Not sure if I understand this right. Thiago is ordering two avalons, one paid by himself and one funded by Rodrigo.
Now that the price exploded, Rodrigo wants the avalon instead of the loan he gave Thiago. Not sure what the exact terms of your agreement were but claiming the device now would not work with me. Seems a bit unfair.
I gave many loans to Thiago (50 BTC and up) and he never failed to pay me back. He was late sometimes but he's not a scammer.

I paid thiago`s order trusting him to pay 3 days after, was friday or something, he claimed to be withdrawing some coins from some investment and that we would have the coins on monday, never got the coins, then i gave him more 20 days, no coins. We made a new deal and you have accepted it. That new deal expired few hours ago, I have you 60 Bticoins, you don't want it, because you want MY Avalon. |

I am only doing this because www.bitcoinrain.com one investment group has signs of insolvency and I since I had 60 coins there so I expect to sell this avalon order for at least 120BTC. Regarding this part, the site went down two days after I requested my withdraw.. BTW, me too, withdraw requested days before the crash but, apparently, I lost the Bitcoins of my family...
