Duterte told them to get out of the way and leave Marawi, adding that they would always be welcome in his home city of Davao.
“My warning to my fellow Moro: Do not, do not attempt to play here. If you don’t want to get in trouble, get of the way,” he said in a speech before soldiers of the 1st Mechanized Infantry Division in Sultan Kudarat.
“Do not join in because we would just end up killing each other – we of the same blood – and I don’t want that,” he added.
He made the statement after chiding Maranaos once more for letting the Islamic State into Marawi.
He also disclosed that he had talked over the phone with one of the persons ordered arrested in connection with Marawi siege, whom he identified as “Solitario.”
Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana issued Arrest Order No. 2 on Omar Solitario Ali, a former mayor of Marawi.
Ali is the brother of former Marawi Mayor Fahad Salic, who is married to a cousin of Omar and Abdullah Maute, who lead one of the extremists groups staging a rebellion in Marawi.
Salic has been nabbed for rebellion.
An Inquirer report also identified Ali as the government emissary who tried to stage a dialogue with the Maute Group to spare the city from destruction and secure the release of a Catholic priest taken hostage.
The attempt was unsuccessful.

Did China say how exactly they will start dealing with the situation? They will be in for a legal quagmire if they do not have a concrete solution on how to deal with the projects that will have an ICO. The foundation is in Switzerland, with all the complete legal paper work, the development team is somewhere else and is not financially involved except for working on the project, also legal, and the project itself is comprised of nodes located everywhere.
How is China going to stop that?
i though a bit about it: 1. China would enforce some sort of ID-connected btc adress system/database for every single chinese citizien. 2. Chinese bitcoin exchange (the chinese exchange customers) can only send bitcoin to these adresses. 3. Chinese Banks (the chinese bank customers) can only send fiat to exchanges that agree to this kind of rules. Of course that doesnt include the miners and OTC. |

But its fine, now you can buy (my) btcs for 2500$. My average buy-in was around 200$. A handfull of newb accounts could be but not more then 30 different one in this thread. I must admit, people should leave the bashing of this guy outside of this thread. This is his thread that he is sharing his thoughts about coins. I followed it and so far gave me 2x the amount of BTC i had before, so kudos to him... he was right. Who cares if a millionc oins also doubled... not all strategies would work. I have a BTC-e account that I have not used since 2014, but I know I had a little bit of Bitcoin in my account. I tried to login and it said the account had been locked since I have not logged in in a long time.
I contacted support and they first said I need to send them a screenshot of the account I used to fund the account, but I responded that I sent it from Cryptsy, which is now defunct. They next sent the following:
You need to send 2 images to us:
1) a scan of your passport in high resolution
2) a photo of yourself holding your passport close to your face. The passport needs to be open at page where it shows your photo and your personal information. In your other hand you should be holding a sheet of paper with the text written on it "For BTC-e" and current date.
All information in the passport needs to be readable. And your face must be clearly seen. The photo must be in high resolution.
Does this seem like a legitimate request to anyone? Should I trust an unknown Russian company with all of my personal information on my passport? Has anyone experienced anything like this from BTC-e?
That is standard kyc on every fiat/btc exchange right now. Should you send some russians your ID + pic? Good luck mate! |
