862  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With all your assets, Investing in Bitcoin is really a madness or beneficial ? on: August 26, 2021, 05:39:51 PM
I love to invest as much as I can man. But other commitments are really stopping me to completely focus on Bitcoin. Yes, monthly commitments are being the prior things to look at as of now rather than investing all in either bitcoin or on any other crypto currency on trading. But for those who have money more than whats required for their commitments, then yes, they are much free in investing all they can.
863  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How does one start on crypto? on: August 23, 2021, 08:40:58 PM
I believe that the main thing is not to buy "blindly". This really threatens with losses, and not small ones!
Yes, that's right and I agree.

And that's why we urge people that are new to crypto to do their research. You'll get to see everyone telling that most of the time when a newbie asks about how to start or how to invest in crypto.

It is a fact that there are those that are doing it on their own and investing blindly because they don't have someone to ask. In the long run, they learn from their own experiences and they later on learn how to research.

Exactly. I invested around $500 in trading on few coins without proper analysis which later taught me a huge lesson. Now  after 5 years, yes I am sure of where to invest and when to take profit. Patience is the key to succeed in crypto trading. Number of opportunities are here in this forum to earn. So look for what best fits you. That can be day trading, investment on long term trading, signature campaigns, bounty campaign and etc
864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Olympics 2020/2021 : Discussion & Predictions on: August 23, 2021, 08:24:23 PM
Though its old news, but when I think of Olympics and contribution from athletics, I remember Chopra this year. I saw his throws on youtube channel yesterday. Yes, He saved himself on his 2nd throw setting world record. But if you have noticed the following throws, yes, did not even meet 85 meters which was really bit disappointing from Chopra. However, the 2nd throw finalized him for gold medal. A good play.
865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When do you know is time to walk? on: August 23, 2021, 08:05:07 PM
Just walk out when your budget set for your gambling get over. But here where a real challenge comes in. Mind always runs here and there at the end of each play. It can be for those who win and who loose as well. If your day is good and you have earned something, then better to get out with what you have earned instead of extending your games with what you own. Its the responsibility of each one limit himself to what extend he can go.
866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens??? on: August 23, 2021, 07:50:57 PM
Same doubt has been with many here. Yes. before investing in new coins/ tokens, kindly check the below before investing in it. Study and analyze the coin. See how efficient their project will cover the market, see who and how good they are handling the project. When Matic  came into market, I had the same question but yes their project and continues growth pulled me in to invest on them. They are doing so good. So sit and analyse before investing.
867  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin @ $50k on: August 23, 2021, 07:25:30 PM
Bitcoin started this weekend market on a very good note hasn’t broken the 48k price benchmark which has held Bitcoin down for over a week before finally crushing the 48k price resistance level arriving at $48,500 on Friday evening, Bitcoin will inevitably end this week with a market price of $50k.

What is your analysis of this prediction?

I was just sharing with my friend here of how good Bitcoin price moving up. Relatively your question come in here. I was sharing that, by end of this year Bitcoin would certainly reach $70k to $75 and will be stable enough to $60k. Then at the end of 1st quarter 2022, it would reach by $90k then again be stable back at $70 to $75k. By end of next year, hopefully it should reach $100k. Hope other coins should have good growth along with Bitcoin.
868  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are there any relationship between Gold and Bitcoin ? on: August 23, 2021, 07:11:44 PM
Its more or less related to each other. I see bitcoin as an asset when compared to Gold. I remember, Gold value was really increasing in April 2021 and at the same time, the Bitcoin value really peaked as well. It depends on huge / big investors in the market. Let me say, the market is depend on few big hands rather than small investors. Its they who manipulate the market, let it be gold or bitcoin.
869  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think financial stability is mandatory to be a gainer in Bitcoin invest? on: August 23, 2021, 06:55:39 PM
We often notice rich people become rich day by day. It's no different for Bitcoin as well. Because we can see the most benefited person from Bitcoin is big investors, mean definitely they are rich. If you agree with me then why do you think most big investors are gainers and why most small investors can't gain.

For me, I think financial stability works behind our success in life. So same goes for Bitcoin investors as well. The rich person could invest for a long time. He doesn't have problems even he doesn't sell his holding even during very bear markets. A financially stable person even could hold 10 years. But like us who are small investors, we aren't stabled financially. As a result, we don't when we have to sell our holding for need. That's how we become losers even we intend to hold for a long time. I am a real example of that recently.

Do you think financial stability is mandatory to be a gainer in Bitcoin investments?

Yes. I have thought of it so often. Thought like, If I have more than whats needed for my expenses, I would dare enough to invest more on trading for long term and peacefully await for its growth. I borrowed around $2k and invested on trading believing I would get monthly return to close off the debt which did not happen and I had to close off my trades at lose and pay back the debt. So, when one is already financially stable, he/she does not have to worry of any near return. Its a best example I can relate with your thread here.
870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The use of Bitcoin as a local currency! on: August 23, 2021, 06:42:53 PM
Really wonder how economy would be if Bitcoin is accepted world wide. As long as Bitcoin is held with each one, yes its going to benefit them. Bitcoin can be used as an asset rather than as currency. This will support the local fiat currency stand on its own value in the market which will not disturb Bitcoin's growth as well. So yes, accepting Bitcoin as an asset would certainly support the economy.
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge gains and still holding ? on: August 23, 2021, 02:50:36 PM
I have never done that so. I always set up a minimum percentage of profit and my orders. Have held it more when obvioulsy the price was too lesser than I bought. At times, we place an order when the market is in manipulation. We tend to buy when the rate is on its ATH thinking it would go more if its bought. Often, had to wait for even 2 months to recover. Yes, its not advised to hold back the coins when a decent hike is seen to the same coin. Its good to sell and buy back when the price goes down.
872  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: August 22, 2021, 09:26:21 PM
<snip>

So, let's say there is this brand new token that started out on their bounty and have signature campaign on their bounty? I see that as a sign to check them out, because if I am early enough then I may end up making profit enough. Same goes for casinos, if I check something new on roobet (like sportsbet) I will probably get the most out of it because when its new the bonuses and promotions and so forth when its brand new.
In my opinion, the reason why campaigns of exchanges are getting less new users compared to the success of casino signature campaign here is the competition. Most people prefer to use exchanges that are widely used, like Binance and Coinbase. Simply because they trust them. And I could say, some (if not most) of gamblers are excited if there are new casinos that will open up because they want to try and explore them.
It's also of what they can offer and their success in their marketing.
That is exactly right, because of the promotion, of course, bonuses, and other extra giving away that most commonly happen when there is a new gambling site raise. But I guess none of them will try to deposit a huge amount, all of them, are observing the progress and grabbing the possible bonuses or they are bug hunting and report to the owner most especially if there is a reward.

However, I never thought Roobet now upgraded, they had a sportsbook which is a very good option to place my bet.
873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 22, 2021, 09:18:27 PM
I don’t think he does it because he loves boxing so much. I’ve heard rumors he has quite a cocaine habit to fund and that is why he continues to fight while doing damage to his reputation every time he steps into the ring. It’s sad that people can make so much money in their lives and be so successful and then end up a slave to their lifestyle. I hope Manny gets help and sets himself up for old age before he starts boxing youtubers for cash.
It could be he was involved with illegal activity but that was before, it is hard to pass a drug test as of now which is I think it is not necessary for him. Fighting against drugs in their country is very restricted and there is no way that you can use it.

Youtubers? no, he is I guess busy with his political carrier by next year. I have heard rumors he was planning to run Presidential or he will remain as Senator. That is enough for me, he earned money a lot and he has also businesses to think of.
874  Economy / Gambling / Re: [CLOSED] ★BetBTC★ Sportsbook | Bitcoin Sports Betting | Since 2014 on: August 22, 2021, 08:55:12 PM
Wait, what? I just now visit this thread because of the heading title get attract to my eyes that it is closed.
I have had an account in this sportsbook before and since I did not gamble since when the pandemic comes, I leave it for a moment but now, I am shocked by the announcement. However, I dont have any funds left there.

Can you give us the reason why you stop this sports betting site?
875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 22, 2021, 08:44:35 PM
As of recent news, Ugas will accept a rematch.
Why not, for Yordenis Ugas this is the biggest platform he got and may be the biggest payday of his life. He will be accepting a rematch for the payday.
No, not maybe, Pacquaio isn't young anymore to fight in another additional year(s) to his age. He even mentioned it on the post fight press conference, he might even consider retiring this time and focus on his political career. Welterweight division is too much for his age now, he should retire.
Considering to retire in much better, he is now 43 years old and I think that age must be enough to retire and hang up his glove.
It was expected that Manny Pacquiao will not win this fight, his opponent is the beast while he is not but I saw Manny Pacquiao's fight has changed, he is a little bit slow and I dont see the eagerness on her face.
876  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to make $5,000 a month day trading? on: August 22, 2021, 08:24:56 PM
With the following criteria...

1) Make spendable (can't use it to trade) $5,000 usd net a month.

2) Daytrading full time.

3) No other means of income (can't sell my service).

*4) Starting with $15,000.

5) Trading all crypto (not just btc).

* If it's not possible with $15k, then what's the minimum it would be possible with (of course this is considering this is the only hindrance).

Investing $15k on different crypto coins and looking for $5k every month on day trading, yes its possible. However, you can not expect it would happen every month as market may not be as we expect always. Yes, I understand that since this would be the source of your income after you invest all you hold, but yes you need to be open enough to understand the market and analyze the coins you are investing in. Then yes, you need to be much patient enough to hold your coins. Don't get into a manupulated market.
877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on friendly matches on: August 22, 2021, 07:57:18 PM
The most common friendly matches are both the international  country and club friendlies, long time ago I have seen these type of matches as a way to bet and have fun, many of my betting result are positive most especially if I bet on a single match. The country or club that will win is not certain but I noticed staking on over 1.5 or over 2.5 is always most of the time results to a good outcome.

I am not saying this is a risk free bet, no bet is risk free, but I noticed this type of match most of the time results to many goals scored which makes better for taking over 1.5 or over 2.5 and the games are won.

Some people still like to accumulate, the accumulation can also be positive and won but the more the accumulation the more the high chances of losing. But I do not still see any wrong in accumulating 3 matches, though the chances to lose will increase because as one match lost result to the nullification of the bet, I prefer just a single game in a week.

What do you think about staking on over 1.5 and over 2.5 on international friendlies (both country and club friendlies)? Or do you prefer to go for straight win or draw?
Honestly, i wouldn't spend my money betting on friendly matches, i don't think friendly matches have high intensity and chances are in that game the players will not play the match well, and both teams usually only field their reserve squad or young players in friendly matches to test their performance before the league takes place, after all both teams will play quite carefully and don't want to risk their players getting injured and that's why so far I have never bet on friendly matches, because in my opinion those matches are just entertainment and without there is a high fighting power for a team to win the match.

I have even seen many betting on even friendly matches. When there were tournaments, yes, many used to bet on which team will win. Many have been much happier with what they won betting on the correct team. Even teams which were not up to the mark, have won and made people trust on them to bet more on upcoming tournaments. Its everywhere man. Those who have opportunity to gamble, they do gamble and those who are just exposed to betting on matches where they can, they do bet so.  As long as its entertaining and thrilling yes, nothing wrong in it so.
878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Weekly/monthly financial statements, which do you prefer? on: August 22, 2021, 07:29:20 PM
I'm not losing a lot of money and I can't remember a huge amount of money than what I deposit and I'm not playing on a daily basis so I don't need any statement it will just remind me of money that I use to play, of course, I will be surprised maybe it's enough for me to buy a new motorcycle but on the other hand, I enjoyed playing these games and that's priceless for me.

I agree with you. Your reasoning reminded me of business trainings when "trainers" are advised to give up small regular expenses (such as a daily latte) and say that saving on this in a year turns into a large amount. In my opinion, giving up small pleasant spending (be it latte or gambling) will bring more disappointment than joy from the amount of money saved.

When we finally count on how much we saved, we tend think what if I have reduced my expenses more and saved more. It certainly happens. Often, its would be really so good to plan to spend on something which would just make us feel happy or just past time. But when that occasion gets over and we think back on it, we realize, how it be good enough if i have skipped that occasion. Later, I felt its ok and its necessary to spend on something which would certainly make us happy and entertain us.
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on climbing challenges on: August 22, 2021, 06:45:29 PM
Its my first time to see such sports as I have not seen it here. But yes, I have seen people claim on hills, but not this. I just watched 50% of the video you shared. I lost myself in it. Yes, I feel, really a fantastic sports to bet on. But would be really a challenging one. Really a thrilling sport to look at. Its to better to bet on how far a player reaches instead of betting on who wins. Every claim has its challenge man.
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting Or Gambling ? on: August 22, 2021, 06:23:10 PM
There are people who play gambling only while there are others who prefer betting only.
Do you think both of these type of people have different mindset and one of them is willing to take more risk than than others ?

People who like sportsbooks don't necessarily like gambling in other games. but people who like gambling can bet on any game. what more if it's a sportsbook about football or basketball or other mainstream sports that have big fans. I think its reasonable. there are people who get more hype watching their favorite team's while betting.

Is it not that money matters on everything irrespective betting and gambling. I mean, those who bet wont try on gambling? or those who gamble, does not try to bet? I am sure they would try to for both as long as they are sure on whom they are betting and how they are gambling. However, one might stick with one after a several attempts on either betting or on gambling.
