Auction should be repeated, there is no other solution.
I think this should be re-done. I stopped bidding waiting for clarification then the rule changed back again and I was out of time to figure out which lots were even still open at that point.
Considering the complete changing of the rules after the auction close as per written rules and the resulting confusion, I would vote that the auction be cancelled and re-done tomorrow under clear rules so people can prepare.
Well, I agree. That's what major auction houses do as well, whenever something goes wrong in their auctions. It's the only fair way moving forward for everyone involved. I think most serious participants in this auction would agree with this. @OP perhaps try to reach out to Minerjones and ask if he'd be willing to redo a (shortened) auction for you? I can confirm that I also stopped bidding, and was crazily refreshing for updates to bring clarity- had bids ready to go.

SSS-Trade , elianite , 10casproj are for sure winners and i really dont know about the rest.
Get MJ here to clear the situation.
I think anyone here would respect MJ's judgment as per rules as written, tho I don't think it would be fair to place that on him..

Fine, lots close individually. I'm done changing anything, original rules stand, I'll be back to sort it out when all the bids are done
I agree this is a mess. Forums are a shit way to run auctions as it turns out
TBH I dont know if even this is good enough at this point.. Announcing a change during the final part, fundamentally changes the game and makes it way too messy. I vote for a re-do... but.. since no one is following fules anyway, I'll bid $2000 on each lot.

According to your own auction rules, some lots should have been closed already. SNIPE: Any bid made in last 5 minutes will extend the auction for that lot 5 minutes beyond the ending time of that lot
Lots remain open - apologies, that is what was written but it was a bad choice and practically impossible to work with for such a large auction. Very sorry for the confusion I protest this- clearly stating rules and then fundamentally changing them AFTER the fact is something that is bound to result in messing with everyone's strategy

SNIPE: Any bid made in last 5 minutes will extend the auction for that lot 5 minutes beyond the ending time of that lot If within those 5 extended minutes, a new bid is made, 5 minutes will be added to the auction from the time of that bid
this is the rule right? 5 minuted for that specific lot?
Since these are sold as individual lots, I would understand this to refer 5 mins oer lot, as is the standard practice on these forums.

Quick question for the people of this forum. Would is be possible to get this coin re-graded? The scratches on the slab aren't the prettiest and this coin is too beautiful to leave it in a slab like that. I know the yellow ANACS slabs aren't available anymore, but if someone were to resubmit it to ANACS, ICG or PCGS would they be able to take it out of the slab to regrade? or would the individual who purchased this have to take it out themselves?
They would certainly regrade, but considering the subjective element of grading it is possible the grade could decrease or increase by one. Removing it from the slab on your own however almost guarantees damaging it enough to drop one grade. This is completely false.... I have cracked at least 50 slabs and not once damaged a coin in any way. My bad, I've never done it so assume its something better left to professionals and Minerjones is certainly a professional.
