1302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: March 21, 2012, 04:09:53 AM
Well, that message does not say that I do not have funds to make a transaction.

Normally the output shows to me how much I need to pay for the fee... That is not the case now.

Nevertheless, I sent 2.0 Litecoins to that wallet, to be able to take it.

Now I have:

~/litecoin/src/litecoind getbalance
2.01976033

~/litecoin/src/litecoind sendtoaddress LYGqG1UFKx7jpZDffFFXAmqRLR9DdpbC5s 2.01976033
error: {"code":-4,"message":"Error: Transaction creation failed  "}

Okay... I'll pay the fee...
2.01976033-0.1 = 1.91976033

~/litecoin/src/litecoind sendtoaddress LYGqG1UFKx7jpZDffFFXAmqRLR9DdpbC5s 1.91976033
error: {"code":-4,"message":"Error: Transaction creation failed  "}

So... Any help?!

Thanks,
Thiago

Do you have transaction spam in your wallet? If so, then the fees would be much more than 0.1 LTC. But either way, why are you wasting 0.1 LTC to transfer 0.019 LTC?

Yes, maybe my wlalet is full of spam... Well, because I want...  Tongue
I can not leave those coins behind me... lol
How can I leave this spammed wallet with 0.00?

DEUS ME LIVRE!!

Abx!

1306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BIP: ?? Gradual Changing Block Rewards on: March 20, 2012, 09:40:47 PM
Hi!

I think that ANY change in the protocol, that needs >51% support, SHOULD be done AFTER the P2Pool like pools being 80%.

Until then, I disagree with any change. Including BIP16/17/18/P2SH/WHATEVER...

And the community must have a clean comparison between the BIPs to be able to choose what they want...

Today we just trust the developers we like and follow him... This is more or less like my fucking country (Brazil), which is a fucking representative democracy... The diff is that I trust a zillion times more on any nerd than on a politic. I mean, I don not trust in any politic.

Cheers!

I am unable to sent those funds out of this wallet...

What can I do?!

Thanks!
Thiago

You likely need to pay a fee to send those out. For each transaction you spend that has less than 0.01 LTC in it, you have to add a 0.1 LTC fee. This is to prevent spam. So it will cost you more to send those coins out. Those coins are worth about $0.0001 so it's not a big loss, right? Smiley

Olá!

Sim, eu tenho uma idéia mil vezes melhor!! E gostaria de você no time de devel!!

Incorporar o Bitcoin (ou mesmo o Litecoin e Namecoin) no Diaspora Project.

 Veja: https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!topic/diaspora-dev/jkRftEELs24

Me parece que o StrongCoin é quase que exatamente isso mas, é muito tosco. Não gostei, o meu seria melhor e, open source! É claro...

 Facebook é do mau.

1310  Economy / Services / Re: [CLOSED] [WTB] VoIP Service on: March 19, 2012, 10:30:15 PM
Hi!

I just set up an Asterisk with 4 E1 (with a PCI Sangoma A104d card) plus dedicated line with 4 MB... So, I have the knowledge to setup this things and, I would love to become a VoIP provider!!

But I have no experience in billing, because this kind of setup I made is for enterprise intranet only, no need to do billing...

If someone wants to develops a VoIP provider which accepts only Bitcoins / Litecoins, I'm in!!

Cheers!
