Not discounting the value and importance of gold since I believe it will always have a place in the heart of many traders and investors, there is no question that as far as excitement, interest and enthusiasm can be concerned it is Bitcoin that is the hands down winner...at least for the time being. Actually, there is no competition between the two as they both have different value, functions and benefits. As far as possible ROI on the line, many experts might say that Bitcoin can give one better chance of financial benefits than gold though in terms of stability we know that BTC is very volatile...we don't know when it would make a bull run or a big dump as we saw in its short historical display.

Using altcoin for funding is nothing new and this has been the staple of many ICOs in the past and until now token sales are still happening which is essentially a crowdfunding proposition with investors getting tokens in return for the money they are investing to the project. Sadly, a big majority of those projects in the past are now dead and of the new ones they can be destined for the same fate as well...and that is why many people are getting wary of the scheme as they don't want to be holding empty plastic bags at the end and make some silent cry as victims of unkept promises. Now, with that background, I am advising that you put up a team that can crystallize your vision into words and strategies prospects can understand well...and then come up with the plan on how will you do things to make your project a big success. Always remember though that trust is always earned and could not be demanded most especially from people who are already tired of so many scams and frauds in the market.

Good to know of this 4-year cycle which can confirm of how history's going to be repeating itself. However, aside from the halving happening in April 2024 we are also expecting of another new thing to come to the market which is the approval of ETF and this factor might slightly alter the cycle maybe that can shorten the new ATH. Anyway, the big lesson here is for anyone interested with Bitcoin to increase what they are holding as avalanche of blessings can be coming to those with diamond hands.

The Swiss National Bank has launched a program to digitally transform the Swiss Franc into Cryptocurrency.
Five banks are participating in the experiment, including UBS (Credit Suisse went bankrupt, as we know).
This is going to be the official entrance of the Swiss Franc into the realm of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) which is more convenient for the many and the government to track on everything. Many central banks saw this opportunity so they are catching up. They want something like Bitcoin and yet they know it must still be under their control...as if hitting two birds with one stone. Now, as to the kind of financial future this trend portends I am leaving it here...whether it would be good or bad for the people in the long run. |

I am noting the biggest error just reading the post and this is the most glaring one: Euro did not start 80 years ago as this European currency came into existence just January 1, 1999 and is just going to be 25 years old come January 2024. In my research, I learned that there are 29 billion euro banknotes in circulation but I am sure if this is the latest figure especially after the Covid-19 pandemic which prodded many central banks to print more notes. Now, in case if it is true that 500 quadrillion has been printed then am sure the many countries which adopted Euro could have experienced a runaway inflation and could resort for smaller countries under the Eurozone to return to their sovereign currency. And I am not joking.

Today, the project was launched by Bitget, peaking about 800% which is a whopping 8X from launch price, I sold at a good price and I've made good profits.
A big congratulations with making good profits with this project. Unfortunately, I never made some success with these so-called launchpad projects...once I think I participated in two similar projects but all of them ended up with nothing but empty bags. The point is that this is just another altcoin type of a project and so there is never a guarantee for making some money. There will always be risks so doing our due diligence can be so important...and praying for luck is equally a critical element so you can be selecting the right one project and be there at the right time and then dispose of the token when it is peaking. |

I am not really so good with predicting and speculating anything most especially in regards to the crypto market but what I know is that when there is a bull run for Bitcoin then many altcoins would also be following. And this got something to do with sentiment...when there is an extreme positivity rubbing on the King of Cryptos then there is a big chance that alts would also be getting some of the benefits. I am not sure though if there is a proven correlation with this assumption. So by 2024 we can expect that there would be a double bull run...one happening for Bitcoin and another one happening for many alts especially the leading and more popular ones.

I think its is true that ARB and PEPE are now very popular altcoins and in the past months many investors made some killing with them. The idea that since these two got started during the bear market so when the bear comes there is a big chance that they can be exploding a lot...hence producing more wealth for their holders...well it come true though there is no guarantee whatsoever that it would happen that way because we know that in the world of cryptocurrency there will always be small and big surprises just waiting in the corner so that we can only speculate and wish. Therefore, good luck to the people who are now deciding they gonna get more ARB and PEPE.

I heard many good things with MANA and this is considered as one of the best when we talk about Metaverse. We know that Metaverse has the big potential to be creating new realities and in the process can be shaping how people are perceiving things. I am not in favor of the many things the SEC has been doing for cryptocurrency but if the charges against the people behind Safemoon can be true then they deserve to be facing litigation and maybe even some jail time plus they should returned the money their investors and holders lost because of their indifference or just plain scamming mindset. Maybe it is really time that the crypto industry make a stand in the fight against scammers and other people who are not working for the benefit of the industry...and who are just here to suck as much money as they can just like SBF of FTX.

I have some Ethereum and I am taking this prediction with some enthusiasm. I am sure that Pentoshi did not find it hard to analyze how ETH would have behave because for now it is primarily just going along with Bitcoin. In case, there would be a big bull run in 2024, there is a big chance that ETH would not be far behind. As the King of Alts, there is no big reason why ETH would not rise according to the occassion.

Actually this is a good idea...but do not just focus on the money you saved from getting away from your subscription expense but try to see many other fees and costs which can be unnecessary or you can practically downgrade for the purpose of saving more money. As far as I know, no one died because he canceled his subscription to any entertainment program. Another good idea is curtailing one's budget for unhealthy foods and choose less expensive natural alternatives...like instead of soda you can just drink plain water. Or maybe instead of going out for dinner or lunch, why not spend time at home and do the cooking. All the money saved can be used to buy Bitcoin instead...do this and one day you can be rich.

I am not so familiar with Bitfinex...all I know is that this is an exchange platform and has the same parent company that released and managed USDT or Tether. Obviously, many people - most especially on this forum - do not believe that Bitfinex is a good exchange worth dealing with. I do not have an account in Bitfinex and I don't have any plan to open one. Having experienced an unfortunate hacking, this is telling us that it is one of the many showing weakness which was exploited by professional hackers all just waiting for the right time to illicitly come in. Let's hope that eventually no users can lost any fund and that Bitfinex is going to learn many big lessons of this incident.

Is there some group which collects funds for Bitcoin promotion? If some group like this can create advertisements for Bitcoin, more people can become aware. Such mediums should be targeted which have reach on audience that is still not familiar with crypto.
I don't think there is really a need for a coordinated paid advertising for Bitcoin. Remember that Bitcoin experienced immense growth through the years with the power of the word of mouth. People are more powerful in spreading the good news of Bitcoin...plus we know that there is nothing more convincing than the idea that with Bitcoin one can be making big money in the long run. And then we also have many exchanges and they are advertising all over and their platforms certainly put a spotlight on Bitcoin as the top crypto-based asset. Now, having said that, maybe what we should instead focus on is educating people especially the youngsters - the future of any nation - to learn more on Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and the blockchain and the advantages they are bringing. |

This is very familiar to me. I have been a victim of ICO or pre-sale. This isn't simple math. Fixed trading price could be set at $1 while the pre-sale price could be set at $0.001. No one can prevent any new project from doing that. But once the trading commences, the price doesn't really start at $1. Neither will it start at the price on the pre-sale. If it's easy x5, you can buy all of them because that's certain profit. But it isn't the truth right?
Indeed, this is a very familiar story and the story that convinced many people to shell out funds as they are looking forward to the promise of x5 or even x10...and then they soon realized that they are holding empty plastic bags with worthless tokens. Good for people who understand the risks involved and know when to dispose of the shit tokens so they can make some handsome profits. There is no question that most meme tokens and even those involving NFTs are here just to make as much money as they can and just let the project die along the road. We must always be careful and must remember that words and promises are so cheap. |

For sure, the coming Bitcoin halving will be one of the most interesting one and it is because we are expecting other factors especially the coming ETF approval to be coming in play. In fact, more than the halving, it is actually the ETF that can push the price of Bitcoin to the sky...and in preparation of that more and more people and financial institutions are now starting to "hoard" Bitcoin for a strong probability of profit come 2024.

With the generally regarded impending bull run of Bitcoin and the whole crypto industry especially next year, you and your friend made the right choice and timing of entering Bitcoin while the price was just $26K and that means you are in the profitable level already. I am advising that you continue on holding on and even adding more so you are all in a good position once 2024 will come. So many people were enticed to "invest" with Bitcoin but they're afraid to start their journey and so when things are getting brighter they were left behind...good to see those who summoned the energy and the resources to join the BTC Club.
