Appending "/1000" to a miner's username will increase the difficulty of producing a P2Pool share to at most 1000. This is useful to large miners because doing this can make it easier for small miners while minimally impacting the large miners themselves. See recommended values.
Appending "+1" (for example) after that will make P2Pool always give your miners work with a difficulty of 1

Is difficulty 1 work low enough for the small miners?
Changing difficulty is already built into p2pool from the miner side.

Hi. I'm again looking to maximize my profits, so I'm lending my money. I'm asking about 10% monthly rate, 1 month max loans(rate will be reduced depending on the risk). You must meet(as always for me) or come close to these requisites:

-More than 300 posts here, that aren't for filling space(bumping, spamming, counting with images).
-Some successful transactions with trusted people here, and specially ones that make you trustable(they went first, sales of items, etc)
-Reputation in #bitcoin-otc (optional but a huge incentive for me), or Steam.
(optional) Strings attached to your profile, you know, that you're widely known in the internet using the same username and stuff. I will accept anonymous persons here IF they have more to lose by getting negative rep than my loan amount.

Loans can/will be granted at my pure discretion, don't come whining saying I didn't give you money.

Impossible. You can not configure cgminer that way.
