1641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about this service ? on: November 30, 2020, 11:30:36 PM
Rule of thumb guys. Stranger danger eh? You have no idea what this person is or isn't capable of doing, and on top of that you're entrusting him with your money? That's how scammers win! Might as well ignore it and secure your money from loss rather than hope for a win which is heavily unlikely in this scenario. After all, loss prevention is still a win even without the gains.
Exactly, don't deal with strangers on the internet or let say random people on the internet that you didn't know.
They will not waste their time entertaining someone if they don't have any motive on you for sure there is negative aside from the offering service.

You can try but don't spend money especially if when it times they will ask you financially. However, I can't judge them right now but you can try as what I have said above.
1642  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bangladesh going to accept Cryptocurrency??? on: November 30, 2020, 10:35:42 PM
The news appears to me that the Bangladesh government will soon allow cryptocurrencies in the country, for now, it could be like P2P but I am still positive that gradually they will still allow it for they still need to cope up and at least be even with their neighboring countries on technology and digitalization.

However, what could be greater news here is that whether the government would allow cryptocurrencies in the country or not still more Bangladeshis are getting aware of bitcoins and starting to invest which could somehow lead to global adoption of bitcoin.
1643  Other / Off-topic / Re: Income from Bitcoin investment on: November 30, 2020, 07:59:36 PM
What are the "safe" options for holders of bitcoin to generate income?
There is no such thing as "safe" in investing whether it is bitcoin or not, for the risk is always affiliated with investment and the result will always be the same, you may gain, lose, or just got even. If you will hold your bitcoin and do nothing, it may still gain profit or you may lose either, same as when you do trading.

However, when you sell something or provide services and accept bitcoin as payment it could really increase the number of bitcoins that you have, on the other hand, the risk here is the volatility of bitcoin that when the price dumps then the value of your bitcoin will definitely decrease but I guess this is the safest yet remains to be subjected to risk of loss due to volatility.
1644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good advice Here About Main coins btc and eth Trading as full income on: November 29, 2020, 05:51:33 PM
I must agree with @joniboini the context with OP's thread is too general and mostly are presumptions. If giving advice to the newbies regarding the crypto space and how to trade it should be more specific and the detailed information for it could mislead the newbies on how to handle the volatility of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

It appears to me that OP is in a hurry when he created this thread the shorten all the topics and didn't even provide any supporting information that will make his idea viable.
1645  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin founder on: November 29, 2020, 05:12:30 PM
If someone will be able to prove that he is the real Satoshi Nakamoto through concrete evidence then probably we can simply thank him.

With or without Satoshi everything will be the same the market will not change and bitcoin will remain volatile unless he is equipped in shutting down all the programs that are connected to bitcoin, by then we should be afraid but there is no reason for him to do it for no inventor will destroy his invention if proven useful for everyone.

And I don't understand the reason behind, that many individuals are claiming to be the real Satoshi, maybe they earn from doing so or for fame just maybe.
1646  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Satoshi Hill Real or Scam on: November 29, 2020, 04:53:14 PM

Qouting this to show the image, so you are proving that they are legit right? It's not convincing.

It's obvious that this Satoshi Hill is a scam, for where in the world they will get the bitcoins that they will give to their players absolutely free without any return on their investment or even the provable fair. Neither I nor any of the people here will trust you and your site since you haven't provided any evidence to prove that this Satoshi Hill is legit.

However, if you are just a player on this site who hopes to receive free bitcoins as an incentive, then while it is still early I advise you to stay away from the site for the free bitcoins that they are offering, is a scam that will fool you until you lose everything that you have.
1647  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going to go to 0 on: November 29, 2020, 04:23:37 PM
It's both derision and sarcasm of belief in bitcoin for it is evident that right now bitcoin can't be eliminated in the market. As long as there is a demand for bitcoin rest assure it's price will not go to zero and it is a universal law that when a certain thing remains useful and needed by humanity or even a single person it will still have a value maybe for a less but never it will become priceless.

OP's thread may mean the opposite, with the hopes of availing bitcoin at a lesser price and in his convenience or he just wants to get attention through an intriguing topic that may create a long discussion.
1648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The dangers of buying bitcoin thru Paypal - real life example on: November 28, 2020, 07:07:40 PM
~snip~
this was still early and paypal can change the way the work for once and for the sake of crypto .
Yes, because PayPal helped us to achieve the global adoption but it may not be absolute yet however they still contributed a huge part to the adoption when they started accepting bitcoin in their services.

However, we barely knew that PayPal is a centralized financial platform and it abides by the regulations given to them by the state and for some reason, it is not only PayPal that is implementing such banning or locking an account due to high transaction rates made by the account holder.

Moreover, we cannot blame PayPal for this if this has been given to them by the authority which can help avoid Ponzi schemes or money laundering and can make the criminals fall back to the authority. It will be better if you want to trade better use other platforms that were designed for trading purposes.
1649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fraud of the Century? on: November 28, 2020, 06:33:39 PM
~snip~
Anyway, Satoshi created Bitcoin, he/she/(they) in the past but will never be the future, for it is on the hand of the of us (crypto holder/community) now on where it will go and what it will be in the future.
Exactly, but let's assumed that Craig Wright or someone has enough evidence to prove that he is the real Satoshi Nakamoto it won't change anything it can't stop the volatility, or the mining of bitcoins until it reaches the limitation to 21 million bitcoins unless he has a tool that can shutdown everything about bitcoins like deleting all the programs that is connected to bitcoin such as the blockchain, and lock it so no one will be able to retrieve it anymore, by then we need to acknowledge and bow down our heads to him for he is the lost lord of bitcoin.

In reality, no one can break what the real Satoshi made and Craig is just hallucinating every time he claims that he is the real creator of bitcoin.
1650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is live betting better than betting in advance? on: November 28, 2020, 06:12:23 PM
Pre-match betting or betting in advance are only good for people who know the performance of both opponents in a match that they can easily figure out who has the edge on the game. On the other hand for people who prefer in game betting or live betting are less knowledgeable on the team's performance for they cannot presume who will win in the match.

I often do in a game betting because real-time it gives me how both teams perform and who among them stands out and better than the other. I also agree with what OP mentioned that with live betting the odds keep changing and it is somehow stressful but on my end, I still find in a game betting more entertaining because it makes me keen on every action on both opponents
1651  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 💵 Get paid $10/hour to Play Poker | Prop Players Wanted! on: November 28, 2020, 05:55:22 PM
The offer may not be bad as OP tried to discuss the consequences of the offer but still, it didn't give any guarantee that the hired players will get paid which could also be considered a scam.

Considering that you will still get paid on an hourly basis whether you win or lose it is somehow like a rebate but for me, I still won't buy it because you will need to play poker for a required number of hours and I know that poker is an addictive game and be hooked that the next time with or without the $10 per hour compensation you will still go back to them because of the addiction in poker.
1652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The dangers of buying bitcoin thru Paypal - real life example on: November 27, 2020, 09:40:23 PM
Definitely, PayPal is not a trading platform it will just give you a headache if you use it for your trading activities, this is the negative impact to the crypto holders that after celebration when PayPal acquires bitcoin to their services which had brought good effect on mass adoption.

Though PayPal offers services for bitcoins through their platform it is still a centralized financial company that abides by regulations from the government. Bitcoin traders, I guess should not use it anymore for trading however we may still consider PayPal for other exchanges like online purchases besides PayPal has given us a great contribution to the global adoption that we are aiming for.
1653  Economy / Economics / Re: How does bitcoin market cap take into acount forever lost bitcoins on: November 27, 2020, 09:26:10 PM
There are no such lost forever bitcoins it is only not doing any movement nor inactive in the circulation for a long period of time which can be retrieved and get back to the pool once agreed by all.

The market cap does not fix it may change from time to time depending on the price of bitcoin. It can be computed that is by multiplying the current price or on your preferred specific time to the total number of bitcoins that have already been mined including the lost forever coins.

Though the market cap can be changing the number of bitcoins that can be mined is predetermined to 21 million only and that will never change forever.
1654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese Police Seize 1% of Bitcoin’s Total Supply on: November 27, 2020, 09:14:09 PM
Indeed this is both good news and could also be bad news for if the Chinese government will sell all the seized Bitcoins that is almost 1% of the total bitcoin in circulation then I must agree that it will give a huge impact on the bitcoin's price especially that we are currently experiencing price shake and it will be possible that we may not hit the ATH within this year.

I must commend the Chinese government for they are able to execute their law and put it into action as these gigantic scammers fall behind to their authority and must be done globally for a lot of culprits are still at large and often cryptocurrencies are the target for there are a lot of people who are newbies in this field and can be easily fooled by such felon.
1655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker Site Buys $100 Million of Bitcoin Every Month to Pay Players in BTC on: November 27, 2020, 09:02:00 PM
Despite a fact that the news is hard to believe, but somehow it could still bring a positive impact to bitcoins global adoption for more people will get intrigued about what is bitcoin and its value in the gambling world. Even those people who don't use bitcoins yet, but because of the enticing prize that WPN reported then these gamblers will be attracted and begin to adopt bitcoin.

With the huge amount of bitcoins that WPN publicizes as their winning prize every month, this can attract gamblers including those who don't have bitcoins to play in their sites and win at least a fraction of it and become new bitcoin investors, since the $100 million signifies that they are better in making their players win compare to other gambling sites.
1656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Golovkin vs. Szeremeta IBF Middleweight Title on: November 27, 2020, 08:47:18 PM
I must admit if I could place a wager now then I will do it as well with GGG because of his records though he has 1 loss with Canelo statistically it remains far beyond Szeremeta's boxing performance despite GGG's age. With Szeremeta I may still consider him as one of the promising boxers that would make a name in this sport globally for I have seen one of his fights before and I got impressed by the skills he had shown in the fight and for me, it will be an exciting match.

By the way, if this is going to be Szeremeta's first loss then it wouldn't be too bad for him since the one who will defeat him is one of the great boxing champions.
1657  Economy / Speculation / Re: ATH will be in 2021! on: November 27, 2020, 08:14:01 PM
Price shake I guess can be caused by some who are experiencing FOMO and FUD. Another reason is I guess it could also be due to the season where people are now more into spending just like in the US that they have this Thanksgiving and Black Friday where Americans tend to be lavish during this season and make bitcoins more accessible in the market that could possibly pull down the price because of it's higher availability during this period of time.

Though I'm still positive that the new ATH will still be within the current year probably it may happen in the first two weeks of December for more investors are coming in and people have decided to own one bitcoin or at least a fraction of it but if I will be wrong, it may not be bad to think that ATH will still happen early next year.
1658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is now in deep now what future traders need to follow? on: November 27, 2020, 07:50:19 PM
There is nothing that you need to do, we have gone through the same situation before where the correction had to reach more than 30% but the price still kicks back a few months after.

Bitcoin is a long-term investment and patience is a virtue here you just need to calm yourself be not affected by FOMO and FUD and you will see the profit will go beyond your expectations.

It sounds cliche but the rule of thumb should always be in our mind that invest or trade only with the amount that you can afford to lose in that sense you will not get defeated by the greatest emotional detractor of traders, the FOMO and FUD.
1659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Growth of bitcoin on: November 27, 2020, 06:41:20 PM
BTC rise Sparks many debate amid pandemic the demand is increasing day by day and we are experiencing it's effect in price itself, it has gone way far away than expected and BTC already gave a shock in 2017 itself.

When it comes to growth you can have a look on daily articles like top corporate companies across the world ate all set to enter BTC that's the rhythm of this coin.
I guess newbies as well as people planning to invest in bitcoin is already significant in the growth of global adoption and will really boost the price of bitcoin as per the law of supply in demand that correlates mass adoption to the demand in bitcoin and higher demand without increase in supply then price will become skyrocket.

Though global adoption can bring big impact volatility on the price remains because any movements of all bitcoin holders on their asset will still affect the value like right now when we are expecting for the ATH then the value suddenly rolls down to <$18k this is due to the actions made by the crypto holders like FOMO or possibly whales are trying to manipulate the price again.
1660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blocking accounts by PayPal for crypto activity on: November 26, 2020, 10:10:07 PM
It is not only PayPal whose doing this, there are other financial services that when you reach your transaction limits or you have gone far from your average spending on a monthly basis your account will automatically get a block, for their system is programmed to have limitations and once reached it will flag the account for suspicious activity.

In OP's thread, the thing that is painful here is the whole account in PayPal will be locked for a few weeks or months and not only your bitcoins but also the fiat that you have in the account which will be on hold at the same time and you won't be able to use it during the period of an account restriction.
