ok - I've always been a cga fan and will be adding CGA to my pools - expect it tomorrow - http://cga.lifeforce.info

Awesome!  Let me know when it's live and I'll add it to the list

actually just synch'd the wallet and due to the low prices - I'm afraid I would not be able to get anyone to mind the coin based on the fact that the largest block size is 1 coin and that's only 30 coins per hour & 720 coins per day.

the days of mining scrypt with gpu are over and everyone hash big asic rigs and they want coins they can flip quickly so unless the value rises at least 5 fold I'm afraid I could not get anyone to mine the coin.

thanks

184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] ARCHcoin [ARCH] – The Profit Network on: September 10, 2014, 01:45:11 AM
was going to invest in this... will pass.. good luck to those who did..

I look at it this way - I have till the end of the month - so there's no rush to depart with btc right now... I've seen IPO evaporate in a day or two - we'll see if they one hold together... they've got a long time to take a beating from the merciless round these parts.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] ARCHcoin [ARCH] – The Profit Network on: September 10, 2014, 01:40:20 AM
i think ppl still don't get this:

the more btc raised, the less Arch you get...

BUT price per Arch is higher so...

got it? Wink

yes so it will enter in a larger market cap and have a harder time getting increases. and people are less and less likely to buy it once public

and OP will get more BTC this way

i think we all got it  Wink

dumb mofo doesnt even know what a stakeholders was (he is using the term wrongly) he just pitched us a few "big words" in whitepapers
and let remind ourselves the crowdfunding site is copied from via, i will bet you the site design and wallpapers is too caus it looks like it.

"months work" my ass. this is copy pasted in a mere month for a quick ico to make up for losses in his own trades.  Grin

damn - why didn't I think of that? - oh I know why.... I'm honest! duh!
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NAUT] Nautiluscoin - First Coin w/Stabilization Fund - Digishield on: September 10, 2014, 01:38:36 AM
I remember BK saying he will need beta testers what ever happened to that.

Are we waiting for the ALT MARKET exchange being made by blocktech so the dynamic POS will work?

Are we waiting for the book to launch so details about naut will be out same time as POS?

dont get me wrong i believe in this coin very much, this is why i am asking what's going on?Huh?

i don't want speculation from ppl that know just as much as me as its getting old.

SO i will ask again

Why is this information NOT being given to the community who believes in the coin?

perhaps there is nothing to report....  Huh

188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: September 10, 2014, 01:27:37 AM
Roadmap is professional and I would say nicely timed. But delivering without delay would be priority. By the end of october SYS will be very healthy both with tech and price I think.

I hope so - I was in on the IPO and hate to see my investment at half it's original value then I went through hell for two week with their first wallet trying to keep my pool up and running though all the problems... and now I;m sitting on a lot of these coisn and hope they'll rise in value but history has shown that gravity's a bitch when it comes to coin values.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] ARCHcoin [ARCH] – The Profit Network on: September 10, 2014, 12:56:21 AM
this is interesting - although

1) the ICO period is way too long
2) who are the devs
3) why not escrow the ico money?

I'm interested in having my pool Lifeforce.info be a pool for your coin.

and finally - the lack of source code for linux is concerning - what are you guys trying to hide - release the wallet code...it's not as if people can mine the coin without nodes...

just your basic due diligence questions...

thanks

190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: September 10, 2014, 12:44:25 AM
do you think the roadmap will breath some life into a coin in the doldrums value wise?
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NAUT] Nautiluscoin - First Coin w/Stabilization Fund - Digishield on: September 10, 2014, 12:42:26 AM
I think everyone with an interest in $Naut should get this simple point. The coin is a work in progress. This coin is basically in beta version. And the key people involved with the creation, production, marketing, etc. Are very OBVIOUSLY ok with this process taking it's time and slowly evolving and getting better. It's not about lets hurry up and get this project completed. I take this as a great sign that in the long run this coin wont turn out to be another shit coin. And if you cant wait for the coin to move from the beta stage to a top 5 alt coin. Well then please GTFO and go buy some other coin. It's really quite simple.

im sick of other ppl saying "GTFO and go buy another coin" Alot of concerns ppl are bringing up are ppl that have very large positions in naut

communication hasn't been a issue until recently and the sentiment is that it needs addressing.

no innovations come from a stuck blockchain so everyone here is basically waiting for POS so they can actually use the coin.

on the flip side the stuck blockchain may of prevented this coin being pushed to new lows due to this lack of communication and transparency.

the blockchain is not struck, the problem is that the difficulty is astronomical from digishield gone awry.

I've made the argument several times on here - a fork to get rid of digishield to re-invigorate mining is exactly what this coin needs. You guys remind me of the famous picture of the skeleton sitting in front of the computer waiting.... you just wait and wait and wait for the coin to move price wise... well - guess what - it's simple physics and I hate to be the pundit but I am and I will.

A body unless acted on by an external force stays at rest.

how's this one?

Newton's Third law: When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first body.

fork the frigging coin, drop digishield, adopt KGW (which works great for many other coins) and let all these new comers who have hundreds of MH/s worth of mining power to breath some new life into this coin.

visiting this thread for me is like visiting a retirement community - same old conversations over and over and nothing changes... except that everyone grows older each day.

embrace change or I'll see you next week grandpa...
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Official Lifeforce.info Pools Thread on: September 09, 2014, 11:40:55 PM
Because I like the coin - it has tremendous upside potential and I think with the right marketing it could do well.
this coin was selling for 23 BTC a few months ago!

Will you consider adding a pool for WSX?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=724727.0

Thanks,

yes - under three conditions:

1) you compile a windows wallet for 42coin.
2) you compile a mac wallet for 42coin
3) you write a block explorer for the coin (which I will host)

https://github.com/fourtytwo42/42

All that for an additional pool?  Cheesy

for a developer it's a piece of cake - please understand that I'm also a miner and the only reason I run the pools is to make life easier for myself. Running pools are a losing proposition financially - that's the simple truth. These coins are worth close to nothing  and a 1.5% pool fee of next to nothing is just a little more than nothing. You do the math and tell me when I spend $125/month in hosting fees to a fast server and two stratum servers that this enterprise makes money - it doesn't. I hate to be a hard nose that's the reality of the situation. I'm asking for about 1 hour worth of work in return for what will take me at least 2 hours and then countless hours of ongoing support.

yes - all that for an additional pool. LOL

Cryptsy wallet is updated and back online. Just did a test withdrawal and it's in my wallet!

Happy Trading!  Grin

+1 - I know that mining has been hot and heavy!

Lots of EMD activity on Cryptsy right now as people discover the wallet is back open. I'm patrolling the chat box looking for people having issues who maybe on the wrong client.

more like 'troll box' inhabited by pumpers and dumpers spreading fud.

Folks - I've contacted the original devs and would like to take over this coin. If someone can compiled the Windows and Mac Wallets, I'll put up a page where they can be downloaded.

In addition we need a new block explorer. The a bounty in it for you if you create an updated block explorer for me.

pm me please or email me: lifeforcepools @ gmail dot com

thanks

Getting reports of missing deposits from user

Txids not found in wallet

Block hashes non existant in blockchain

I have suspended 42 deposits and withdrawals until we can get a consensus on the situation

I've been mining and depositing 42 coin for the past 7 days on cryptsy and I have had no problems as all.
