My buttons no longer seem to work.

Just fixed that. Thanks...

Also just added a PayPal Passthru system that you can also accept paypal with. No fees are collected by us.

Ty for fixing it so fast. Cheesy

I love the paypal passthru, it will save me alot of time. I have no doubt that you guys are going to be the new widely used checkout system. The only reason I was excited about MTgox taking on LTC (other than the obvious volume increase) was for the easy checkout button and you have solved that and gone way farther by implementing a bunch of alt coins. Keep up the good work.

This is much like a baby pool. Where you would bet on the date a baby would be born, but instead of a baby we have Litecoin.  Grin

If you pick the correct date you will win a portion of the pot corresponding to how many tickets you bought out of the total tickets sold for that day.

Pick any date on the calender. Use the "Buy a Ticket" button and enter your E-mail address and Bitcoin address in the "Note to Seller" space at the bottom right of the checkout page. 1 entry only costs 0.01btc or the equivalent in alt-coins, you can buy as many entry's as you like. If you buy more than one entry for a day we will take that into account when paying out winnings for that day.

We will pool all of the coins and the winner/winners will get a percentage of the pool according to how many shares of the winning day they purchased. Ex. If the Pool is 33ltc 553wdc and 2btc and there are 5 tickets bought for the winning day. Each ticket would be entitled to 6.6ltc 110.6wdc and 0.4btc. The winner/winners may opt to have the various alt coins converted to Bitcoin for easier transfer.

If the day that MTgox implements Litecoin has no sold tickets then there will be consolation prizes paid to the 2 days closest to the day of implementation. Ex. MTgox takes on Litecoin on September 15th but no one has bought tickets for that day. In this case anyone who bought tickets for September 14th and 16th will get a portion of the Pot.

Just so there is no calling foul later, we are informing everyone now that the house will be taking a very small percentage of the pot to pay for hosting and advertising.

What price do you all expect litecoin to got to IF mtgox launches it?

You say "IF" even tho gox has said officially that they are going to implement it.

I expect minimum $10 LTC "WHEN" it goes to gox.

COOL COOL  Cool

Primecoin is desperate for pools. Competition is a must.

Competition keeps pool owners honest and prevents 51% attacks.

I'm here as a guinea pig if you need one.  Wink

Did u change these values in cgminer.conf?

queue 0
scantime 5
expiry 5

You will get a ton of rejects if you don't as the pool mines alot of coins with fast block times. I dont see any difference mining coins with higher block times with those settings.

Is this also useful for people with low hashrates? I'm going to give it a try on my 340 Kh/s.

Pool is indeed back up after a couple hours of downtime.

You can give it a try. But with your hash rate, it is not worth it because of the 512 difficulty level. Please report back the trial results.

thoes settings just make sure that the miner moves onto a new share faster so that it isnt submitting stale shares. You wont see much of an effect with 340kh/s. I'm also mining on my gaming rig with a 6970 pulling 330kh/s and I get 4% stales and about an accepting share every 4 minutes on the coin we are mining right now. On fast coins it can be rare to squeek in a share b4 the next block. My 2mh/s rigs love the 512 difficulty tho. Cheesy

giving it 1 more day. Sad
i got .19 today. i even upped my hash to ~8.5. still should be making at least .26 a day just ltcing.
very sad for me, when i joined the pool, nothing at all has changed whatsoever, i was hoping for too much i guess.

You might also want to check your ping time as it can cause rejects  Wink

I make on average around 0.13-0.17btc per day mining with 4,000kh/s
