1241  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Get rich, don't die trying... Best Crypto Trading Method with Proof on: April 07, 2021, 10:19:48 PM
The way how this thread has been set up, the structure, the choice of words, and the perspective of the creator towards the audiences are somehow familiar. We’ve seen this approach already. However, this might not work with cryptocurrency anymore.

Though I guess the best people to target with this are the one who has issues like being impulsive. Trading isn’t the best audience to sell the idea. But it might work with addicted gamblers.

Get rich (quick) doesn’t work here my dear friend.
1242  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with high volume + low leverage vs. small volume + high leverage? on: April 07, 2021, 09:52:46 PM
There’s actually little to no difference between the two approaches. They will both give you pain in the ass and I’m serious with that. The risks are painful, even with professional traders.

But for me, I have my pulse with high leverage, the risk is still there but I still have enough control I need to win on my trades but not all the time. I guess we had to go back to basics and follow the rules of trading which is 70/30. Only trade the amount you afford to lose. Because trading is very competitive and sometimes unpredictable.

Good luck!
1243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are rebuttals to argument that China could mine empty blocks to kill BTC? on: April 07, 2021, 09:30:40 PM
I don’t think the government would do that as this idea isn’t really profound.

It’s actually nonsense to them and China will never spend $6 billion only to kill bitcoin. Competitive or not, bitcoin will not influence China’s economy.
It might be a person who has little knowledge of economics who actually made this false threat.
The reason why China blocked bitcoin is to strengthen their economy, and killing it would only be considered as bad spending. Mark that.
1244  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Please read the IRS FAQ’s on crypto tax on: April 06, 2021, 09:28:06 PM
It's very simple, we don’t even know if the answers refer to the same country and same taxation structures. So it really is hard to seek advice from everyone. Much better if you will seek and consult the tax professional so that they will guide you because they know more than us.

I guess that’s the reason why some answered incorrectly as they assumed that all of the structures are the same. But they definitely don’t.

And the golden rule: Do not seek tax advice from unknown people on the Internet.
Exactly, because they only based on what rumors they heard. Not on the fact.
1245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lucky Winners of the Day - Random Pick on: April 06, 2021, 08:58:26 PM
I can’t believe this really happened. Too good to be true but also too addicting if experienced.
Cause when you were able to attain it once, you will always hope that it will happen again until you realized you were able to afford to rent an apartment after you sold your house.

As long as you can coupe maybe, this will work for you. I do place bets but I don’t really take high-risk high-reward games. I would prefer to have those I have at least 10% area to think about In order to win.
1246  Economy / Economics / Re: There must be more banks in the world than number of cryptocurrencies on: April 05, 2021, 11:45:02 AM
This is actually one of the best topics I’d participated in today. I really like your idea about banks accepting bitcoins. But something doesn’t match here. Something’s wrong.

So here, let me point this. There is a lot of chance that banks will accept Bitcoin. According to studies, there is a 30% chance that banks will consider bitcoin in the next 10 years. And this percentage is enough.

However, if that happens things will change as we want them to be.

Bitcoin might be stable, stable enough for it to be forced to be centralized and regulated. During that time, all of the transactions must follow the anti-money laundering act and that’s a pain in the ass, I swear. So we would better stick with what we have now and take advantage of it until it lasts.
1247  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anybody here sell their Gold to buy Bitcoin? on: April 05, 2021, 11:38:40 AM
If I were the one to decide, I guess it would be more strategic to diversify your portfolio instead.
You don’t need to invest and convert all of your gold coins in bitcoin in one snap. You can always test the water before you will put your both feet so you can stay standing.

I would suggest since you’re a new investor you should make your own test and studies first before deciding to move all of your golds here.
It will actually take you time to master the basics and totally get to know about Bitcoin. And I’m telling you, it is quite far from gold. So be ready, be it.
1248  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading an occupation? on: April 04, 2021, 10:21:33 PM
Since you are sitting in front of your computer and spend hours on trading activity and it needs to work out, I guess we can consider it as an occupation because we also called this as a profession that most choice by people who have great knowledge of trading to have a paycheck at the end of the day. But it doesn't mean there's a guaranteed paycheck right after for your trade activity because this kind of job is quite risky and it will also p[putting in risk your capital or it will end up nothing.

There's nothing wrong I guess if you will choose this kind of professional as long as you have confidence in yourself that you can able to generate profit.
1249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Risks of instituations holding bitcoin on: April 04, 2021, 09:55:08 PM
It's possible that holding bitcoin is at risk because there are too many big institutional investors that will I guess will dump soon their assets and cut their gains while we are suffering from the recent drop. I guess that will not give a big impact on the market even there are 3-5 institutional investors selling their assets at a time. If there is a seller, there would be also a buyer, and that is a new investor.

I guess there's nothing to worry on this situation because as I can see, there are too many believers of bitcoin that now holding bitcoin and they hold it for a long time.
1250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will crypto sportsbook replace fiat sportsbook in the future? on: April 04, 2021, 12:50:05 PM
It could be yes or it could be no, but I slightly doubted that it will never happen that fiat sportsbook gambling will replace crypto casinos. There are still people easy to use for them their ATM cards or bank account to sportsbook casino that already trusted. Because a licensed booker is somehow could be trusted upon putting a large amount of money even though there's a high chance that could be linked your personal information, that is not a big deal for them.

In crypto bookers, is an option if gambling in your country is prohibited and the booker is trusted enough to deposit a huge amount that is find, but mots likely as of now, they required KYC even though they accept cryptocurrencies.
1251  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: April 04, 2021, 12:30:21 PM
~snip~
No wonder why that Site  becomes the Fastest growing Gambling site in the crypto space now and wondering also that RollBit will achieve the same thing as what Duelbit  doing same thing.
Just because the promotions raised by Duelbits repeatedly make their brand name becomes popular in the forum if this Rollbit will do the same, no wonder it will also become popular as Duelbits and Roobet that as of now held many promotions and contest that makes forum make fun and will I guess tempting them to gamble their earning.

Even me, I gamble sometimes my signature earning.

I saw the progress made by Rollbit even though they are newly launched here their promotion. So, good job team Rollbit, keep it up.
1252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Recovering losses on: April 03, 2021, 09:32:29 PM
~snip~

Maybe or likely quitting is the best thing you do and make yourself assess if you can handle this, the stress coming from trading, or have to know yourselves if this is really meant for you.
I guess just because of lack of interest but if not, there is no reason to quit in trading, push yourself to learn more, and put in mind that the mistake should won't let happen again. But that is a different story to recovering losses, once you are in trading, the amount that you spend should must the amount that you can afford either win or lose.

Because recovering losses is something like you are chasing on it which a wrong decision.
1253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Was paper money rejected by religions as much as Bitcoin? on: April 03, 2021, 09:14:25 PM
I haven't read much about the circumstances surrounding the evolution of money at their different stages but one thing I am sure about is this, change doesn't always come with people accepting it whole heatedly but by coerces and compulsive forces. I am sure paper money faced the same rejection bitcoin faced before making the spotlight.
One thing is for sure, we cannot please anyone to accept bitcoin and that will be the main problem of anyone. Way back before when there is no fiat currency, the people are just using trading of items or goods in exchange for products of other person, and I am also pretty sure that before the people establish to use paper money there are people who are mocking on them and laughing on it because of a such paper and same goes by bitcoin, many are having circumstances in bitcoin in which there are so many rejections that is happening with it right now so what we need to do is to wait them to adapt bitcoin as well they do on paper currency.
That's a barter system when there is no fiat founded.
That is right, even before fiat was I guess experienced too a rejection by its country but they don't have to do is to accept. Fiat currency is a centralized one and controlled by the government, if this is implemented by the government, you should accept it and adapt and I guess the rejection has a low chance because it is backed by the government, not like bitcoin.
1254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A fake app in apple app store stole his life savings in bitcoin on: April 03, 2021, 08:32:55 PM
For this reason we have to be more careful about downloading any app from google play store or apple store. Besides, google and apple should take necessary steps to remove this kind of fake app. We should remember that our asset is more important than an app.
They will remove but once they receive a huge number of reports but if not, they won't do it.
I heard so many issues like these but both big companies did not take action as long as they receive money from the advertiser they will still publish this even though it is a phishing link or scam website.

Always double-check or even triple-check once had a transaction or if there is a visit that not commonly we visit.
1255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Hafthor Bjornsson vs Alex Simon exhibition fight on: April 03, 2021, 11:50:39 AM
Another exhibition fight match again?

I noticed that there are most matches now are on exhibition fights, sometimes I may think that this exhibition fight is real?
As I know there is no official winner on this exhibition fight because it's purely an entertainment game and a non-profitable game and I guess the fighters will earn through the reward.

Anyway, is the exhibition match the same rules in a real boxing fight? I mean are they the same 12 rounds to finish the match.

By the way, is there any restriction based on country or location? I'm currently in the Philippines now, is my country okay to access the site?
If you aren't able to access the site using your country IP address, it should edit the OP thread and adding your country name, Philippines.

This was on the OP thread that the countries restriction.
"Currently these countries are prohibited Taiwan, Macao, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, North Korea, and England."

I'm a part of prohibited countries because I can't able to access the site, there's nothing we can do is to select other gambling sites than to bypass the restriction using PVN.
1257  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading books recommendation on: April 02, 2021, 09:06:13 PM
Thank you for sharing that book, I guess all of them were really help you to understand everything especially if you are new to trading.
The most common problem of traders is to learn basic things such as technical and fundamental analysis. If you know this everything, it means you are ready to execute and trade during winter since most people don't go any further and prefer to stay at home that could positively gain profit once you have read all those books that sure it has good content.

I am starting reading now and I hope there is something absurd in my mind regarding trading.
1258  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Mycellium vs CoinBase?Whats the difference? on: April 02, 2021, 08:41:13 PM
All said above were right, remember that Coinbase wallets aren't the same as Coinbase.com which is an exchange platform.
I guess they are almost the same platform, you can able to buy and sell cryptocurrency using that wallet but the problem is they are different when it comes to centralized and decentralized matter. Coinbase wallet is purely centralized while Mycelium is fully decentralized.

Here is the article from Coinbase that stated the differences between their exchange and their wallet.

1259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Converting Bitcoins? on: April 02, 2021, 08:18:16 PM
Ok so if I convert Bitcoin to Ethereum I know I will be taxed. If I convert Bitcoin to GUSD, will I also have to report that to the IRS so I will be taxed?
Here is a good article that could be helpful if you will read it.
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/02/19/do-you-owe-taxes-on-bitcoin.html

And yes, you will able to pay tax in any crypto you have either bitcoin or altcoin, which is still the same asset. As the article said, even you purchase and pay for food and any services that offered bitcoin payment, you still have a tax liability.

So, even though how converting you will be made, you are still reliable to pay tax and IRS will always be there for you to oblique to pay tax.
1260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What age bracket is perfect for gambling on: April 02, 2021, 08:00:10 PM
tbh, I strongly advise to who ever or has the power to set a rules and regulation that not only they will based on the age but as well as the capability of the individual to pay. Per, observation as long your 18 or you look like adult they let you play. But I would say 25 y/o and above I guess by that time you are earning your own money without asking for your parents or any relatives for monetary assistance.
That should be the right age that allows to play and gamble not just 18 above. And another, if you don't have a source of income you will not let in on that gambling house gamble, in this way, we will lessen those gamblers that did not have work but they keep gamble and possible there could be a reduction of gambling addicts.

As I heard, the right age bracket for the perfect in gambling is in the age of senior citizen, because they have a monthly allowance plus they don't have work that makes their life busy and also they don't get bored.
