I don't know about your project as well as I have yet researched about it. In general, bear market is toughest time as investors have their net-loss and their mentality can be very weak, sensitive and stressful. With such negative conditions, they are less likely or nearly impossible to think of investing more. Maybe many of them no longer have capital to use for investment in new projects. With those people, you can not attract them to join your new project. Bear market is for builders and we have some lessons that a good team can build up good projects in bear market that will gain great success in a next bull market. You are right, seeing Chelsea's potential in the Premier League is very difficult. Juventus are reported to have appealed against the 15 point sanction deductions they got from the case of falsifying financial statements. If the appeal made by Juventus is accepted, then Juventus may get leniency or even get back their full points. It would be a joke if the sanction will be lifted after Juventus appeal. It's very slim chance for Juventus to succeed with their appeal to revert that point deduction. A community is made up of many people and they belong to many types of people with widely different traits. People in Bitcoin communities can be either genius, smart, average, stupid, super stupid. They can be well-minded, strong mental, well-disciplined or they can be very emotional, undisciplined, psychological disordered, greed. You can not have a community with all same traits. In the community, there are people who are lazy, don't want to learn but they are greed and dependent on opinions of others. They are followers of influencers and their activities, decisions are mostly decided, manipulated by influencers. If you can not eliminate those people in communities, influencers will have follower communities to keep their influence big and spreading around. |

It's easier for people to feel they likely believe in Bitcoin in bull markets but it is harder for them to say they have such belief in bear markets.
By that I meant, it's hard to find real Bitcoin believers and most of people only feel great and have unreal belief in bull markets that turn to be uncertainty and disbelief in bear markets.
They can turn to be haters if they used leverages and got liquidations in bear markets. However it is not Bitcoin fault, people must change themselves first and strengthen their belief in Bitcoin. It needs time, patience, discipline and not easy.
