just to be clear though.. vectors vectors2 doesnt hurt anything.. it is just extraneous?
I preferred to leave it as it was lest typing and deleting when testing the versions.
But if their is 2 vectors like "vectors vectors2" , which will be taken in to acc. 1st one or last one in command line?
coz vectors2 & vectors both give different performances.

My 6970 Lightnings are doing just fine...   Wink

What fan, the black one behind the mother board, you using?
I think, its a sucker fan. Sucks hot air coming out of card ass & sides.
1024  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Read BEFORE buying Graphics card on: August 06, 2011, 04:01:26 AM
ya, i decided to buy a cooler master 90CFM fan.
http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6037
only a 69.69 CFM by default (12V molex).
The 90 CFM figure is taken from an overvolted fan.
Damn.

Actually, I already have that set, I meant to ask if there could be a setting to display it in AM/PM instead of 24-hour.
EDIT:
Created my own fix and thought I'd share, save as something.user.js and drag into chrome.

Thanks.............

I'm planning on paying out kinda soon, but I'm just wondering to what decimal point do you payout to? IE: Am I stuck at 1.23BTC, or do you pay out to 1.23456789BTC?

8 decimal point worked for me 10 days back. so you can with draw 1.23456789 BTC.

04-08-2011 version reduces hash speed on 5870.
I used vectors 4 & got only 444, while 2.1 phateus gives 447.

1028  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Modified Kernel for Phoenix 1.5 on: August 04, 2011, 06:17:14 PM
My always sweet spot for 5870 is memory clock is equal to core clock divided by three.
mem= core/3 = 975/3=325

Would this hold true for 5850 and/or 5830s?
Only trial & error will tell.
My sweet spot for 6870 is mem clk = (core clk/3) + 14.
I havn't tested sweet spot for 6970 yet, since my mother board is in repair for the past 7 days & when i was mining Linux didn't allowed to under clock not more than core clock minus 125 Mhz.
I hope Windows 11.8 will give correct sweet spot for 6970, which i know once i got my mother board back.

Today 4/8/2011, got phone call from TradeHill to deposit money to my bank acc. Got some confusion in branch code.
Then got an email from TradeHill with screen shot of deposit slip showing money deposited to my account through cheque.

Good idea, lets see what [Tycho] replies.

EDIT:  is there a way to have Deepbit pay 0.01 BTC transaction fee when auto-payment triggers?  I'm fine paying that especially if it helps alleviate this horrible lag spike in my daily quota / payment.
You want deepbit to reduce 0.01 BTC from your payment & use it as transaction fee to transfer bitcoins to your address?
1034  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: TradeHill becoming TradeNill? on: August 03, 2011, 01:04:39 PM
This is first time. & this is the only reply i got from them so far.

EDIT: 5 Minutes before i received the LRUSD. But no news about INR.

1036  Economy / Currency exchange / [Resolved] TradeHill became Trade WILL on: August 03, 2011, 08:08:21 AM
I sold some bitcoin for INR in TradeHill on 28th July 2011.
Normally in India local bank to bank transfer uses 2 method NEFT & RTGS.
In both methods it won't take not more than 48 hours to transfer money even in problematic situations.

I withdraw money on 28th July 2011 & gave all the bank details.
Didn't receive money on 29th, so wrote an email to TradeHill & got reply on 30th that if i don't receive money by weekend & even after Monday i must contact again.
I waited & on Monday 1st Aug ~ 6 PM wrote email asking when will money will be transferred.
So far no reply for email & also no money received in bank.

In between yesterday night i withdraw ~30 LRUSD to my LR account.
Normally LRUSD transfer takes place in 3-4 hours at max.
Even after more than 15 hours , no LRUSD received to my LR account.

Seems TradeHill now delaying payments with out any reason.

Those using TradeHill be ready to accept delay in payment or null payment.

This forum is about bitcoin, not human anatomy. ass/mouth used to have some fun which will REGISTER the thoughts in mind permanently.

In an open case with good spacing between the cards, lots of air flow around the cards, and mild ambient air temps I haven't noticed a large difference in card temps.

How much spacing, you call good spacing? tell in inches. I gave 1 inch gap between 2 cards.
Lots of airflow around cards- i used 6 fans on top, not around as i can't hang/screw the fans to frame.
I used Zebronics 12v 120mm fan http://www.zebronics.net/miscellaneous_casefan.asp
The link is for 80mm. I used 120mm BLUE LED fan which gives better air than cooler master fans.
Both are priced at ~200 INR = ~ 4 USD.
Tried cooler master 120mm fan,
http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=121
http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=95
Both these are worst than any other fans. Giving NO air & priced same as Zebronics 120mm fan.

Then i am no use now.

Since 6970 system offline i can't give u exactly what i gave.
But i am sure about one thing. i gave clocktweak.exe -y before giving anything.
With out -y (yes) all other flags won't work in my opinion.
