I already sold my 3 million XCR.  Got 2000plus satoshis for it months ago.  I no longer have any financial interest in XCR, so I can speak the truth without fear of a price crash in XCR.
Again, the truth. Never your opinion, the "truth".
BTW I was absolutely sure since your first post yesterday that you have no stake left in the game.
Otherwise you wouldn't be in attack mode.

Why someone attack something that they have no interest in is another matter, but as it is a favorite pastime on the net, I don't question it anymore.

I am active in my criticism of LISK because I am principled and believe that a thief should not profit from their crime.

Having managed projects of over $30 million dollars, and presently doing one for $70 million.  I have personally signed checks of over a million dollars. I have seen many contractors cut-and-run with the money. I have also seen many go bankrupt.  I know the danger signs.  I see then here.

The LISK community consists of XCR holders that want to get their money out, and starry-eyed quick-buck IPO hoppers that hope to turn a very quick resale profit on the LISK IPO.  That is called "the greater fool" method.

Okay, I didn't want to post about this whole issue until things settled, but I'm getting annoyed.

I'm a major Crypti holder, (not a big as some, but rtrtcrypto have nothing on me).
This is the way I see it:
Max and Oliver got tired of nothing happening, Crypti going nowhere. Because nothing happened. For months. After a year of starting over because the original idea didn't work.
Of course they also had a financial motivation, who wants to work for someone else when they can work for themselves. But they seen an opportunity because the "Foundation" had opened one by not doing anything. Most don't want to split from a well working project.

Also, Litoshi you annoyed me before, and you are annoying me now. You are a know-it-all, who is wrong a ridiculous amount of times. I seen this when Crypti was on an upswing, and after your absense I see not much has changed.
I read many valid points and arguments from you, but that is part of the problem because you are equally convincing and sure of yourself when you don't know what you're talking about.
No, I won't go into specifics no way I'm rereading your posts.

One thing however. Could you stop accusing Max of money grabbing, and wanting a bigger salary? Crypti raised 750 BTC and it's gone. I'm pretty sure they spent it on developer salary. The money gone, they feel their work is done. Yeah, sure.

I know exactly where the 750 BTC went.  I was responsible to monitor the funds.  The BTC were spent on salaries for the devs, as well as for the server fees, slack fees, community bonuses, and to repay arman for the initial startup investment.  Vera was paid in full for her work in advance, but then flaked out when she "suddenly and without warning went into labor and had a baby".  We took a loss on that, as well as a delay and weeks to findout what was going on.

Was there any cheating?  Maybe.  I did not approve every check or payment.  Stas and Mike are the parties to ask about that.

The team has produced everything that the IPO stated they would produce and deliver to the community.  The second fundraiser/crowdshare was in planning, but was pre-empted by Max's betrayal.

At this point, the team just want to get their XCR sold for a halfway decent price.  They have 7 million XCR or more to get sold or eat a loss.  They are supporting LISK because it is in their interest to keep the fluff up and the price of XCR up.  Once the XCR is sold, their opinions will change.

I already sold my 3 million XCR.  Got 2000plus satoshis for it months ago.  I no longer have any financial interest in XCR, so I can speak the truth without fear of a price crash in XCR.

Fitting comparison, Mal.  Robespierre was one of the main instigators of the French Revolution, he was eventually  betrayed by his co-revolutionaries, and lost his head to the guillotine.

Have you done your research?

William, over the past 6-8 months your contribution to the foundation was very little, probably due to work commitments, etc.

So given your recent outbursts I'm quite surprised to see you now giving us your time.

Therefore, I would just like to make it clear to everyone, as we have the right to defend ourselves. Your recent portrayal of Max and myself is utterly wrong.

Our intentions are only good, and in no shape or form in the realm to which you speak of.

Thank you.

Oliver,

You are being used and played for a fool by Max.  A man that would betray a trust once, will more easily betray again.

Remember the maxim:  Too soon old, too late smart.

I like you have worked for Crypti for the past few months without any compensation.  You were a hard worker.  I dont like to see you get hurt.  Think this through....  you have no recourse if Max takes the money and disappears.

So when Lisk runs out of funds what will it be forked to?

You will know that in a few months

*snip*

It's not representative of the Crypti Community.

Only one angry guy.

Scammers leave clues.  Dilligent researchers can discover those clues and reveal the scam.

The most common clue is a name or location that is fictional, vulgar, or ridiculous.

Have you done your research?

How many BTC does it take to buy a 3 year old BMW or MBZ?

Max needs to know this for his ICO goal setting.

Well, I am not a founding member or a dev........ I also was not in on the decision to surrender to the thief.

You guys need to understand that Mike is anti-Intellectual Property.  In Mikes world, every software program would be instantly open source and copy-able, every movie could be copied and posted on YouTube (why pay to see Star Wars?); any radio broadcast, artwork, song, or book could be copied and distributed freely.  There would be no such things as patents and copywrites.  When his "BitSeed" logo and name were copied and used by the BitSeeds coin group https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1028446 he posted one post in protest, changed his BTT name, and went away.

He also understands that the keys to the kingdom have been copied and the thief is going to empty the treasury.  There is nothing he can do about it.

I haven't followed XCR that closely, although I was in on the ICO ages ago. But your posts are beginning to come across as sour grapes/fud rather than intelligent arguments or warnings.

Issue with a coin copying another in cryptoland? From an outside perspective, I understand that fully, and it seems really weird how everything is open-sourced in crypto. But that's just the way it is. If there were no copies, there would basically be no alts at all.

As for 'the thief' emptying the treasury, it's not like XCR was thriving and chugging along fine. If XCR didn't fork now or try some method of obtaining more funds, how much longer could it have even survived?

In a way, a lot of complaining sounds like sour grapes... they did the ICO before XCR attempted another one... rather than valid arguments.

Now if you want to get into real arguments against the ICO here, you could point to the inherent risk. It'll only work if they get enough btc/eth from outside investors. Otherwise too many XCR people will dump, and there won't be enough btc to support the price or development after the ICO. It's possible to do (look at ETH), but also very iffy.

A plan and a roadmap was under way for a new fund raiser to develop the DAPP store.  We were close to announcing it, when Max took the roadmap and the software and left the project.

Max is just in it because he has a great need for money.  He constantly asked for salary increases during his time at Crypti, complaining about the high cost of living in Germany and his needs.  I could post Slack logs to prove it if necessary.

so new ico for failed project whitout no interest

you suckpuppet much ?
don't be a little pussy bitch, FUD with your own account like a man.

That is one of the Crypti founders who is internally pretending to support LISK, but is in reality very pissed off

IF YOU LIKED PAYCOIN, YOU WILL LOVE LISK

There's no wrong with launching a new coin by using someone's source. That's one of main advantages of the crypto world. If you think it's easy to create a useful and successful coin by forking other coin - please do it.

And Lisk has the full support of every one of the Founding Members and developers of Crypti.

Well, I am not a founding member or a dev........ I also was not in on the decision to surrender to the thief.

I, on the other hand, will continue to point out the traps set by Max to suck funds out of the community, which consists mainly of parasites who only want to turn a quick profit on the ICO and could care less about anything else.

For you parasites:  Welcome to the road kill

For you serious investors:  Place both hands on your wallet

IF YOU LIKED PAYCOIN, YOU WILL LOVE LISK

Would this be considered its first FUD attempt?

interesting coming from a XCR guy..

Not FUD......... a warning.

suppose you are a rapper or comedian.  You rehearse your act for months, maybe a year, and even perform it in front of other rappers/comedians for feedback.  Then you get a gig on a TV show.  However, the act that goes on just before you, having heard it from you at rehearsal, now performs your act.

How would you feel?

Do you think that the thief deserves the respect and support of the public?

Should the thief prosper from his theft?

Why make a second clone and dilute your resources?

Why not hand over  day-to-day control of XCR to the enthusiastic LISK guys?

Having two under-resourced projects isn't better, it's bloody madness!!!

Yikes,

What a mess. This project is in trouble. Ok, I will act accordingly.

It now becomes very hard to even gauge what the project will become - seems like there is a need for another ICO and that XCR can't quite pull that off without diluting everyones shares. This splintering to a fork for the purposes of another ICO just looks bizarre. XCR clearly got nowhere it intended, no support, no people running delegates, etc. (truth be told, I did not run one either, so, I'm to blame as well)

Good luck to the teams,

"Nice that you have found a agreement with Lisk.
It's good to combine the Lisk|Crypti Community.
Well done."

LOL, there is no XCR/LISK community - there are only XCR users who have to choose if they will dilute their shares into a "new" token (which now has the exact same team as we had last week in XCR). At least in a hard fork I would have my stake on BOTH chains. Now I'm forced to choose which chain to go with - honestly, this project just moved into "pipe dream" territory. I can't support a new ICO from a moral point of view; I wish you guys had handled this differently.

You have hit the nail on the head........ The Crypti team was discussing a new fund raiser or crowdfunding effort to fund the development of the DAPPs.  A plan was in progress, and a roadmap written.  It is identical to the LISK roadmap..... coincidence?

Max decided that he wanted to handle and control the money, so he began his own secret coin effort months ago with Oliver.  Once Max announced his forked coin, it made it impossible for the XCR team to raise funds.  I am sure that Max will pay himself well for his expertise in community relations for LISK, while Oliver writes all the code.

The Crypti foundation is running on Satoshi vapor, the devs have drifted into other projects.  The team has been in short-timer mode for months.  The betrayal of Max and Oliver was the final shot that convinced the team to surrender and go away.

I suggest you trade your 750K XCR for 750K LISK, then dump it on the exchange as soon as it is possible.

Actually he didn't edit it (I assume). He just used the Lisk signature info on the OP for the bounty. I considered doing it too, but now I strongly suggest they change it so it's a bit more unique. Just copying the same sig and changing the name doesn't exactly show a lot of work was put into it.

Thanks for your show of support Starik69.

poornamelessme, we will change the signature asap to avoid any confusion or further upset.

William, I would suggest you do something more productive with your time and help your own project in a more positive way.

e.g. Deploy some delegates, write some code, do some marketing.

Thank you.

I am busy Oliver......... I am in top management, building a $70 million dollar school in Emeryville.

starik69,

We would appreciate it if you did not copy the Crypti signature and edit it to show as a LISK signature.

That is a clue to how the rest of the project will go.
