I am trying to find out where you are based. I looked through your website and the whitepaper but it does not say in which country you are registered. This is important as it will play a role in the licenses you will need to operate legally. There have been other crypto operations like yours that had to shut down because of the licensing.

Rest assured our legal team has advised us that we are well within our legal rights to host our crypto casino in our jurisdiction. Also, in America gambling with cryptocurrency is not unlawful as long as there is no fiat gateway for the purchase of coins, or any means on the platform to buy or sell those coins. Which we do not plan to allow on our platform ever.

Actually, the gambling licenses would be a good boost later on in this business. Maybe right now, it is not of utmost priority as you are just starting but once you stabilized your operations, getting those licenses will give the notion to the gambling community that you are serious in what you are doing. Casino, e-sports, sports betting are very lucrative areas so I think adding credibility and cementing your position in this business with those respective licenses would not be hard for you later on.

Ok, but can you tell us where you are based so that we know in which jurisdiction you are operating? Where is your headquarters registered? Or is it a secret?

The idea is good and is something I would find useful, however there are many questions that I have regarding the actual functionality which would either make it useful or not:

1. Are you going to limit it to just a few exchanges?
2. Will you be using your central API key just to pull the information you need for calculation?
3. Will the user have to program his or her own API keys into the program?
4. Will you just give the answer and then the user has to do the transaction on his or her own outside of the program or will the program do the transactions on behalf of the user with full trading API keys of the user?
5. Will the user need to (a) fund the exchange accounts with all relevant coins including BTC or (b) will the coins still need to be moved to the relevant exchange?
6. If 5 is (b) how will you account for block times and confirmation times in the movement of coins between exchanges?
7. Will coins be moved between buy and sell transactions or will transactions be simultaneous on both exchanges utilizing pre-funded coins, with settlement end of day or after a period of time?
8. How will you account for transaction fees as sometimes there is arbitrage but transaction fees are higher than the gain. Therefore transaction fees will negate arbitrage up to a certain threshold after which it becomes profitable. The frequency of settlement also plays a role here.
9. How will you take into account blockchains that are stuck or coins that are under maintenance on exchanges? Many times arbitrage develops because of an issue with the coin on the one exchange and market forces cannot keep things in equilibrium because of the issue. This could create a false arbitrage result and the coins could actually get stuck in transit.

I would appreciate your answers to these questions to understand your project better.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: October 27, 2019, 03:14:14 PM
For God's sake, "waves.support", could you stop spamming this site. Angry Or is drowning us in worthless announcements some sort of metaphor for what is happening to Waves' investors?

On a positive note, at least you're engaging with your community, which is more than I can say for Qtum blockchain, which does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They're deader than a dodo!
I wonder why you are angry with this, doesn't this show the performance of the team, although there may be many investors who have switched to other projects and the team may try harder to show investors that the team is developing the project

On the one hand this is true. I like the announcements and all the effort put in, I also like all the conferences, events etc. However, on the other hand I fail to see what impact it has on the Waves ecosystem. I really wonder how this can be measured - we can call it ROI. How is the return measured for all of this effort to determine if it is worth it and if the right things are done. And no, market price is not the measurement as all alts are going down irrespective of what dev teams do and this includes Waves.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SwiftCash - Digital Store of Value - P2P - Decentralized Governance & Economy. on: October 27, 2019, 02:55:14 PM
I see Swiftcash is coming up for its one year anniversary (at least from an OP date perspective). Can you give an overview what the project has achieved in its first year to provide support for market demand? I see the coin is trading at about 5 satoshis currently on Crex which is not much compared to some other coins with also large potential coin supplies.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Qredit | by Hodler Enterprises | The Enhanced Blockchain Suite on: October 27, 2019, 02:46:33 PM
I am trying to find Qredit on the exchanges listed. I tried Altilly and Graviex but without success. Am I doing something wrong or can you please post a direct link the markets? I searched for QAE on the echanges with an empty search result.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: October 23, 2019, 09:06:49 PM
I notice on the Waves Twitter feed that Dex now accepts BTC and Eth as payment for fees. I am not happy about this as the whole idea is to find a use for a token to increase the demand and price. By removing the Waves for fees use case will reduce the demand for Waves and will lead to a lower price.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IEO] MUSD is the project protect early investors. on: October 23, 2019, 08:57:43 PM
Wouldn't be lower than pre-ICO rates?
Really? Ever heard of the concept of free-market or the fact that someone can decide to sell lower on the free market just to make green hands panic? Unless you intend to vigorously support the token price. If it's the latter, do tell how you intend to accomplish that

Thank you for your interest

Yes really, and let me ask you why USDT has never dropped below 10% max.
Developers of the coins or tokens able to do it if they want, and if they qualify, but they are seeking quick profit without care about investors, it is not impossible to support the token price, MUSD do this and care about investors.
You may not believe it until you see it work on the exchanges and you will see by yourself how it works.
But let's leave the price and talk about the benefits of MUSD.
You can buy using MUSD a lot of products and services, (see partners’ websites).
Domain name, webhost, vps, servers, man’s fashion, women’s fashion,…and more.
Holders of MUSD will not only get a benefit from the price but also able to buy a lot of services and products.
I know it is unbelievable; but it is really true, all these benefits are in MUSD and are not found in other token.
As i said you will see all this are working, but at this time the train will have left the station.

Why would a stablecoin drop below 10% when each token is collateralized with real world asset?
The rules of the game is different for stablecoins. They represent fiat counterparts and as long as they are fully collateralized, they are identical. Meaning their implementations on exchanges is more centralized and almost nearly in the controls of their issuer's market makers. If volatility is the name of the game, we're not short on volatile assets.

Why would a stablecoin drop below 10% when each token is collateralized with real world asset?

Yes i agree with you  and this correct.

Meaning their implementations on exchanges is more centralized and almost nearly in the controls of their issuer's market makers.

No this not correct.

The reason stablecoin price stable  because the issuers supports the price in the market and provides the liquidity needed to stabilize the price.
The second reason the issuers do not allow the price to drop buy offer to buy the coins at all the time at this price.
So all you need to support the price to cover all selling phase.

I agree with the first poster. There is no way to guarantee that price will not drop. Almost all ICOs I have observed immediately drops in price due to dumping by devs and people that got coins for free as well as by people that see the coin price will not rise and then dumps to get out quickly before losing too much. You just cannot make any guarantees. The only thing that is guaranteed is that the price will go down at some point.Lastly, if you plan to maintain any price in the market artificially you must have really deep pockets or a big backer as you will buy back most of your own coins.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]CURATE -💎 A decentralized fashion platform🚀[IEO]🚀 on: October 23, 2019, 08:51:21 PM
I read this article and in it it is mentioned that brands like Gucci and Prada have partnered with Curate. Is there some independent evidence like mentions on said brand name websites or official social media platforms that confirm the partnerships? Also do you have any other big brand names signed up yet?
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: October 23, 2019, 07:05:00 PM

Waves staking is implemented on Tidex!

Now you can get 5% annual reward for the minimum stake of 100 WAVES and 500 Tidex (TDX).

Start staking and receive payouts daily!
Do you have to send your tokens to the exchange to stake or can you leave your tokens on a cold wallet like a Ledger? I dont think it is safe to send your tokens somewhere to stake, especially an exchange.

Please check your website. There are two options on the site that does not have any content - what funcoin is about as well as the whitepaper. Both of these links go to soon.funcoin which is just an empty placeholder.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LytixChain Reloaded - Marketplace Blockchain [PoS + Masternodes + Maxnodes on: October 23, 2019, 06:40:08 PM
still watching LYTX project with great interest.
I have been here since the beggining and mined it before it died the first time and faetos gave up on the project, after a couple of months he came back with it and we got listed to crex, so forth and so on.

curious to see where this will go!

Crex alone is not good enough though.  Try at least for a few other exchanges including Yobit. Alternatively, consider converting/swapping to a popular token platform eg Waves or Binance chain and then you can get listed on a decentralized exchange.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANNOUNCEMENT][ICO]--MOTACOIN--LOS ANGELES BASED MARIJUANA DIGITAL CURRENCY on: October 21, 2019, 09:52:11 PM
Is marijuana not illegal in the USA? I would find it strange if the authorities in the US allows something linked to weed. Personally I dont think it is a good idea (1) because it is crypto and (2) because of the connotation to weed.

It's not backed by a cannabis commodity like CANN or MARYJ, to put it simply, we're just like bitcoin but with a different name and different logo. Now obviously, there are vast differences between MotaCoin and Bitcoin in terms of staking, mining, coin supply, etc, but in terms of the legal status, owning and using MotaCoin doesn't involve cannabis. You can spend Bitcoin at dispensaries, but that doesn't (and shouldn't) make bitcoin illegal.

Cannabis is fully legal (recreational) in a number of states, including California, which is where we are based. I can understand your apprehension to cannabis linked organizations if you are outside of the USA or Canada, but in the these two countries cannabis is very legal and becoming a huge industry. I think cannabis and crypto are very complimentary, they both tend to nurture divergent thinking, and have a surprising overlap in users.

Thanks for the clarification. I did not know that cannabis is legal in several states in the USA for recreational use. I though it is illegal with the exception of medical use.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Hybrid POW+MN][CN TRTL] ContentCoin - Made for content users on: October 21, 2019, 09:46:55 PM
Sorry but it is very difficult to determine exactly what is going on here. You mention it is a rebrand from Blogcoin that switched to ERC20 token. Does this mean then that the coins that were converted to ERC20 is what forms the supply of this coin? Or did you create a new coin from scratch with a new premine and name but just saying it rebranded from the old coin?
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥 [ANN] PLANCHAIN 🔥 Intellectual Property (IP) Asset Management Platform 🔥 on: October 21, 2019, 09:39:33 PM
Is there any particular reason you chose VeChain instead of other established platforms eg. Ethereum or Waves? Both of these platforms have proven to be good choices for token launches. THen also, you mention artistic works - do you include images of paintings or will you only be focusing on digital artworks?

I tried to find the info in the Whitepaper, but could not see it covered there. If the the Dune tokens were airdropped to Tezos holders, it means that the dev team did not get any funds. Where will the dev team get funds for development as the platform looks very complex.

199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: October 20, 2019, 05:42:45 PM
Why is waves so low?
what do you mean low prices if yes about the price it does not matter because as it sometimes goes up sometimes down and now the waves are below the price but for their volume is still good and many people are still investing here, just be patient one day I am sure if the waves prices will rise again

The up and down movement is just normal in crypto trading. However, my main concern is that most of the waves assets are not doing good and almost all of them are not gaining any attention from the trading community. Is there any way to combat the dying waves assets? Honestly, only waves has decent value in the market while its assets created under their network has very little chance of making it good in crypto.
Yes, I agree that their assets do look bad and I am worried about all of that because they are afraid it will affect the wave itself and I notice that there may be too many garbage assets here so maybe the team should be more aware of the coin makers because for the good of this project too
It's decentralization, so I doubt the team can "police" or even have the bandwidth to monitor token issuers. Probably the best situation would be to have a reputation-based system where the community can just click to agree if a token is garbage or not. Ofc, doesn't eliminate the fact that ppl can hire folks to just "upvote" them, however, stuffs like age of the address, amount held could factor into the "weight" of the vote

The problem with that is that not so many traders are using waves dex. Maybe I'm wrong. This is the impression that I am getting as when you roam around this forum, very few are discussing the waves dex. It is like a forgotten platform. Waves team should think outside the box on how to sell their system better to create valuable assets.

I think you're right, just look at the trading volume here. Personally I've used Waves DEX only a couple of times to sell my useless MRT tokens (which I'm glad I did) and some VST (and I'm not so glad because I didn't sell them all). Otherwise, there's no point in using Waves DEX, IMHO

I disagree with you slightly on Waves DEX. DEX has the advantage of being a player regarding arbitrage. As long as the BTC gateway is working properly there are many times the opportunity for arbitrage. Not so much for smaller tokens but for Waves/BTC itself.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Harmony Social Mining: Work for $10,000+ / join the DAO on: October 20, 2019, 05:36:39 PM
If work is voted on to be rewarded it means that holders with the most votes have the biggest say about getting a reward. Lets say a whale makes a poor contribution. A holder with $100 worth of One, who is a small fish makes a brilliant contribution. The whale then votes for his own poor contribution and wins and therefore gets the reward. How will you ensure that quality gets rewarded and not just whoever got the most votes?
