How this market will behave when trading will start at openly will be interesting because people those participated in bounties programs received even 1.5 millions PCL tokens as reward. A total of 160 million tokens were distributed as reward which will play important role in price of token in short term.

Most users wont use static IP's so something with cookies/linked to accounts is surely needed.
You will need a system that automatically blacklists accounts in the case an attacker pays to be able to attack the forum.

The bounties have still not been distributed. It's been almost 2.5months since the end of the ICO, meanwhile, teams excuse is "finalizing the final investment numbers" correct me if I'm wrong but the project will have to have KYC for everyone using it. Here are the two options why bounties have not been distributed yet : 1) The price is manipulated by the team, and they want to limit the supply for a long as they can 2) They are incompetent and can't finalize investments for 2.5months. Which doesn't look well for a payment/KYC provider in the future. Which one is it? This makes me lean towards option one  Why are 250M tokens just sitting in an address? No lock or anything? Dumpable at any moment. How do I know you haven't been unloading it slowly? Doesn't this clash a bit with your promises here  Looking at transaction form that addresses, Are you really manually giving investors tokens? This is pretty funny  |

The 20% dividends from the Peculium corporate profits is limited to 3 years now but not linked to the PCL tokens!
This means whatever you do with your PCL tokens you still will be eligible to receive the dividends. This mean, Ill receiveing dividends 3 years, even if Ill sold my tokens?
