1201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: «Envion» Highest ROI crypto infrastructure | $2M Bounty available! on: December 29, 2017, 01:53:39 AM
Correct me if i am wrong:

$36,000,000 x 2% = $720,000 x 25% = $180,000

$180,000 is the total budget for the signature campaign, so it means that if there are 25 new participants everyday, there would be 425 new participants between today (Dec 29th to January 14th) So it will be 425 + 778 (actual participants) = 1203 participants in total (this is not accurate, just math)

So it would mean that the budget of $180,000 would be distributed between those 1203 participants, okay.

This bounty pays per post, if we consider that each one of the participants who are in the spreadsheet make 120 posts during the whole campaign, the math would be like this:

120 x 1203 = 144360 posts in total.

So lets think that every participant enter this campaign being a full member, he will get 4 stakes per post, but if at the end of the campaign he is Sr Member, he will get five per post.

It means that if we consider that those 144,360 posts are distributed as if everybody was a Sr Member (as an average, because most users joined being Members - Full Members)

It would be like this; 144,360 x 5 = 721,800 STAKES in total.

And the final calculation would be like this; $180,000 / 721,800 = $0,25 per total stake.

If you did 120 posts during the whole campaign and if you end up being a Sr Member at least, you will only receive 120 x 5 = 600 stakes = $150 for the whole period.

Correct me if i am wrong, but FOR ME, this is the lowest paying campaign and everybody is joining like crazy in here, and there are more than 25 new users a day.

Remember that those are only maths, i do not want to scare anyone or just spread fud in here.
1202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fork Questions on: December 27, 2017, 11:55:55 PM
Woah I didn't hear of these extra forks.  Worth looking in to, but yea, be very cautious with your wallet type things.  IMO most of them will probably die, but free money is free money.

Because of the words that i marked in bold, is the reason of why people are so desperated for forks and why the dev's of those "forks" are using it as a fast-rich scheme.

Came on guys, there isn't a secret key to become a millionaire guy (well, maybe creating forks is a possibility)

But let's be serious for a while, most of those forks are shit, i dont know why there is a lot of people trying to hype all the forks in here because they are free money, they might be free, but you know that you are going to do a big hassle in order to move your bitcoins to the specific wallet or exchange who will distribute them.

And the fees are not cheap enough, $30 for sending the btc's to all the addreses.

I dont know, it is just my opinion, i dont want to have that crap on my portfolio.

1203  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is BITSTAMP a scam? on: December 27, 2017, 11:28:13 PM
Have you been experiencing this before? I have been using bitstamp for a while and i haven ever had this kind of issue about my withdrawals.

I trying to withdraw money & BTC for a weeks but I never get confirmation mail. Have somebody else similar experience?

And i am usually withdrawing often, maybe once a week or so.

Why dont you try to withdraw your balance in other currency instead of BTC? Maybe this could work, i had the same issue on other exchange, and i wanted to withdraw bitcoin and the confirmation wasn't reaching my email.

I just waited 15 minutes, and i withdrew eth, in a few minutes i received the email and the ethereums on my wallet.

Maybe this could help you out
1204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cardano replace Ethereum? on: December 27, 2017, 11:15:04 PM
Of course not, it is highly-overvalued. but that is it, the people is still buying it so = the price will keep going up.

Do you think the price of Cardano is ok?

It is because this altcoin has been hyped numerous times in here, and a lot of people said that they were engadged with Google, and it was fake.

I think most of the features are still in development. The coins are listed only on some exchanges.

The price is high, the project is still on development, but anyway, the project sounds good and we all know that, and during the next year this coin will be on the top 5 of coinmarketcap.

1205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to fees? on: December 27, 2017, 10:55:25 PM
Either way, things are getting out of hand here. I mean, who would want to pay $12 in fees for a $100 transfer?

Haha $12? you are in the past, the actual fees are over $30 at the moment, they are getting a little bit cheaper day by day (last week they were over $45)

and $12 is nothing, i would be willing to pay that amount for a single transaction.

Probably no one is using bitcoin for a single transaction of $100, the fees would be more than $30 at the moment, the thirty percent.

But yes, they are incredible high at the moment.
1206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Oyster Pearl: Why I think It's a Long Term Hold on: December 27, 2017, 10:37:23 PM
Been looking at oyster and waiting for a dip, gonna invest my BCC into this. I agree with you, it has plenty of room to grow, and grow it shall. Love the fact it works on a DAG-tangle blockchain too. Awesome coin!

The problem with this altcoin is that it has already increased by more than five times during the last month.
That is why for me, it is very risky to join.

Maybe other people will disagree with me.. but i would join to the party when it is almost going to end (as an example)

But of course that the project is good, but x5 in a month, maybe more, it has been a few days since i dont see the chart of this altcoin.

There are better options right now, it is just matter of investigating a little bit deeper.
1207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New coins to my Portfolio 2018 on: December 27, 2017, 10:11:57 PM
I liked your opinion about my new investments, I'm thinking of buying these coins:

I would never buy OmiseGo, that platform is very awful and i dont like it at all.

There are better projects, why dont you add NEO to your portfolio? it is probably one of the only coins who has been increasing insanely during this year, and it is still doing it.

I dont know.. there are better options, dogecoin might be a good choice, but digibyte is much more better than this one.
1208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lighting network on: December 27, 2017, 09:59:38 PM
If the situation keeps going by this way, the lightning network is probably never going to get implementeed because of the major exchanges and the ones who are always going to try to lucrate from the fees (the miners)

I dont know, maybe it will get implemented on the middle half of the first quarter, or on the second quarter.
Segwit wallets have beeen created more than 5 months ago, and they are just being integrated right now.

So make your own conclusions about how much it could take..
1209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's a reasonable amount you can make per month trading Crypto long term? on: December 27, 2017, 09:48:53 PM
It all depends on how much risk you are willing to take, and how much energy you are willing to put into research.

That is the first mistake that a lot of people make when they want to start trading

You can not just join in here or just start trading with fixed ideas of how much money are you going to make if you invest X amount of money, that is something that even the newbies know.

If you really want to make money, then the only thing that you can do is just start investing money for long term, not for a daily move.

This is just what i think
1210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Polymath ICO??? on: December 27, 2017, 09:35:39 PM
Heard about polymath recently. Apparently they are a one stop shop platform for securities token projects. Based on their site and doing some research, this is what I've deducted from their project:

I am looking at coinmarketcap more than 10 times a day, and probably i see their ads more than 4 times of those 10.

It is pretty annoying to see always the same kind of ads, but yes, i have made a little research about their ICO.

And they seem to be pretty honest, i like the model, the project and how they are going to run it out, and the developers are good people, i am on their telegram group.

I dont know, maybe i will invest soon when the ICO gets release, not much money, only $1000 or so.
1211  Economy / Speculation / Re: 16.5K will be the major resistance for BTC ? on: December 27, 2017, 09:26:49 PM
Yes, theres a lot of resistance at this level, but it will keep trying to push up.

It seems that the floor is going to be in there.. I dont know why, but the price is always fluctuating between $16k and $15k.

Well it touched a little bit more than $16k today on the morning, but it seems that a lot of people who have weak hands are trying to dump as many bitcoins as they can.

I really hope to see the price going up before the weekend.
1212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why forks?? on: December 27, 2017, 09:17:30 PM
Hello i want to understund what is the meaning of forks in the world of crypto and why devlopers do it
Thanks

Forks are crap, i can not understand why a lot of people are still trying to claim them all.

It is very obvious that the developers are always trying to create those forks in order to make some money, otherwise, they wouldn't be doing such that work.

Honestly, most of them are scam, or just crappy projects.

Take a look over Super Bitcoin, how the fuck could people buy this forked coin? And there is a lot of people who is still holding them all in order to sell them in months from now
1213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit2x fork on dec 28th on: December 26, 2017, 11:19:53 PM
Are you blind? Can't you see the other segwitx2 threads on the frontpage of this section or something?

He is.... he is desperated for money, dont you see it? he is trying to get as much money as he can from this shitty fork that it is not even worth the time and the effort.

He will spend more than $40 bucks to send his coins to the exchange that allows them, to receive $50 or $60 worth of those coins, LMAO

Dont join this hardfork, it is a waste of time, trust me.

1214  Other / Off-topic / Re: Breaking News: Quantum computers can crack Satoshi's wallet on: December 26, 2017, 10:32:21 PM

Quantum computers are pretty limited now, since they lack useful quantum algorithms. They know how to factor quickly though, but it's enough to change the POW algorithm for BTC.

And they would need more than thousands of quantum computers in order to crack a single wallet, so i would say that they are not worth it for the owners of them.

And they are probably going to be very expensive (just as they are right now)

What about having 100 quantum computers in order to crack a single wallet who has less than 0.01 in there? Would it be worth it? I guess that it would not.
1215  Economy / Speculation / Re: Same Scenario like end of 2013? ( bitcoin crash ) on: December 26, 2017, 10:16:43 PM
Look at the good part, this is a good moment to buy, because it didn't end in 2013, it was only the beginning. I doubt there will be such a crash though as Bitcoin is too popular right now.

I agree with this, the price has crashed hard during the last few days, it can be easily considered as a crash because it went from 20k to less than 11k in just two days.

But now the price is recovering pretty fast! Just look at the charts, it went up by more than $2000 in just 12 hours.

that is more than what we saw before, this is just the beggining, of course.
1216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is DOGE pumping? on: December 26, 2017, 10:03:21 PM
Because it is rumored to be the next Mcaffee PND coin, thats why many people already get their buy orders.

Mcafee has never tried to pump doge, and what the fuck has to do mcafee with dogecoin? Those are only rumours and fake ones created by you.

DOGE is increasing because a lot of people are starting to use it as a payment method because of the outrageous bitcoin fees, 1 cent per transaction, that is pretty enough to see dogecoin rising.

Nothing more than this, mcafee has never talked about dogecoin, never.
1217  Economy / Speculation / Re: Answers to what is Bitcoin backed by? Give your answers on: December 26, 2017, 09:42:36 PM
Here is my answer.
Bitcoin is backed by the full faith of those who do not trust governments.

That is true, but you can not give that answer as an argument to someone who is just introducing himself in all this new "world".

You should know that bitcoin is purely backed on speculation, not on the trust, if bitcoin starts to go down, everybody is going to leave (just like it has been happening lately)

But yes, the price is based on that + speculation + faith.

1218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram Hitting the Blockchain – to Create Its Own Cryptocurrency on: December 26, 2017, 09:30:07 PM
This is great news ,blockchain is becoming viral and soon the hold world and the Government will have no option to accept the fact that blockchain is leading us to finical freedom.

But how are they going to develop it? are they just going to create their own tokens or what the fuck are they trying to implement?

Maybe it is a good idea.. But i dont agree at all.

If they want to implement some "credits" just like Skype or the other social media has, it would be a good idea.. but earning money from holding telegram tokens. uhmm i would never consider investing in there.
1219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fee's too high? Lightning Network Will Resolve that? on: December 26, 2017, 09:22:02 PM
Bitcoin fees are becoming too high, will Lightning Network lower the cost of the transactions?
How will it be implemented?

No one knows how it will be implemented because the major exchanges and mining pools are obviously going to be against the lightning network.

It can take months, even years to be implemented on the whole blockchain.

The fees are something very preocupant right now, no one is able to process a single transaction because of the outrageous fees that we have to pay at the moment, not even me.
1220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of my portfolio? on: December 26, 2017, 09:00:43 PM
Not bad at all. You've diversified enough, and used good safe options mostly. If I were you, I would've invested, say, 10% on LTC, 10% ETH, 10% Waves, 10% stratis, 5% IOTA, 5% Cardano, 5% Ripple and %5 Siacoin.

A five percent in siacoin? The OP hasn't clarified how much money does he has in all his entire portfolio.

If it is less than 1000$, then he has diversified a lot, maybe a little bit unnecesary.

But siacoin is a shitty coin, i dont know why it has been pumped so hard lately, it does not even deserve to be over 1 cent each.

Storj is much more better
