagons and people who only had FOMOs and they are so fearful that they think Elon could impact the price and they started to panic.

I feel bad about these people honestly but there is no one to blame not even Elon Musk. The best thing to do here to stay and keep what we do and that’s it.
1129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla will accept $ because they're environment friendly on: May 13, 2021, 09:04:45 PM
weka up he just did it so he can buy cheaper bitcoin now...
I smell this one, sounds like manipulating the market.

When I checked the tweet, I saw a lot of comments and one of those comments hit my interest and I laughed at it really hard.
The person said, “ Then why do you use fiat that is being backed by the highest polluting industry, military “.

I think the time when Elon Musk is able to read that comment, he would be burned by it. And the person has a point. I don’t think Elon musk's tweet has a point. It was a non-sense. It’s like a hypocrisy overload and I find it like that.

Elon Musk speaking about pollution, but still being involved with the industries that ruin our planet. What a comedian.
1130  Economy / Economics / Re: CBDCs are not an "opportunity". They'll likely offer you less than you have now. on: May 13, 2021, 08:35:06 PM
This is true, CBDCs are already there. Digital Banks, digital transactions, and so on. This isn’t a new thing and I can tell, it is no change/new. It is still the same, principles and values still kept intact. The only difference is the convenience it gives when massively accepted.

The only issue I have with this is the privacy of transactions. Like every transaction is being traced, and it is no good with people who have things done.

You can’t compare the cryptocurrencies to CBDCs, it’s totally two different dimensions. Just imagine your phone being your wallet with the currency we have right now. That is basically it.
1131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elom Musk is farting, the whole crypto suffocates! Is Elon working with SEC? on: May 13, 2021, 08:20:46 PM
Nothing is impossible! Elon may or may not work with the enforcement agencies but there is no way to find out the truth unless and until Elon himself confirms that. But the market is reacting to Elon's action, because of the trust factor. Elon really is a remarkable visionary. That's the reputation he has exploited while giving a huge boost to cryptos.

But I believe, in sometime the crypto market will become immune from his comments and actions the way we have made ourselves immune from Jemie and Warren.
Yes! I think Elon Musk is working with the commission! I really feel like they are playing around with the people they see as pawns and I really find it unfair. I don’t on that tweet he has posted, a lot of people would remove their respects to him. And that would hurt him a lot.

The only reason why Elon Musk was able to influence the crowd is that they believe that this guy is reasonable. But on this part, he doesn’t know. And I really pity the people who are trying to play safe and people who are trying to escape things they don’t have to escape. I don’t really like how people’s minds work. I should keep playing with my video games then. Good luck!
1132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Satoshi set the total supply of bitcoins to 21 Million" is nonsense on: May 13, 2021, 08:04:28 PM
If you’re gonna be checking Bitcoin’s Source code, you will see that the limit has been set up properly and smoothly.
Variable has been set up to the point that everyone can see the maximum amount. Good thing is that Bitcoin is open-source, transparency is too much to be grateful for and feel assured.

I guess you should try to check it yourself. Here are the links you might check you wouldn’t be confused with Bitcoins technical structure below.

1133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] LUIS NERY vs BRANDON FIGUEROA Super Bantamweight World Championship on: May 13, 2021, 07:51:29 PM
I tried to check with FoxBET,  odds are here below. Which gambling site has better odds.

Luis Nery   -400
Brandon     +275

Anyone here who agrees with this favor? But for me, I would really place my bet with Luis, regardless of the odds, I think he is more likely to win the match. Though questions from the boxing fans are popping because of his previous fights, I think he really is the one who will win here.

But I don’t really mean to belittle Figueroa, I still respect his brave fighting style like defense is nonsense. This guy has a strong chin though.
1134  Economy / Economics / Re: Web traffic to crypto exchanges in April 2021. on: May 13, 2021, 07:42:09 PM
A good analyst that you have made but this isn’t the end result yet. Analysts are expecting the traffic to grow up to 100-200% by the 4th quarter of the year. This is a breakthrough comparing it to the past bull run.

Binance has a better market share as they were able to execute being listed and that is something that even the traditional people are looking forward to. And sooner or later, massive adaption will begin. I just find it satisfying seeing the growth of the community people used to belittle and now, the harvesting begins.
1135  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can we maybe share daytrading chat groups, forums or servers here please? on: May 12, 2021, 05:13:53 PM
I would suggest if you want to be a trader is that you have to learn by yourself. It is somehow stupid to join group chats with traders involved. Why? When you come in, you will see that people aren’t helpful. They just keep on bragging to each other and their egos are roaring. And I will tell you, if you kept being in that type of field then you will realize soon that you’re going to become one.

The funny is, they don’t even earn that much but if they act, they feel like they are millionaires but in reality, they are too poor to afford foods on their tables.
1136  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would it be foolish to take out a crypto loan at this stage of the bull market? on: May 12, 2021, 05:03:38 PM
I am looking to increase my bitcoin holdings and i am looking at taking a crypto backed loan with one of the leading platforms? i would be fine to take this loan out a few months ago but at this stage of the bull run how risky would it be ,i know a loan can be risky to begin with, but am i just playing with fire or is there a good chance it will pay off? it would be a 15000 dollar loan a 50% ltv for more information, thanks
I don’t think getting loans to cryptocurrency is the best option right now. I would say, it is not an option and I hope that you find alternatives.

I have sets of friends that have been suffering from their existing loans because of the poor decisions they had before. Imagine loaning Bitcoin amounting to around $500 during the bear market? Now look at them, they find it really hard to bring back what they borrowed as the Bitcoin went up crazily.

Bitcoin today is expected to rise up until the fourth quarter of the year. So taking loans on this period of time is not a very good idea.
1137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Manny Pacquiao vs Mikey Garcia in Dubai on July 2021? on: May 12, 2021, 04:45:55 PM
I guess the reason why funding did not push through is that the fight is somehow not that hype. Investors do have the advice of sports analysts with them. Crawford and Pacquiao’s if matched is not thrilling enough for the investors to earn from their shares.

So I guess, they aren’t interested in the match and I think it would push through if Pacman’s opponent is changed to a legendary one too.

But in my own opinion, investors are eye-ing for the rematch of Pacman and Mayweather as we all know that second match would be the largest paid pay-per-view match in the history just in case. All of it because people wanted Pacman to know down Mayweather.
1138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sumo betting seems rigged - can you make profit with it? on: May 12, 2021, 04:13:08 PM
I guess, if you have connections with the people who control the rigging and handles the wrestlers well, that is the only option to have the rigging be in your favor. Besides that, I don’t think there are other options and all of them are gambling still.
Rigging already started in the 1950s, and as far as I can remember, it was horse racings that were fixed before. But these principles still can be applied today.

But someone rigging the game doesn’t mean that people can’t win, they can still win and they will win. But yes, if you don’t have connections it’s just all based on pure lucks. But that is how gambling works right?
1139  Economy / Economics / Re: If we have crypto Why people still buy stocks? on: May 10, 2021, 09:05:00 PM
It is because they get used to it, that one of the simple answers to your question. The second is that they aren’t used to the volatility of the cryptocurrency market. Besides these, stocks have been there since the Corporate Era (after the industrial era). And during that time, but the coin wasn’t even at the stage of the idea being made.

Stocks are more secured compared to cryptocurrency as well. Their pros and cons are very contrasted in a way that you can always compare the two. That they both are different as they may have almost the same character being trading in a trading platform but they have different approaches and phases.
1140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling risks during coronavirus pandemic on: May 10, 2021, 08:48:03 PM
One piece of advice I would give to the people who suffer from gambling addictions and impulsiveness is that I think this is the time that they had to improve or develop their characters. Cause if you have character, you will be able to control your emotions and decision. Meaning to say that you can avoid being impulsive and you would only play for fun and most of the time with the very least amount of money enough to enjoy a night.

Finding another happy that will improve your skills, physical and mental health is the best alternative to avoid being down and find shortcuts. So please, go ahead now and seek assistance. Help yourself too as no one will ever help you but you.
