Will the Cryptocurrency pProvider Yallabit.com, be forced to give up, by the Government and Banks? In a publication released today, the CEO of Yallabit.com ( The leading Local Cryptocurrency Provider from Kuwait) has made a shocking statement. In short, they are on the verge of being shut down, only because they would like to operate legally! They asked in all sorts of official authorities, if they could be helped to become licensed, to become a legal provider. Without any success! Therefore of course, no Fiat transaction provider can or wants to cooperate with them, or they close they service for the platform! As a result, it becomes much more difficult for users to deposit or withdraw Fiat. This proves once again that the government and banks in many countries have no desire for cryptography... Which is a real pity, I think! The government is the link between a crypto-based service and the legality. Without it, it is not possible... I mean, there are already many countries, where this is going great, but also still too many, where it does not work! I hope for the operators, that it has a happy ending for them... There are some livelihoods and certainly not a little sum of money attached to this problem.

Dear YallaBit Users,
It saddens me that we are sending out this message, but it's time to let everyone know what's happening. Here's our story.
As you may know, we've been operating YallaBit since 2017 as one of the leading cryptocurrency brokerage in Kuwait. Since then, we've been in-compliance in every way within the crypto space and have been doing proper KYC, AML/CFT, and Enhanced Due Diligence when necessary. We've been guided by leading exchanges on how to stay and remain compliant with various rules and regulations worldwide.
In our journey, sometime in the first quarter of 2019, we had applied to the Regulatory Sandbox Framework at the Central Bank of Kuwait to obtain a proper regulatory body and license within the State of Kuwait. Unfortunately, the reply we got was that we didn't meet the criteria.
Come today, a year and a half later, after our application to be in the Regulatory Sandbox Framework (almost three years since the start of our operations). We started to experience payment provider outages on the 2nd of September 2020. Every time we onboard a new payment provider, their service would last a week, and then we suffer from account closure. By the end of September, we had exhausted all our payment providers' options due to the closures.
The closure of each payment provider came from their respective bank, requiring us to have a "Cryptocurrency license" to continue our operation and that our "General Trading" license wasn't enough. Yet, there's no such license in the State of Kuwait. Not at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, not at the Capital Markets Authority, and not at the Central Bank of Kuwait.
As there is no license to cover Cryptocurrency activity explicitly, we're now left with the banks and Central bank not giving us a proper response on acquiring such a license to continue with our operations. We were advised to change our business model and get out of the crypto space if we wanted to continue "innovating".
What does all that mean? We're currently not able to accept any KWD deposits as we don't have a payment provider. You may continue to sell/buy with your current balance, withdraw/deposit Cryptocurrencies is still operational (you can continue to store your crypto with us). KWD withdrawals are still operational. If you have any KWD balance left in your YallaBit account and you do not intend to use it, please withdraw it to your bank account to be safe. As we may not be able to process KWD withdrawals, in the worst-case scenario that our bank decides to close our account.
For now, this is the full update regarding what's been happening in the last couple of weeks. We don't see a way around it without moving to a different country. We're still investigating and figuring out alternative options.
As a result, we had to downsize and let go of over half of our talented employees.

I agree with that. In addition to that, the signature campaign ( managed by Hhampuz) raises good reputation here in the Forum. True, a Faucet would really not be bad... But the operator is doing a very good job! Keep going on...  Somethings not right about this comment. The objective of having a signature campaign here is to inform user here about the casino and not to boost there reputation because if this is the purpose of this campaign, they rather hire trusted user to advertise there casino rather than hiring common people with good post quality. The main reason why the casino increase there reputation is because hhampuz accepted this casino which only means that he trust the owner. In my opinion. Chips.gg can compete to the leading crypto casino because they provide huge slot collection on there website plus some cool contest and giveaway. I do not know what you think is wrong with my comment? Exactly what you have just explained, is what I meant and wrote exactly the same. Please pay attention to the brackets and what is written in them... You say that signature campaign raises good reputation, I have to say that it is not the right statement. I have to agree with Coin_trader as signature campaign is just a part of marketing strategy, it has nothing to do with reputation imho. Reputation is gained by any sites including chips.gg by offering honest and the best service for the players. And I think, there are more important things to write than THAT? On top of that, I have already explained myself and said what I mean... Then it is quite impolite, to tell me again how I meant that... Although, I should know best myself as I meant it. Not only this casino looks serious going on about their business taking care of customers. The range of games they provides is appealing to any player, there's something anyone could indulge in - too bad there's no faucet for new people to gambling who just want to try things out. Sounds a little bit weird, I agree... But I think, the explanation is simplier than we thought! It is simply an advertising account, I think. Simply controlled by part of the alleged Crypto.Games staff ( For your example: Lutpin). In simple terms, a work tool that several employees use, I think...

Hello everyone!
I came from the cryptotalk forum and then I suddenly read a topic talking about cryptotalk and bitcointalk, they just compared both forums and I became interested in this forum based on how they described it.
They keep on saying that they prefer cryptotalk than bitcointalk because it seems so hard to rank up and earn money from this forum but some say that it is better than cryptotalk because it has more quality posts and you may learn more things about cryptocurrency.
Upon checking some topics here in this section "beginners&help", I can say that this is much better than cryptotalk because it talks too much about cryptocurrency and it gives more knowledge about any related to cryptocurrency like, fake website, scamming, phishing, and tips on how can I avoid it which is really helpful for me because I never saw this kind of topic in cryptotalk ever. Most of the topics that are written in " beginners&help" in the cryptottalk talk about life advice which is somehow not related to the crypto world.
I am just so glad because I enter this forum, it seems like I will learn a lot of things here about cryptocurrency which is what I am looking for in a forum.
Things are getting worse because of the pandemic and I want to use my free time to learn many things about cryptocurrency, I am expecting that I will have good knowledge and experience with this forum.
As you've already noticed, the Cryptotalk community is primarily concerned with generating profit... And this is exactly what you can see, in the quality of the most contributions there! Here at the BitcoinTalk.org forum (The 1st Bitcoin forum ever and the museum of original posts by the legendary "Satoshi Nakamoto"), it's not about making money, that's just a little extra! Our community wants to exchange knowledge, and push developments forward with new ideas. That is also the reason why I am active here, and will certainly be for a long time to come... In the shallows of the forum, you can still discover new (old) things after years. This is always impressive... I like your statement, if you seriously enter the forum with such an attitude, participate with heart and soul, and help others. It's can only go uphill for you here in the Forum, I think...
I advise you, to read the guidelines in different boards carefully, and refrain from plagiarism.

2) In the thread you want to post the quoted message in, click on "quote" on any post. Once that reply page loads, paste your copied 8 digits over the 8 digits in the URL after "quote=". Hit enter to reload your reply page with the locked post quoted.
3) Go back to the window from step 1 containing the message you want to quote. Copy the 7 digits after "topic=". After everything I have read about this project, just by typing "Sushiswap" into the Google search, and the dubious developer, I can only advise everyone to keep their hands off this project... If someone first steals all the money, and then repentantly return everything, that can only be rather lazy thing, i think!  |
