Over the next couple of weeks there are going to be some changes to 42 Coin. There will be a new wallet using newer source with Digishield and KGW implemented. We will be consolidating any forked 42 blockchains into 1 unified blockchain. I will be putting up a permanent site and nodes. We also have a plan to get the total coins back under 42 without jeopardizing anyone's coins.

I can mount amazon cloud drive as a physical drive, which reads as somewhere around 1PB of storage, can I use this to mine this coin?
Theoretically yes, but your bandwidth to the cloud is going to be a limiting factor. To get my plots to mine in an acceptable time window, I'm looking at 250-300+ MB/sec. H. I can see getting this speed and then some out of a vps with a 10gbps connection. Amazon Cloud Drive does throttle uploads, but I don't think they throttle downloads. So reading whats on the amazon cloud drive would be nearly as fast as a physical hard drive with the right setup... in theory. |

Who doesn't contribute to Sean's Outpost? I'm all about helping the homeless. Who isn't? This won't be the first, nor the last time a group/corporation has tried to improve their public image by exploiting a charity or the needy. Currently Sean's Outpost is only accepting Bitcoin as a payment method for donations to his cause. 42 would like to see Sean's outpost accepting another payment method which is 42 coin. We hope the 42 coin community joins us on this plan to help feed more people who are in need when times are tough, and we should put all our efforts into making this into a reality. This is not a company- this is a payment gateway- 42 coin is a payment method as one of the digital currencies in the community. Hendo and Maco wake up from your slumbers
I'm back!!! I finally got my Internet and Main PC set up in the new place. I've been taking full advantage of my new freedoms. Here is the first recreational dispensary we hit when we got to Colorado. It is about 8 blocks from me.  Mmmmm... Tasty.  Deeeecent game with some Excellent buds.  We had 2 days with no internet, The trailerpark boys game was all we had for entertainment.  Its time to get back to work. Maco and I have been talking on the phone while I have been in the process of moving and we have even more people on board now to help improve 42. This is a very exciting time to be a part of 42. Maco and I are still in the process of implementing the gravity well. We are working with a few other devs to get this accomplished. It takes a considerable amount of effort and time to make such a change to 42. We must be very careful to make sure we have all the bugs worked out before updating the live coin. I cannot give a specific eta on when this update will be complete, all I can say is soon. Maco and I have been talking to a company that can make physical 42 silver rounds. They have a minimum order so we may arrange a group buy. I will update you as we get more information. I'm currently in the very time consuming process of preparing to move out of state so please be patient if I'm not on the forums alot over the next few weeks.
